Beware of such type of fraud company. I used Mobikwik to pay flight ticket to get discount. Due to covid my flight was got cancel and vendor returned my money to mobikwik but Mobikwik is not returning to my Credit card or wallet. I registered my complaint in mobikwik portal and called customer care many times. And every time I got reply "It will take 7-10 working days". Now it is already passed 1 month so finally I decided to inform everybody about my experience with Mobikwik.

I had an insta Boost Loan in Mobikwik. The loan is matured on June 2020. Then I got a call on 2nd July to pay Rs. 74 and some paisa on or before 5th July 2020. I called the loan recovery department*******662) for this query, as they called me alot of times for the payment of the final EMI for June 2020. They unable to resolve my query. I got an ivr call on 5th of July 2020 to pay the EMI amount of Rs. 1415. I just called to that number but the recovery agent told me that the loan is already matured and I need to call the customer care executive. I called the customer care executive but she told me that the loan is still going on and I have to pay the amount, then after checking she told me that loan is matured and no further payment is required. I told her that I got an ivr call only once for the payment of Rs. 74 just send me the link to pay and tell me why did mobikwik deducted Rs. 1415 if my loan is matured? She didn't answered and told me that i will get a call from her senior which I didn't get. From 5th of July till today, 14th July, I am continuously calling mobikwik but they are not solving my query. I didn't have balance in my bank account so ACH and bounce charges deducted 4/5 times for no reason. And today, the customer care executive disconnected my call twice. There are more to say of what they did to me. But I need strict action against mobikwik and all the executives, Subham, Arshi, Sachin, etc.

Worst App. You will loose your money using this app. Don't install this app. You will add your valuable money into the mobikwik wallet and this thief company will not allow your money to to purchase anything. You will add to your valuable money for show only. You can't do anything with this wallet. I am sharing my today experience. I have added big amount 5000/- into mobikwik wallet, this company added the amount into their thief wallet very quickly. I went to pay electricity bill then using wallet. What I see, it was not allowed me to use wallet. They were asking to use net banking or cc or atm or bhim UPI. I understood then this is thief company and you will loose your money here. But I needed to get back my 5000/-. I tried everything to get back my money or pay electricity bill. I could not successful. After all I used to transfer money into bank using processing fee paid. I have lost 279/- in processing fee. Please don't use this app ever. I uninstalled this app immediately.

Dont fall in any promotion of mobikwik Pls guys don't share any personal information or kyc with Mobikwik they ll steal your all money frm ur account and wallet with the help of scammers pls don't add money or UPI details in mobikwik... I m victim of mobikwik fraud lost 5000+2100 two times without any notification debited from my wallet for gift card purchage whn I complained instead of resolution my wallet permanently disabled by mobikwik. BIG BIG FRAUD

Totally fraud, money is withdrawn without any OTP or password by company employees themselves. Your wallet balance is reduced to zero without your authentication. Company has no security checks and is being misused by their internal employees themselves. Further after fraud there is no response or help from the company side. They are very rude and simply replies contact police we cannot do nothing. My money is withdrawn two times on 28/01/2020 and 12/02/2020 without my authorisation. Many other consumers have lost money on 28/1/2020. Company has attitute problem and replies to none of our answers. Their single reply is contact merchant vendor or police. All are suggested to close their account with Mobikwik to save their money. I am a IT person and well aware of all the security checks for online transanctions. Still my money is withdrawn only from Mobikwik wallet. It is totally unsafe. Close your account immedietly and withdraw money from Mobikwik account.

Guys, Stop using Mobikwik services. They provide some exited products for financial transactions but at the same time there's no security of your identity and may be money too, I believe. Example, I want to report fraud transactions happened with me by using my identity but these people put consumers on hold for min. 45mins to endless time even if they select fraud reporting option through IVR and take more than a month keeping your raised ticket unresolved. I called their customer care number on 18th Sep, 2019 11:50am and was in waiting after 1 hour of hold for their executive to take my complaint. Believe me by using such unresponsive services anyone can take enough benefits of your e-wallet or identity if stolen as Mobikwik's support system is almost to zero.

Mobikwik, Wake up and be responsible. Don't do business just for making money.

Mobiwik is nothing but a cheat application. I used mobiwik for payment through my credit card for online payment. The transaction didnt go through. As i would have to unnecessarily pay my credit card company for for transaction which didnt go through i asked a refund to mobiwik. After so many mails also mobiwik was not responding. Finally being fed up I transferred thr amount to mybsaving account paying unnecessary fees. Mobiwik wants to make money by cheating thr customers. Very bad. Not recommended at all
