I recently bought software from them and the key they sent wouldn't work. Their chat service makes you wait for a long time and then drops you. They don't have a phone number to call which makes it even worse. I should have never bought anything from a company that doesn't have a phone number. I repeatedly asked for a new validation key and they kept sending the same thing. I wound up issuing a chargeback. Stay away from this company. Too many other reputable companies that value your business. Buyer beware!
13 days later and still haven't received the iTunes gift card. First they said they never received my money - then when they did find my money they asked me to send a copy of my passport. Sure take my money AND my identity.
Good thing I paid with PayPal - filed for a refund through them.
