ATTENTION! Do not order from this company. I ordered five items (two of the five were the wrong size) from this company. Sent all five items back to the address in the box the clothes were sent in. After a few days, I called to see whether they received the items. They told me they didn't and I never received my refund. The items were sent back in December 2016 and its March almost April 2017, still no refund. Do not waste your time, they are scammers.

I have ordered from Misguided numerous times, and have loved their clothing, prices and fast delivery. Never had a problem. However this time, it seems they've changed shipping policy to Canada without notifying customers at checkout. These delivery fees are a hidden cost and I was not notified that I had to pay these fees until I contacted them several business days later. 66$ in shipping fees is ludicrous. Why would I pay 66$ of shipping in addition to Misguided's "Flat rate" shipping? Getting a refund and not ordering from them again until shipping policy is reverted back to the system used before that did not scam customers into paying ridiculous shipping costs.

Prior to making a purchase, I checked Missguided's reviews online to verify that it was a legitimate company. I saw the bad reviews especially in regards to shipping/delivery. I decided to take a chance because they had 50% off on all purchases and calculated 12 business days before I needed my purchase for an event that was out of the country. My order was processed and sent out in a reasonable amount of time and I should have reached it within 5-7 business days. The issue came when all tracking information stopped being updated. Missguided provided me with 2 links to use to track my package. One link said it was transferred to USPS and the USPS link said that it hasn't reached them yet. I contacted Missguided and they told me it takes a couple of days for updates to show (which totally defeats the purpose of tracking a package if it takes 2 days to get updates). I waited and didn't get my package by the estimated delivery date. I waited a couple days extra before I contacted Missguided again. And once again they told me to wait a couple days. I contacted them again because I needed my package ASAP - I needed the dresses for a specific occasion. After the occasion, I would have no use for them at all. Missguided instructed me to contact USPS because it has been transferred to them (they really should have been the one to reach out to USPS). I contacted them and they told me they have no record of it even being scanned into the state. Then Missguided told me to contact the courier company the that is located in the UK (EXCUSE ME?). Please note, I am located in the US. Why is the CSR telling me to contact a courier in a different country? I am literally doing all the footwork trying to located this package. That, to me, was unacceptable. By that time, all I really wanted was a refund because I knew that my package was not going to get to me in time IF at all. When I requested a refund, they told me that they could not issue me a refund until they were sure the package is lost (WHAT?). As if the inconsistent information was not already a great indication that my package is floating around in a place that nobody can tell me where! This is my first and last experience with them. I DO NOT recommend them.

I ordered from Missguided on 19/03/17 and paid for express 2 day shipping. I spent $160 CAD on merchandise. 5 days later it was still not here. I contacted customer service to ask why. They didnt tell me instead just offered to refund half my express shipping charge. Fine. Then I go to track my purchase and it hasnt moved for 2 business days. So I contact customer service yet again. This time I ask why it hasnt moved. She informs me the "courier" is holding my items and wont release them until I pay duty. I said "duty is paid at the door once I confirm Ive received all the right items" and she said no, I need to pay it to have it delivered. Never have I ever experienced this with ANY retailer. And I order a LOT. She says to go check for an email from "Skynet"... sure enough its in my junk folder (even my email address knows Skynet is JUNK). It's asking for $67 on a $160 order?!?! And a "holding fee"...? Excuse me? Tax in Canada is. 13%... not 40%... that is PYSCHOTIC. Even a few electronic items Ive ordered never had such an inflated duties price. These people are complete snakes. So much for getting ANY of my items on sale. I will NEVER give missguided my business again. I will strictly shop ASOS and BOOHOO. They know how to treat their customers.

AVOID AT ALL COST

Do not order from them. They have a shady third party shipping company that makes you pay duty as much as the item price. I don't even know if what "Sky Net" does it's legal but save your money and shop from Boohoo and Asos. Boohoo even pays the duty so you don't have to worry.

This is the worst company ever and I want to warn everyone about them. Save yourself the headache and do not purchase anything from these incompetent people. Basically I ordered a skirt, they sent me the wrong item. Completely different. The skirt I ordered was white XS they sent me a pink dress size XL. Such a huge mistake to make. I wanted this skirt for my engagement party that was a few weeks away. Anyways, I spoke to them and they said that when I ordered the skirt the skirt had already gone out of order after I paid. So they just sent me anything that was lying around. What kind of a company would do such a thing? This was in February and they have assured me that I will be refunded. But I have yet to receive my refund. I honestly don't have the energy to deal with these people anymore. Save yourself the headache and don't buy.

Extremely disappointed. I am a new customer this was my second time ordering because I absolutely loved the items I got the first order I made. The prices were not bad either!
This order I was emailed by "Skynet" to pay over $66 in custom fees before getting me order. I messaged the Customer Service on Facebook and got a quick response. They are ruder than they should be, regardless. They won't do anything except send you a link of their new policy and tell you to pay it.
$66 is pretty insane for customs... now reading reviews i wanted to send my order back but it looks like people are getting scammed.
So I avoid that I will be paying the $66 but never ever ordering again and I will be informing all of my friends to watch out and not to order.
I'm sure they are going to find more outraged customers as this problem continues.

Just had a similar experience bought a top with shipping $25.00 got an email from Skynet today I have to pay $29 in duties/taxes! More than item is worth this should be clearly noted on their website! Switch to ASOS/BOOHOO they do not do this price is the price no surprises!

I have ordered from Missguided over 20 times already and I, personally, have nothing wrong to say about their service. However, they're shipping is another story. Not a while ago, I made an order on Missguided like I usually do, however this time, a company called Skynet sent me an email and told me to pay taxes for the shipping, and IT NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE, so I thought it was just a one time thing but no, for each of the orders that I passed, Skynet would email me and ask for extra shipping money. I love this company but the fact that they started working with a company that asks for money for each order is very deceiving, don't know if I will order there anymore.

