I hate these aholes who try to do business just to steal money from honest consumers.
I bet they even steal gold from honest gold sellers just to give to some people and pretend it's theirs lol
I first asked if they had gold in stock and they responded, "definitely go ahead and order now"
I bought gold and had to go through the entire process of providing my personal information. Asking my age... who does that? Even more they asked me to email them information and pictures.
Obviously you can't ask for a refund, even if you do, they won't refund you. I had to go file an unauthorized purchase through my credit card, like hell I'm gonna give these scammers my money.

If i could give zero stars i would. If you contemplating buying gold or any product/service from this company turn around and look somewhere else.

I paid $400 for gold and they asked me to send pictures of my photo id and credit card because they need to verify that i am the purchaser... i refused and sent them a picture of my credit card with only my name showing. They said i have to wait as the "supplier" is offline... messaged them again a couple of times and same answer "supplier" is offline please wait. 12hours later i message them again is your "supplier" online yet? And they tell me i can't pay with paypal i have to resend the money in bitcoins, western union, etc. all unsafe payment methods. And they refuse to give me a refund unless i pay by the other methods...

So they refuse to give me the gold i purchased and holding my real money that i paid with ransom until i resend payment in unsafe method (western union, etc.).

They give me the whole run around about they can't refund as they are not manager and paypal is doing their inspection so they can't just pick specific people to refund. Seriously? There is a button on paypal called refund...

If your not gonna give the person what they paid for, then refund them...

This company is pure scammers, turn around and look somewhere else.

Claimed they had stock and they would deliver immediately, I made my order and purchased through paypal. Not even seconds after I verified that I had made the purchase they claimed they ran out of stock and nobody was online to make more stock or send me any. They told me it will take over 24 hours. I immediately disputed the purchase through paypal and my bank. I will not hand my money to a company that lies to trick people into doing business with them.

I had one order with them for <10$ and they did deliver it, however that did not happen when I ordered next time for around 50$. They started asking personal questions, like how old I am and whose card I used to pay. I told them I paid with my own paypal account, then they started asking my phone number to call me for verification. I flat out refused to give my number as I don't want to be spammed with marketing bull$#*! later on. They kept insisting on getting phone number so I offered to call them on skype but they refused. So I said give me refund and be done with it. Guess what, they told me I need to pay them with Western Union to get my money back :D . Seriously don't do that ever. Anyways their manager was offline they didn't know when he will come back, so I just told them I'm opening paypal dispute and good bye. And so I did and manager who was "away" replied within an hour saying that they sorry and they will deliver my order as soon as I close dispute. DON'T CLOSE DISPUTE, NEVER CLOSE IT. If you do they will just take your money and you will not be able to dispute it again. Anyways I got my refund couple days later after I refused to close it, I guess they really don't want it to escalate and paypal to notice their shady ways.

Also take screenshots from all conversations on their live chat in case you will need to prove non delivery to paypal.

Best thing to do, just don't risk it. I believe they don't have any stock for most of games they advertise, and when they don't have stock they just try to take your money anyway.

This is a scam you pay then they will not give you the right gold you want and they will keep saying the supplier is offline we will contact you as soon the supplier is online. Then they will request you to cancel the complaints first then they will give the gold, if you complain using paypal, but actually they will repeat what they said after doing it. I think they are scammers truly.

I spent $100+ on one of their product and they promised a speedy delivery which would be done within 10 mins. I waited several hours and when I contacted them again, they said that the supplier was offline. I was skeptical and continued to contact them frequently asking questions like, "When will the supplier give me my stuff?" "How come you guys didn't send me it within 10 minutes as promised?". Next thing you know when I asked for my refund, they claim that they only do Western Union and not Paypal because Paypal would investigate the purchase and the verification process would be "troublesome" to go through along with it taking a "long time". So they recommended a bunch of other websites that involves sending your money into foreign countries which doesn't make any sense! They said that in order for me to get my refund, I would have to send them a payment. In other words, they wanted me to send them my own money in order to get my own money back, that's bull sh*t. The person who I was talking to claimed that it was their "refund policy" but I already knew they were planning to scam me again. After a long time of hard attempts to get my money back, I already knew I wasn't going to be able to. A lot of money lost just like that. If you guys ever hear about their so-called "refund policy" do not fall for it, I repeat DO NOT FALL FOR IT. Stay away from their website and good luck.

First of all before anyone purchased anything, research is essential. Use scamadvise.com and copy the address link. Determine with your own judgement.

Now that is got out of the way. It's really up to you. If you are very worry about clinging on your hard earn money, I'd recommend stay away from this site. If you are willing to venture in the dark waters, I'd recommend it with caution. I'd recommend to contact live at least twice a day. Let them know that you purchased and you are serious about it. Don't flame or cursed at them. Politely, let them know that you are here to make a purchased and you want it in a respectable timely arrival. Always keep them at arms length, don't be too kind; Keep it strictly business. You are dealing with Mainland Chinese. You'd have to nagged them that you aren't a push over, and eventually the will give it to you or refund. If not, file a complaint on that website and with your credit or whatever payment option you chose.

Remember, you determine your own value. Stay safe and take care.

As for my personal experience it's 50/50. Sometimes they are quick, sometimes they are slow. If you want to be extra safe, always update your email address.

Becareful of this website, don't ever purchase any of their stuff at this website. Honestly this website and the review look trustable but not at all, when you have a live chat with them i coukld honestly say it look like a set up to me.

I have purchase for 47hrs and still waiting on and on but i could seriously tell you, you will never receive the good anymore, telling me supplier if offline, i mean what is this, in short term supplier won't be online i believe there nothing such as supplier,
Trust me don't purchase from this website i was lucky to purchase only $8.60 usd if not i could loss even more
