Unworthy website whcih doesn't do what it claims to do. I paid them by paypal yesterday 17.08.2014. In live-chat I got a massage like "There's a problem with the supplier, but don't worry we'll contact You by mail. Bye." Noone contacted me and I guess is not going to.

I already complained to pay-pal dispute service. I'm just upset to waste time for this.

I wish I checked this jabber site before making a deal with mmook.com.

Never buying from them again. Had a good first couple of orders that were delivered in a matter of minutes, but this time when i ordered, it was always the same thing: "Our supplier is offline and not available for delivery, can you plz come back and check later?". That was over a span of 5 days, every single time I went back to check on my order, those exact words. Just recently i went back and asked again and it turns out the price went up and it cut down what I originally paid to 25% its worth. I went on to ask for a refund and the guy said that he wasn't authorized to do so. I agreed the the amount that was given to me at the time, and he said the supplier was offline again. I had enough of their bull$#*! so I opened up a claim through PayPal. Moral of the story: Don't buy from these guys.

Tried to purchase 30M gold in C9, but never got anything. I have used this site once before, back in 2012 and that time I got my gold without any problems. I think these guys have ran out of goods, but still continue to sell them. I waited for 3 days, talking in the live chat with them, but I always got the answer ''Supplier is offline, we will notify you in your email once he is available.''
Never got any email. So I went once again in the live chat and asked for the supplier to give me my goods, but he was still ''offline''. So I said I will create a dispute via PayPal, and if they refuse to refund my money I will be in contact with FBI. Took under 1 minute and they sent my money back to my PayPal.
My advice is, ask them before you purchase anything that do they have your items in stock, AND ALWAYS USE PAYPAL to pay your goods. Otherwise they will scam your money. And my other suggestion is that never buy anything from them with over 20$.

I Havent used this site and dont plan to, but i would like to let you know from the conversations ive seen (people copy pasting) It is obvious to me that the person you talk to who is telling you the supplier isnt online is not a real person.

First red flag is, one of the first things they say is " Please hold on, I will check it" It doesnt matter who you seem to be talking to, they all say the same thing with the same grammar.

Second red flag is, After the please hold check it thing, they strt talking lyk dis not using rl wrds nd it hrd 2 undrstnd dem tlking lyk dis. All of them do that, same style of type, same grammar, same spelling, same sentences.

Third red flag is, they seem to not hear what you are saying. They keep telling you the supplier is offline to check back later, no matter what you say.
For example:
You: Look, can i please just have my gold? You promised (this time frame) before i would have my money
Them: I sry 4 inconveinience plz chk bk ltr, supplier offlyn ryt nw. Supplier wil git bk 2 u whn he onlyn.
You: Look, I've checked in every other hour for 3 days, and the supplier is never on, please stop lying to me and either refund me or give me the product in which i paid for.
Them: Supplir not onlyn plz chk bk ltr

This loop continues until you get bored of it and leave.

Bad bad bad stay away heads my words. Been a whole day and half and i haven't received my gold. They give you the run around of their supplier is offline and try to talk really nice when you are worried and stress about your money going to waste. Your better off on ogpal, and other source. Currently going through a dispute with these guys. The most i have waited long time is a day to get my goods, but these guys taking it to their sweet time.

WARNING - Do not touch www.mmook.com, they are a hacker team that commits online fraud, your online game will end up being suspended as they do not pay for the product they supply you, mmook are scammers and crooks who use illegal farming methods to place game coin or credits in your game account, stay very far away from them, your purchase is not secure and your game account will get suspended as soon as your game master finds that mmook have illegally farmed the product that they have supplied your game, STAY AWAY or I promise you, you will regret having had anything to do with them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! I Just got scammed, they told me to close down my dispute through pay pal and that they had the gold ready for delivery as soon as I close the dispute. Boy was I wrong as soon as I closed it they message me saying the seller is offline. PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS! I hope nobody has to go through what iv been going though for the last 3 days still no refund from this company. $500 lost :( stick to PlayerAuctions.com they are good been using them since 2005.

Comprei ouro nesse site uma vez e eles mandaram rapidinho para minha conta...( grand fantasia). Ai agora fui comprar de novo e ate agora eles não mandaram. Toda vez que vou lá no bate-papo eles dizem que o fornecedor para esse jogo esta OFF... ja fazem quase 3 semanas e ainda nao recebi meus golds. Eu perguntei para eles quando o forcedor estaria online e eles me disseram que não sabiam acredita kk eu perguntei pq eles disseram que o fornedor estava de ferias e que eles não saberiam quando ele voltaria... oq eu faço, tem como cancelar compra? Ou denunciar eles? OBS: paguei com cartão de credito...

WARNING! Do NOT buy from this site! They are scammers! I bought 800mil adena from them and I kept getting the run-around saying that their supplier was offline. Thank god I paid via PayPal with my VISA debit card. After two days of this I got fed up and put in a dispute with PayPal. In the chat I sent a copy of the notice to them noting the date and dispute number. I was given a FULL refund of $48,66 within 15 minutes. Live and learn. I'm glad I found this site and will check it often. I will NOT be scammed again!

No stars for this site. I bought twice from them and got my gold, then the legitimate game site I was playing on said that MMOOK did a chargeback and I was required to pay $150.00 to get my account back and they also told me MMOOK was a fraudulent site so I paid the $150.00 to get my account back then MMOOK hacked back into my account and stole the $150.00 I paid directly to the game site and now my account is blocked again. MMOOK is indeed a pirate company and they will steal your money any way they can. So far I have lost over $260.00 to MMOOK and nothing to show for it except my extreme anger over what they have done to me. I am afraid to try and re-open my legitimate game account for fear of what they will do next to steal from me. They are very good at what they do if you value your money you will stay away from them. These people will take your last dime if they can.
