I ordered a sari from Mirraw.com on Sept 20 2017 and it was scheduled to be delivered on Oct 7th 2017, They were 1 month late and still hadn't even stitched my sari, The customer service was terrible and very incompetent, they employees there are very lazy, and the manager was never "available" for me to complaint to. I was constantly lied to about the shipping date and the status of my order. I have requested a full refund for my order and not received it yet. I would suggest to never order from this company, it is a scam.

Had a very bad experience with Mirraw. They don't deliver on time and expect a long delay. Email replies from Mirraw or calls made to their customer care will give the standard copy paste answers. Colour of the product delivered different than photo (colour not even matching), very cheap material. Will never buy from Mirraw anymore and advise everyone what is shown on the website is not what you will get. The quality is very bad, you will get frustrated waiting long and final delivery of the product is devastating!

I'm really sorry to say I share a surname with the fraudsters who founded Mirraw.com. Google Anup Nair and Shailesh Jain and contact them directly. If you've experienced Mirraw fraud, sign the petition and help to take away Mirraw's licence to operate on the Apple App store, on Paypal and on Facebook. When Mirraw.com gets away with fraud, it gives people a reason to believe that all Indians (not just Anup Nair and Shailesh Jain) are corrupt and dodgy. Don't let Mirraw.com kill the creativity and innovation which is the true spirit behind the Indian retail and design industry.

The quality of material used in these outfits is very cheap, extremely poor quality. The quality of the stitching work is also extremely low. The outfit I received does not at all look like the lovely outfit in the photo on their website. This is just like those discount clothing websites where they advertise something beautiful and you end up with a horrible, cheap quality version that would be embarrassing to wear to any party or function. On top of that, I called customer service to report this poor quality product and request a refund, and the customer service agent was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only do they have poor quality products but they have poor quality service. I am now fighting to get any of my money back. Do not waste your money on this company.

Very cheap fabric. That, not the one i sow online. It is like a mosquito net. Return cost s92. Never buy from them.

They do not care about customers. People do not buy from this website. I paid lot for 2 products. Stitching were bad. Not wearable. Offered me 20% off. After i agreed with that they dissappeared. No reply for any refund. They just talk about customer care and 100% money back gaurantee. They do not follow rules. Customer service talks so rude. They do not listen any cocern of customer. They blame customer. I heard that they charge frauldy on credit card too so do enter your credit card in this website. This is FRAUD.

Ordered 2 anarkali's. They look like straight fit anarkali's! Hardly any material in the dresses to make them look anywhere close to anarkali. Also the sleeves are completely mismatched. Website shows golden color sleeves but it came with skin color cheap material sleeves. And they took 10 days longer than expected due date to ship.

I have made an order of Salwar suit and kids lehenga on Aug3rd. It took 2 months to deliver an order to USA. I received on Sep 26th. TO my utter disappointment the material is very bad for both the orders. The stitching is very poorly made. I should have donated my money instead of ordering in Mirraw. Never again and I truly advice please do not get tempted with nice pictures. They look very off when you receive the actual product. They say georgette and I receive some other material. And another joke is that there is no pallu oro dhupatta with my suit. Instead I got some unstitched left over piece of the material. No exaggeration but its a fact.
Very Very bad customer service. Please dont get fooled with the nice pictures and prices. They have such poor material and hence those prices. I get all bad words but just keeping myself contained.

Customer service do not reply to any inquiries after get payment. Delivery is too late (understandable) but after they dispach received messege from dhl that i have to $40.00 for custom. They have not stated anything in the website that we have to pay costum fees. I have ordered from other website and never paid any cistum fees ( sareez.com, cbazaar, utsav) basically mirraw is fraud. Also they do not give any refunds. So they are liar tooo. Do not trust this website. Better i paybsome extra from other webiste and buy it from them. Atleas they do care about customer. I wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase. First of all, the website was offering a buy one get one free deal, and as we required several lehengas for a bridal party, this deal was great for us. The website however did not let you add more than 1 product to your bag. We had called up customer service on several occasions and they refused to help saying they would call back, but never did on all occasions.

We then all purchased our lehengas separately without the deal and was quoted that we would receive our lehengas by the 9th September. The henna event was on the 16th September, and on the 15th September (day before the event), the lehenga was still in stitching. After having called Mirraw to cancel the order as it is clearly late, they refused. They are clearly frauds! Also quality of the lehenga is not like the picture.

The absolute worst service I have received. I have been back and forth with the representatives with this company and I am disappointed and furious with the kind of care I've been receiving.

Prior to placing an order with this website, I had ensured that the item will be delivered on time. They had send a measurement chart right away, and I sent them the information they required as indicated in the email VERY CLEARLY. 2 days ago, I called a "customer service agent" and he had told me, the stitching will be done by the evening (of the day I spoke to the agent) and will be sent out for shipping. Two days later, I get an email about measurements... MEANING my outfit will NOT be delivered on time. I asked them for a refund right away and they told me to call back in an hour. I call back and they are back and forth refusing to give me a refund. Please do not waste your time with this website. They are very nice, but useless. NOT helpful at all. Now, I'm going back and forth for a refund. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD!