DON'T BOTHER

I ordered from them about 4 times, and the quality of some things was okay but not great for the price and some are awful and I keep having to fix them because of their poor sewing job. I shouldn't have to stitch something if I paid $95 for it and only wore it twice! Also anything white is seethrough.

The thing that made me decide to not order from them anymore was the customs surprise! I got an email from the shipping company SkyNet saying I have to pay $21 for customs. And I can't pay at the door, I have to click a link and can only pay online which is so sketchy. The reason I'm so pissed is that Missguided never notified me about the changes. I didn't see this anywhere when making my order, how was I supposed to guess that I now have to pay more money just to get my things? Don't see a point in buying things on sale then, I end up paying the original price anyway it seems.

Just shop at Forever21, they are a cheaper copy of Missguided. And in Canada I get their order in 2 or 3 days every time!

Return Scam

I purchased a dress knowing there was a good chance it wouldn't look great. I promptly returned it per the included return instructions and used the return label they provided.

I never received a refund and they've insisted they've never received it. Every time I email customer service, they ask me if I took a photo as proof that I returned it. Why the hell would I take a photo? I followed the instructions that were included in the package. Apparently their online return instructions recommend you do take said photo as proof. Shady.

It's a total scam on their end to keep my $60. I will never buy from them again and I will post this review on every site I can possibly find to do so.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE

I ordered 3 dresses and none of them fit. Either too big or too small. I returned it and 3 weeks went by I never received my refund. They don't have a contact number or an email to get a hold of anyone. The chat is never available when you want it to be. They wanted me to upload on facebook, instagram or twitter a screenshot of my purchase and proof of my return because they LOST IT! What if you don't have any of this crap social media! NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. I will never order from here again. And not to mention the materials were all cheap!

They lost my package and when it appeared a month later they told me they were going to let me return it free of charge. Then somebody else told me they don't do free international orders, so they wanted to charge me to return it. They offered me a credit note for the postal fees cause they said it was "the best they could do" but what am I going to do with a credit note if I have no intention of shopping with them ever again.

Horrible inconsistent service I will never shop there again, they lost a loyal customer. Pretty Little Thing is much much better. No duties for Canadians and your stuff comes ON TIME!

I ordered four dresses for a sorority formal in hopes of wearing the dress that fit/looked the best on me and returning the other three. I decided to order from Missguided because I just couldn't resist their amazing student discount. A few days after my order, I started to get nervous because my formal was only a week away and I wanted to make sure my dresses would arrive on time, so I searched online for Missguided reviews and was terrified after reading the many negative reviews, so I online chatted them to check on the status of my order. They were very prompt in getting back with me and were very polite and helpful with the questions I had. The items ended up arriving after 8 business days, in time for my formal but slightly later than what their website described. The products were great quality and fit true to size and I loved my four dresses so much that I kept two of them to wear for you're occasions. I sent back the other two dresses and quickly realized that I, stupidly, forgot to include the return slip. I frantically emailed customer service and they responded quickly and helped assure me that I could give them the return information and they would make sure my return went through. I was VERY impressed with the products, prices, and customer service and I would most definitely recommend this website, despite the negative reviews. In the future, I will order my items a little bit earlier because their shipping times might not be 100% accurate, but I will definitely be shopping on this website again. Their products and customer service are truly some of the best I have ever encountered. Don't let the negative reviews scare you!

Amidst all the negative reviews I'm here to share my positive experiences at Missguided! I've successfully completed multiple orders and all were sent with standard shipping (to Australia). All my orders arrived within a week. In fact my most recent purchase arrived in 3 days (with standard shipping)! The clothes have really decent quality for the price you pay. The material is really comfy too! I've purchased dresses, tops, pants, skirts, shoes, a jacket and a scarf and am happy with most of them, except a white too which was a bit too sheer. Also, the sizes are true to size for me. I'm a size 6 and their size 6 clothes fit me perfectly (except for a bodycon which was a little too tight due to my fat thighs).
The customer service experience I've had was pretty great too! They sent me the wrong size for a jumpsuit once so I emailed them to notify that I will be returning the item. To my surprise I received a reply in less than an hour saying that they have fully refunded me! True to word, the refund appeared in my bank account the next day. I was pretty happy as I did not have to spend $6.95 for the return postage.
Anyway, all my experiences so far has been quite positive and I love their wide variety of styles and very good sales! Will continue to keep purchasing from them :)

I ordered a dress from Missguided under the impression that I would receive it within 3-6 business days as their website states. 7 days later my dress has still not arrived and I am unable to track it. I talk with someone on the chat option and she tells me that my item is most likely lost and that I will have to file a form. Two weeks after ordering the dress I finally receive it and of course it doesn't fit, and they don't do exchanges. You have to return the dress and order a new one. I purchased the dress and received 40% off so I assumed I would be able to reorder it for 40% off, but I am wrong. I talk to a person on chat again and she tells me all she can do is 10% off. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she tells me the same thing even though my dress was lost and I didn't receive it for weeks. She was extremely unhelpful and could care less that the dress took much longer than it was suppose to to be delivered.

Risky, but Did the job

Read all the negative reviews after I ordered so I was kind of worried. But, I ordered. They delivered. I liked my stuff. No problem. I bought 2 shirts and a pair of shoes. All of it looked like it did in the pictures and the quality was good. Maybe a little high if I had ordered them full price. I got them on sale. I would order from them again, but since most of the negativity about them has to do with problems with returns, I will keep that in mind and only things i'm pretty sure will fit me. LIke leggings and probably shoes.
