First, i'd like to say this three websites are the same company with the same live customer (just check their contact info or the name on the payment).

I bought gold for around 23$.
Before purchase, i inquired about stock and delivery delays. They confirmed all was in stock and delivery should take from an hour to 24h max. I Asked if they refund if the delivery delais were not respected because i needed the gold for an ingame event that would end in 48h. They assured me everything would go rapidly and they would refund me if not.

10days later, still waiting.
I went to the live support after 24h to ask for info. They paste some automated messages telling they send my order again to the supplier and that i need to wait more.
So i waited more 24h.
The event i purchased the gold for was ending and still no gold. When i asked why, the same automated messages were answered, supplier currently offline, manager not working today.
Next day, still no answer, supplier still currently offline, manager on vacation, live support cannot give refund (even if it's noted in their "terms and conditions").
Next days, the same went going down. It's been 10days now and still no clear answer on why it's not been delivered and no one can grant me a refund because the manager never works. When i ask simple questions like: "why can't you ask the supplier why it has not been delivered?" or "Are you refusing to refund me?" or "When will your supervisor be at work?", they give bogus answers.

So unless you pay with paypal (which was not an option on my order) and can open a dispute, never buy on their site. I paid via skrill and have no legal options against them:(
Skrill does not interfere, they are just paid to collect and transfer money to scammers (they are profiting from scammers).

I bought credits on their website, i asked before i bought if they have stock and they told me they did. On their site it said 8 minutes to 24 hours delivery time...

Im waiting for 5 days now and all i get is the excuse that their supplier is not online.
When asked for a refund they say only the manager can give a refund, gues what... the manager is never there.

I had to start a dispute on paypal to get my money back.

As a warning to all considering buying game currency, stay the hell away from this company, they lie and scam and you will never see your goods.

The first time i used this service i was a bit cautious like most people reading these reviews. My first time i made a purchase it was small just to try it. And i got the money in no time. The next times after that i either had to wait a few hours for the supplier to get online a day if i wasnt online or got it straight away. I feel this site is mis interprited as i have never had a money problem with them ye someties i get a bit pissed off that the service woman tells me the supplier is online when they arnt even though iv told her to tell me if they are. But overall im happy that i dont have to do the work for the gold and can just pay through this site safley.

I did the order and after (too late offfcource) i checked the reviews wat give me allmost a hartattack and i immidiatly called the bank to block my creditcard and was actually angry to myself that i not checked the forums first. But after a day i want to play again and i log in in my game and the money was there. Loverly :) nice. So this is my experiance. But after reading the reviews of the others i am scared to do it again.

They closed customer service for the Chinese New Year... However, after that I spoke to customer service and they told me it was sent to the supplier as I should wait. I waited another 12 hours now making it 3 days after I ordered and asked customer service for a refund. Long waits and delayed responses of no help. Opened a dispute with PayPal. Obviously from the number of others they are worthless. Within 30 minutes of opening the dispute I received my money back to my PayPal account. I was worried this was going to take longer to resolve. I will never use them again. I should have done my research on reviews before purchasing.

Pretty terrible, scamy site. I asked before I ordered if I they had stock for my server and they said yes, so I followed through with a purchase. But after I did, their supplier was "offline" for 9 days in a row. I asked for a refund and they asked for more time and said they couldn't refund me. STAY AWAY.

STAY AWAY! I bought some gold for a game that I enjoy playing, never got the gold as they kept hitting me with the "Supplier is offline" after about 4 days I started to get worried so I googled them (Wish I had done that before!) when I read all these comments I asked for my money back, which of course they refused. I have just started a dispute on Paypal and they are now saying that they have my order ready and will give it to me just as soon as I close the dispute, I am not going to do that as I know it is all lies.

I will probably have to take this further into a claim, which is making me now screenshot all the conversations I have had with them from the point of making the dispute!

They will hit you with the "supplier offline" crap they hit everyone with. This means they have nothing to give you and is just waiting on something to appear. Their chat will straight up lie to you and tell you they have stock to take your money. If you are lucky they actually have stock, if not then you are in for a long wait.

If you start a dispute with paypal NEVER close it untill you get a refund no matter what they tell you.

Their live chat cant give you refunds, add their manager on skype.
Collect ALOT of evidence, record all chats and messages.
Be persistant, and they will refund you. Dont buy into their "supplier offline" crap.

This is a scam website, thank you everyone for your comments on how to get your money back. If the supplier is offline that means they dont have one. If the manager is offline they are lying.
1.) Open a dispute for paypal saying you never got your virtual product
2.) Open a chat and paste the dispute ID that you get under the resolution center and tell them you want a refund now.
3.) Your done wait ten minutes you will have your money back, they literally refunded me in 5 mins. (I give them 5 stars on their refund speed :P)

I did mention the FBI and BBB to them but didn't seem to work just open a dispute for paypal! Again thanks for all the help people.

My situation has been the same as all the others. They said I'd get the order "soon", 6hours later nothing. So I inquire. I got the same song & dance. Exact same questions asked with responses being the same, as well. 24hours later, they still didn't deliver within the time they said it was promised in. I made my 4th contact with them & yep, I was already typing their response before they entered it. This company is not reliable. I didn't have a huge order, there should have not been an issue. Their supplier is never online. Mhmm

Sure wish I had checked reviews on this company before I entered into a transaction with them. What's interesting is... I read what others are typing & everyone is having the same issue. I'm sure we all aren't on the same game or servers. The other people they have done dirty should be putting in complaints too. I am revoking my payment & putting in a complaint with the BBB.

I bought yesterday aika online - they said in stock 500mill but supplier was online when I buy supplier offline - I was like that's strange... like WTF MAN! And ok I let the website go... the next day - Supplier Offline - and I got really really skeptical - went on google research and saw these results... oh my god I got scammed. And today I hacked and shut down their website for couple mins lol. Letting them know I am not joking around. So finally they told me true story - We don't have no in stock and our characters are banned from the game... and it happened Today and still our supplier is offline. Now they said they will contact the manager for REFUND... IF they don't give me refund - I will Entirely shut down the website.! **************

*EDIT* Latest NEWS!: THE $#*!S have refunded me! Scary bastards! Wanted use my latest programmed black hole ddos on all 3 of those websites do some $#*!ING SERIOUS DAMAGE! Instead of shutting them down couple of mins causing little to no damage. They no longer have my property so I can't attack or I'll get in trouble x( - Funny thing is - want to pay again so I have a permission if they do track me down to $#*! up their $#*!! I am actually begging to let me test my subject! HAHAHAHAHAH -scary $#*!s, so scared they can't answer me! $#*!ing $#*!S!

Horrible site. I've ordered from sites such as gamemk.com for game currency and whanot. I'm used to there being a chinese farmer on the other end of the computer, but man, these people are horrible. They have nearly no etiquette, start accusing you, the customer, that you aren't complying with their delivery methods when the problem is most likely on their side.

I paid with paypal, they asked me to email them with a confirmation of the order. I did so. They then asked me for my phone number to send a confirmation text which I then gave them. The text never came and I offered that the guy could call me, or I could text them. They didn't agree to either and instead insisted on sending me the text again, for which I had to wait for 10 minutes to eventually not get still. So then the guy was like "plz wait". So I replied "for what, it's obviously not going through". I then went on sitejabber to read the reviews and yikes, they were really low. I brought this up as well as the fact that I could report them to the Better Business Bureau and FBI after putting in a dispute on paypal. They were MUCH quicker to fulfill my order. The fact that they were quick to respond to threats but not quick to respond to my business shows all I need to know about this company.
