Personal info harvesting
August 29, 2018

Don't send your personal info to random seller, they are not important. They cant force you to send your passport or photo or any other personal info.
Their live chat is dead. Opened like 3 hours ago with "34 persons queue" and now the queue is 29.3 hours for a 5 persons progress.
Remember not send personal info to some company from "germany" that in reality is from China. A lot of shady business.

Be aware of this scammers
August 11, 2018

I curse myself for not having taken the time to read what people say about this so called (German) Company who is based in (China)

I brought some articles from them through ebay by using my PayPal account, 1 minutes after I received a copy paste message from them asking me to provide a picture of my ID + My face photo with the ID for security reason.

What the Heck? My ebay & PayPal account are verifed you $#*!ing scums rats.

Never and Ever share your personal data with anyone, a legit European company who give more value to provat data of their costumers well never ask you for your personal information.

I opened a claim against them through paypal.

Wait & See...

This is some kind of front for identity theft, using ebay and their independent website to sell game codes with the caveat that you MUST provide a photo of your passport, and a photo of you holding your passport. Not just photos, though. CLEAR photos. With all of your information showing.

Why does a video game seller need to know your passport number? Or your place of birth? Or your middle name? Obviously, they don't. So don't send it to them.

If you are reading this and bought from them through ebay, call ebay customer service and report them. Requesting this information is 100% against ebay TOS.

If you have paid them through paypal on their website, contact paypal customer service and explain what they are doing.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION IF YOU CAN HELP IT.

Fun additional tidbit: their ebay listings say they are located in Germany, though their seller page places them in Hong Kong. The prices are listed in--I think--Canadian dollars. It's all bizarre.

100% Scam
July 18, 2018

Having used this site once in 2012 to great effect I thought I would try them again to save a bit of money. It worked before so even though I was very dubious I went along with it. I ended up having a video call with random people in Germany to show them my passport and then received an email telling me they would not give me my product until I paid a debt due to having my previous purchase refunded in the past. Not only did I not refund my 2012 purchase, they are asking me to send them the money via direct bank transfer. NEVER USE THIS SITE, if you read the positive reviews they are all done by some Nigerian sounding idiot who is just posting fake reviews. AVOID.

Hello. I have recently ordered 2 £30 PSN giftcards and I received the usual email that demands that I give them photos of my ID/passport and a selfie of me holding it. Of course, I refused. I had already paid for the products via PayPal, they have no right to ask for my ID after they have already taken my money. Instead, I immeidately sent them an email telling them that I refuse and that I demand my products immediately or a redund. I also opened a PayPal dispute and I went to MMOGAs site where I contacted their support and notified them about the dispute, once again demanding my products or a refund. One hour later, I received an email with the two codes I had purchased, and they worked, thankfully. I closed my PayPal dispute after that. I will not buy from this site again, unfortunately. Too much hassle for some gift cards. I was lucky to be able to resolve the issue in about 2 hours after the purchase without having to give them any of my personal information and without having to pay a refund fee as some others had to do. Definitely not the 5-10 minutes delivery I was promised, however. Please stay away and go to some better sites. Dont let them scam you and do not give them any private information. If they refuse to help you, be firm and use PayPal as leverage against them. This is unacceptable.

Couldn't be happier with the transaction. I have used other sites similar to this with no problems. With being able to purchase through PayPal you should feel safe and secure. I was downloading the game within 10 mins of paying. Communication was great with an email of confirmation sent at every step of the process. Don't worry Just Do it!

Do Not Use This Site - Scammers
May 10, 2018

They asked for far too many personal details. The payment said it accepted Amex when I put my card details in including my security digits it then said this payment method was not accepted so I had to put the full details in for another credit card. I was then asked for my date of birth, mothers maiden name and a password. After all this I got an email asking me for a photo of my ID and a photo of me with my ID, I refused and asked for a refund. Then I got an email asking me for my phone number. I cancelled my credit cards at my bank. The next email said the refund would be 5-7 days even though they had previously said they could not process the payment without verification. Total Scam.

Shockingly shockingly $#*!e
May 9, 2018

Do not buy any codes whatsoever from this site, it's a 100% scam. Bought 1 item and it worked well enough but at the 2nd purchase they start asking for your God damn passport out of the bloody blue (that's after the purchase by the way). Just don't do it lads, they want to steal your information. Who knows, they might even start asking for your social security number or something at the 3rd time of asking. Stay well away from this travesty!

Con artists.
March 29, 2018

I tried to purchase a game from these. They took the money, but then refused to send me the game key, stating that I needed to provide them with photo ID, or a photo of my passport, which is ridiculous, especially since there's absolutely no warning beforehand.

Tried sending an email, and also waiting through their online-support, but neither was any help.

Definitely avoid.

Dodgy
March 18, 2018

I bought two software keys from this site. I had to wait 18 hours after payment for the first one to be emailed to me, which made me suspicious but it worked out eventually.

The second time was bad. After I paid using paypal, they sent me an email 20 minutes later saying they needed a telephone verification before they would let me download the software and get the activation key- they wanted my phone number to call me. This is not acceptable to me, nowhere in their terms or on their website do they say this is a possibility. 1. I hate giving out my phone number because of the number of bogus random sales calls I get. 2. Its none of their goddamn business what my phone number is. 3. I didn't have a phone signal, being on a boat on the coast at the time, with decent wifi, but no phone. The good news is that after starting a claim with paypal, I got refunded about 8 hours later, but I will not use MMOGA again, there are plenty of other sited without all this hassle.

WORST EVER

MMOGA

The worst site ever, they took my money and after they asked for verification... why not before taking my money?
I could not pass the verification process 'cause my passport was expired and they do not accept national id card, even though they are in EU and I am from a EU country.
I asked for refund but nobody has ever replied.

They had the most competitive price on the market (especially for electronic download) with an expansion pack included. Paid via PayPal, so figured it wasn't a huge. Within 2 minutes of payment going through, I got my code, redeemed it and my happy boy was playing within 10 minutes.
