Before starting, I'm just asking is there any way to report such pity Fraudulent company/app. Seeing the offer I downloaded Mobikwik app and registered. With Jio (a looting company) it gives an offer that your wallet balance is ₹500. Just add ₹2499 to get recharge. I was quite happy that because of high amount recharge I'm getting wallet balance ₹500. But very next week got a message that you have to pay ₹599 before due date otherwise pay penalty ₹100. Now customers care not responding. One thing that I didn't get that shall wallet balance signifies loan amount?
Really shameful for such fraud business.
Please don't make transaction through mobikwik, it is totally fraud. Money returned by merchant is not refunded to customer
No refunds are made from MobiKwik, even if you keep raising complaints. Their customer care just makes fun of it customer. It's high time people stop using it and move to some other app, which serves as it says.
They app rarely works. You will pay abt 2% for this $#*! they offer. If you have to, don't ever think of them

App is good but these people will harras you until you make the payment. They will start calling and msgs 5 days before due date and they will call and msg you unlimited. I will give 3rd class rating to this...
I have purchased few items using aing mobiquick but they have charged me 700 rs extra. Cuatomer support is qorst, dint get resolution yet.
I had paid to a merchant 7 days ago and that was unsuccessful to merchant but payment received to mobikwik. Amount debited from my account. I have called them 3-4 times they says they have refund but my bank says no refund initiated yet. This scam.

The amount will be deducted from the bank but will not reach the merchant to whom I am suppose to pay. No customer care even to clarify and no mail address to sort the issue
This is a lot of nonsense app. No one should add money to it, this is a very worthless app. I added money to it, and in the next step it blocked my account. After that I contacted dozens of times but no response, I uploaded the required documents several times but no response was received. This is a robbery and fake app.
One of the worst app. I have charged for 7000 rs for fraud transaction, but from mobikwik team they never supported.
Everytime they were sharing random template solution instead of taking action.

I am extremely unhappy with the pathetic service provided by the MOBIQWIK CUSTOMER CARE. Money was taken from my mobiqwik wallet without sharing any OTP or password i simply got a mail that rs 2489 deducted my account in croma. When i complained on 16th december mobikwik replied that they are blocking account and started the great investigation. After many mails they asked me to send my ID PROOF. After sending id proof no replies after sending many mails. Then they sent me a questionnaire to fill. After that no information and after several follow ups finally sent mail on 29th december that they cant take the responsibility of the transaction as the fraud got the delivery booked with my wallet money. Then only i understood that they were helping the fraud to get his delivery. Then they are asking me to fill FIR in cyber cell. I have not shared any otp or password money was lost due to safety issue of mobikwik app. Now they stopped replying to the tweets also worst class customer service and app. When sending 10 mails they wll send a useless reply. I tried to contact mobikwik cusomer care number but there were nobody to pick my callsi held the phone hearing the music on the other side. Mobikwik is cheating customers and making them fool.
Fake my jio is saying recharge using mobikwik upi you will receive 100rs cashback not get single rupees dont do recharge from it use another one n saying no offer exist
He is a very expert in mobile repairs. I gave him my iphone to repair because of damage. He repaired the phone and replaced the screen along with free screen protector.

I am attaching a photo, where multiple FAKE transactions were made to ZOMATO which i have no knowledge of from MobiKwik wallet.
And also their customer care service will give you another headache.
