I ordered from Missguided US on 3/29 and received my package on 4/10. I originally ordered a belt and noticed it wasn't in my package. I went to the website and the "live chat" bot provided me a link to submit a missing item claim. When I filled out the claim, the response I received stated the belt was out of stock, so Missguided didn't send it to me, but I was still charged for it. If I hadn't filed a missing item claim, they would not have refunded me for the belt. I am appalled that Missguided attempts to scam their customers until the customer reaches out to them. If an item is out of stock and cannot be delivered just refund me without making me fill out a claims form. Also all the items sucked and the quality is not worth it before the prices so I sent back everything but one dress.

Charged for shipping almost $10 for a very slow shipping which could be free for order almost $100 and probably shipped from China. Charge for return too almost $10 as well. What a joke! One of the shirt came with a dirty spot and the sizing was off, very huge. The maternity shorts were weirdly shape, very pointy at the belly part like men pants lol, seems like they don't know how to make clothes. The sizing of the clothes are way too big. Now I want to return the dirty shirt and the pointy belly maternity shorts and being charged $9 for shipping. Will never buy again from this brand. Please avoid!

While I am Canadian so I did have to pay a hefty exchange and shipping, my items came within a week and are all in great shape and are exactly what I ordered. No items look cheap or slightly off. I will state that I did go a size up to be safe and am thankful. I am normally a size 10 but went for most of my items as a size 12. They have great deals but just be aware of the exchange rate. I'm fully satisfied!

I have ordered from MISSGUIDED multiple times and just had a very alarming experience. I ordered 15 items and when my anxiously awaited items arrived, I only had 13 in the non-damaged packaging, one of which was a dress I specifically ordered for my friend's wedding. I found an old email to start a chat with customer service and was given a Missing Goods form to fill out. I submitted this last night and woke up to an email letting me know they have investigated my order and there will be no replacement or refund as to them, all went well as far as they were concerned. This immediately seemed unprofessional on their part. I shopped with this company proudly multiple times! I immediately started another chat (they do not give their phone #, email, etc. for customer issues. I had to dig in old emails to find contact information) and expressed that this seemed like a scam and I absolutely refuse to pay for goods I did not receive. I started the convo more polite but did start getting upset as it progressed and could see the company was not handling this honestly. My representative the 2nd time around took note of my deeper concern and investigated further, to which she found the 2 specific items that did not show up in my bag as OUT OF STOCK. I am absolutely shocked that without a fight, they would have just said "Oh, no, you're wrong and you will pay for items you did not receive." Very disheartening and I wanted to share this experience with others!

Why didn't your horrible people warn buyers that the packaging was going to be pornographic and then say something like safety first or some nonsense this is disgusting and then you think you're all that cool because it's 100% recycled material you should be ashamed of yourself you should warn people that when you send a gift when they receive it and their children are going to see a woman in a very demeaning pose! You people need to go to hell this is disgusting I'll never buy anything from you again

Worth the wait!

I ordered two pieces from the Sean John Collection along with some accessories & I admit, after placing the order I took a look at online reviews (which I should've done in the beginning lol) but I'm glad I didn't! I was a bit skeptical after reading some of the comments, that it probably would've turned me off from ordering with them.
And although it took a month to arrive and spring is now here, I gotta say it was still worth the wait. I'm in love with the puffer jacket I got! Def my fav go to now! The only bad thing about it is if you're impatient, this might not be the place for you. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase (:

I bought a pair of jeans from Missguided which was too large so I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. So I went through the return process. First of all, they offer no exchange option. Which is ok just not convenient. Secondly I have to pay for the shipping, which is too bad but fine since they do not offer free returns. The wacky part is that I had to pay for the return label by credit card! Who does that? Common sense is that the postal return amount is subtracted from my original purchase or I pay in the UPS store so I have a receipt of payment! Very disappointing. I decided to drop the exchange option completely and I will not buy anything from Missguided ever again.

The worst

Unfortunately I saw the reviews for Missguided way too late. I already ordered something on their site. First they automatically changed my delivery from standard to express even tho I clicked on Standard delivery which is 5 Euros cheaper than the Express one and it still took them over a week to recieve my package and numerous emails because they claimed they couldnt deliver it cause I wasnt home even tho I was cause of Covid. The item I ordered was way too big for its supposed size and as Im returning it they are going to take 4 euros from my refound money. I paid 41 euros with express delivery I didnt ask for and im getting 27 euros on return. They are a scam and dont buy from them.
P.s. The item was poor quality.

NEVER GOT MY ORDER

I ordered a matching sweat set & a sweatshirt and it still hasn't arrived. They have absolutely ZERO customer service to help with this with issue. Absolute terrible customer service & I will not order again from them.

So i ordered over 150$ worth of things from MISSGUIDED on dec 1 i got my order confirmation email saying that it was supposed to arrive Dec 6th, dec 7 i contacted them to see what was going on and told them the issue they got back to me and responded saying that I had to wait till the 17th( but they stressed it wasn't going to be no later then that), now it's December 20 and I still haven't received my order I contacted them earlier today and they told me that my order was lost. How do you lose somebody's order and not let them know! Because keep in mind that the only email or text I ever received was the confirmation that my money was taken out of my account! I also paid for next day shipping btw :/ would never recommend Purchasing from MISSGUIDED! Horrible shipping, sketch $#*! deals, and EXPENSIVE $#*! shipping. Never again

I am surprised the rating is so low. The shipping is so fast, they send out your order immediately to be received within 2 days. The clothes are cute and so affordable! Not sure what everyone's hesitations are but this place is legit.

I have never step foot on this site but get order confirmation notifications and delivery status notifications. Sounds like this scammy site has stepped up their scam to the realm of pfishing for credit card information. This site should be reported to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission). Sad people have to protect other people through experice and reviews.

They just take your money

Information sent was misleading on size; it was in UK size which had me believe they sent me the wrong size when they didn't. I also had gone by their size guide and the dress I bought was still two sizes too big (I could fit in the dress alongside my 3yo) and the pants were about one size too big. I still have to pay to return them and don't get to exchange which means they get to keep $20 from me and I get nothing. Customer service was great but that's the only positive...

It doesn't deserve a star, but I don't have the choice. This is a misleading store. They conveniently write that you are responsible to pay any customs fee and so on. But then they use a shady shipping company Skynet, which starts to call you and ask for payment over the phone of customs fee. They have called me 3 times and asked for payment. I have asked them for the customs documents. They've promised to send them by email, but never did. After a week, they've called me again with the same issue. So we were going in circles. After the 3rd time, it was clear for me that they don't want to give me any documents. The Skynet web site is basic, no details, no payment choice. They only want you to give them your card by phone, which I will never do. I have tried contacting the Missguided customer service, but they weren't helping at all. They've said that if I don't pay the said customs fee, I will be charged for the return shipping fee. I've said to them that wasn't ok, since I didn't receive the product, but they didn't care. Finally, I have filed a dispute claim with my payment company PayPal and explained the situation. PayPal agreed with me and made Missguided give me the full refund.
So, I will never ever buy anything from this store again.
But if you find yourself in the same situation, don't hesitate to go to your payment company and file a dispute.
They know how to deal with the situation.

Everyone in CANADA watch out misguided is now shipping with Skynet! Read more about this company and their reviews! Very poor choice in companies to associate themselves with. I bought jeans for $54 and Skynet wanted me to pay $26 in fees! Very disappointed won't be buying anything *******@missguided until they start working with more reputable companies
