Purchased some item from Vishal megamart and opted mobiwik payment gateway since it had some offer. Moniwik, by default activated zip wallet deducted 99 rupees as activation charge.

I nevere opted this option, so I called their customer care, after 30 minutes it was connected, but after hearing my complain, that idiot fellow disconnected my call.

For 99 rupees, I didn't dare to waste another 30 mins.

There is no proper way to contact their customer care.It's Cleary a fraud company.

Some how I managed to write a mail to their customer carea ticket was generated but never resolved, I inquired it again in the same mail, one more ticket is generated, but the same no action point.even I canceled my order from vishal, money refunded, still not refunded the activation amount which I never opted.

If their company policy is to cheat customers, what their employees can do.

Mobikwik is a fraud company. I have just used Rs.1400 from my wallet and paid that amount immediately but due to Mobikwik, application issues amount was not credited to my wallet. For this reason, Mobikwik penalised me with, Rs.372. When I have raised a concern, they asked me to pay the entire amount with penalty then they can refund penalty amount to my wallet. But now after the payment done, they say that since the total payment is done, there is no outstanding Hence they cannot refund any amount.

Guys, please be aware Mobikwik billing cycle is for every 15 days. This is not mentioned anywhere and their interest rates and penalisation charges are too
HIGH.

Refunds are made from MobiKwik customer care number-7866-82-4019. Even if you keep raising complaints. Their customer care just makes fun of it customer. It's high time people stop using it and move to some other app, which serves as it says

This is a scam app. Do not download this app. Firstly it says you are eligible for an offer of recharge/send money/refer a friend. When you recharged/send money/refer your friend it says you were not eligible for the offer. The customer care representatives pick up calls after 10 minutes and after two or three times try. No proper customer care/help section. I lost a lot of money on this app for misleading offers. Please don't download this app.

Mobikwik is a froud transaction company and deduct the amount and give dues and penalty and more penalty we can die pay their dues and penalty.

On15feb I made 2 transaction but were failed. But money not refunded though transaction failed at Mobikwik end.
