Seller claims transfer of payment hasn´t been processed even though 3rd party contactors clearly state it went through flawlessly. Refuses to sent pruchased and paid for goods. Attempts to fish for data by shady 3rd party identity checks.
Stay away and make sure to safe all correspondence.
Stay away, never again. So complicated for such a simple order. There are many other places to buy same goods even with better prices. I thought somehow that mmoga is legit and there wouldn't be any issues
They asked me for a photo of my ID and my face besides it to verify that I am real. They did it AFTER I payed. I replied with me saying that I don't want to send my ID and face over the internet and asked if there is a different way to verify me. They replied in German (I don't speak German) for some reason; saying that if I don't want to verify, they can give me a voucher.
Don't buy there.
Ordered something today and waited already 10 hours still have nothing. I went into support and they said i already ordered and did not paid for that but i have no email for the purchase. So they try to pull something on you to scam you. Do not use it they will do the same! I do not get refunded but my money is gone.
In the past I didn't have problems with MMOGA. However, in my most recent order MMOGA required me to send them a scan of my ID and photo with me holding my ID next to my face. Even worse so, they did this after they collected my money. There is no reason I can buy 1000 Euro laptops online without any identification, but I have to reveal a lot of highly sensitive data (including a photo of myself) to buy a video game. I recommend everyone to abstain from this sketchy seller.
Only got 25% of the stuff i paid for after i kindly ask it in the email they just said just wait and 20min later my account got deleted

Asked for passport and did not deliver. $30 for Star Trek online gone. Unfortunately I still have to watch them spam chat all day long.
Like the title says completely scammed me out of $270 never recieved my order or a refund. I made a paypal case and it was denied with fake evidence from this company and i even tried going to my bank and making a dispute through them and didnt get my money back. They are very good at stealing. I did everything right and still got screwed over.
Force you to verify via webident (webcam and passport). But happily take your money in advance! The whole process is not a 5-10 minute process and very annoying. Keep away

Last order i send 5 Verification emails.
I have paid not really small amount for something that had delivery time 5 - 10 minutes, the price was more then acceptable for it. So i paid, money gone from my paypal and i receieved email to VERIFY my account, i sent my ID and etc (Of course with blackened part where is ID number). After sometime of complete ignore, i got email into my spam folder that the Quality of picture isnt enough, there was clearly visible name, face and what they needed. Now its been more then 10+ hours and still nothing, live chat isnt working, they dont respond on email. I opened Paypal Dispute which might take a while, but i do not advice buying from this site.

Never order big from this site, they complete small shipments to look reliable but they totally scam you for bigger money damn bastards.
I first paid with paypal, but the next day, since I had security set up, paypal texted me asking if it was me authorizing some $500 amount. Of course I said no, and the payment was denied. I then went back to MMOGA and tried using a different payment I had no money in just to see; a cryptocurrency account. I entered my information and then cancelled the transaction. Sure enough, hours later, that account had a login attempt. STAY AWAY!
Very shady havent recieved my PS code yet and they asked me to send them a picture of my ID and my picture next to my ID after paying for the code. Then they sent me this

Ordered a product told me to send my id to a sketchy email address to get it, so i decided to contact them, ive been on live chat for the past 2 hrs and ive still havent got a response as well they dont have a email on there section so i cant contact them. They have scammed me and have got my payment details so be aware, ill be taking this to police.
I have given my personal ID and my face after paying, they are still witholding my paid product on their hands. I am perturbed by their lack of response (roughly a day now) and abysmmal customer services. Shame on them to rip people off or bar people their products for so long.
After I paid they changed the conditions all of a sudden and refused to deliver their part of the transaction unless I give them my phone number. Altering the terms of a transaction after one side paid is... shady, at best. To me, it looks like they´re shady data miners. If you like questionable business practices, being charged twice (first monetarily, then in personal data they can sell) and getting scam calls, this is the company for you. For me, this has been the first and the last time I used that website
Download didn't work, they refuse to refund. If I want my money back, I'll have to go through court.
