I pre-ordered LG G Watch more than two months ago together with small gadget worth less than 10£. Gadget was sent to me using DHL and expenses were 15£. Insane. Finally I figured out that I'll "last in line" to get G Watch since they would have to pay another DHL feed.
Got feedback of G Watch but they refused to co-operate otherwise. I do not recommend either MobileFun or combining pre-order with gadgets on stock.
COMPLETE SCAM. Bought a case, that broke within the warranty period, so i requested a replacement. They agreed and processed. Never received ANYTHING. After waiting weeks on end for a reply, I demanded a full refund as to not have to bother with these crooks anymore. They agreed. I followed every procedure they have. Never received ANYTHING. No replacement, no refund, not even a REPLY as to WHY! NOTHING. Once they have your money, good luck, they're long gone. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
DO NOT BUY FROM MOBILE FUN
I ordered a phone case for a Nokia 930 and paid the extra for 3 day delivery service. My order was confirmed by e-mail. A few days later I received another e-mail stating that the case would not be in stock until some three weeks after my original order. This is not the first time this is happened with Mobile noFun. I've now learnt my lesson not to order from this fly-by-night company again.
ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME... NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT... NON-EXISTENT STOCK
Ordered phone from them on a Thursday for Saturday delivery, as my mobile stopped working and urgently needed one for the weekend.
They asked me for a mobile number to keep me updated. I was working away from home and my mobile was broke... so not much use, but I could check my voice messages from a land-line, which I did throughout the day.
Kept checking the site all day to review the order, and was 'being processed' all day. Tried ringing customer support all day, but couldn't get through.
Very conveniently, at EXACTLY 5pm on Friday got an email:
"Thanks for your recent order.
We have been trying to contact you throughout the day but your phone does keep going to answer phone.
The reason for our contact is we require further information from yourself before processing your order. Please could you contact us on *******060 at your earliest convenience and we shall look to despatch your goods.
Thanks"
Of course, I rang straight away, but guess what? Now managed to get straight through to customer support, but a voice mail: "our lines are only open 10am - 5pm".
Didn't bother to mention which days of the week, as shut on Saturday, and despite them "trying to contact me throughout the day but your phone does keep going to answer phone. " they never bothered to leave a message, but sent me an email just after their customer support shut (if it even exists).
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever done business with. Do not buy from these people. Complete scam.
I will never use them again, they took my money for a reserved order a week later but then said the item had sold out, have asked twice for a full refund and they reply saying pick an alternative or call an 0844 number that I will get charged for, NO way will I call it just so they make extra on the phone call. Have opened dispute with Paypal and still awaiting there reply.
Bottom line is they will not get my trade again and think twice before using them.
Complete scam.

I am still waiting for an order of iPhone 5s case from before Xmas, between mobile fun and the courier they have lost the order and do not seem to be doing anything about it.
Very disappointing as should be so simple but NO help and NO responsibility. Listen to the negative reviews and steer clear of this company please.
Order ID *******. Even after three weeks I have not received the order. Very bad service.
I ordered an SD 30 clip stereo headset bluetooth device for playing music from my ipad. The device was small and neat, although the enclosed earphones were not great. Thee item was ordered in the afternoon and arrived next day
I ordered a ringtone from MobileFun, went through the procedures & was billed on my mobile. Then I kept getting error messages from them & more texts charging me for the ringtone. After paying 4 times for the same download I received notification that the ringtone could be downloaded. I did this but the tune was not received to file.
I complained & then the same thing happened again. These rip-off merchants started to send me texts billing me twice more.
I have emailed my complaints & have just received standard emails back but will be reporting them to the police if I don't get a refund.
DON'T USE THIS WEBSITE!
I ordered an Iphone case from this site, within a couple of days it arrived. Fantastic case and an equally as good a service.
