The website stated free shipping or delivery charge, however the website DONOT mention about duty n customs vat you have to pay to get it delivered to you door step.

Dishonest people don't buy from this site.
I brought two Sarees online and after I submit the payment saw they charged me for three Sarees. Right of way I emailed them they emailed me back saying they will check and let me know. Nothing. I decide the same day to cancel it felt they aren't honest. It's been 5 days still didn't give me full refund I complained to Paypal.
They shouldn't able to do business it's scam.

Hi I ordered 5 items from mirraw, onsite it said delivery on November 20th but got nothing. I PAID $265 CAN and no one is responding to my emails. My order no is M*******. It's has been 24days now. I really hope they will send me my order. Very very sad.

You have to pay more money for it to be delivered to you, once they ship it to the UK. They sent an email letting me know one of the items are out of stock several weeks ago, and still the refund has not been processed - how professional of them?!

Rubbish quality, rubbish customer service. Return address is different - beware, not simple so i didn't bother returning. Import charges additional to return charges. I am stuck with 3 items i can't wear or gift. Colour has run on gold gorgette from maroon velvet on a rubbish lengha. None of the items are like advertisement. Company should be shut down.

Guys never buy from Mirraw... rubbish quality, rubbish customer care. Sent so many emails, txt msgs, whatsapp msg but no reply... doesnt worth even 1 star!

I recently bought a saree from mirraw for A$ 54. They shipped the quite promptly. However, the saree was of extremely poor quality and not silk as they advertised. The saree that was sent is no way near the product picture on their website. After much follow up, they returned A$30. This is the first time I ordered from Mirraw and this will be the last time. Please spread the news and warn other potential customers.

I simply felt violates and utterly cheated by this site. There is absolutely no correlation between their product pictures and the actual products.

Only if want to waste you money before committing suicide (so you don't care about your money) only then you can buy from this site.

Please please don't order from them. I ordered a yellow saree with stitched blouse. The saree was the most cheap quality ever. The work looked like from item from the street. I was charged for the stitching but received an unstitched blouse. I have been doing online shopping for desi clothes for the past 8 years. This is the first I ordered from Mirraw and it will by my last time and also the first time I got screwed very bad.

Complaints contact number please as I do not received my full order as two dresses were missing and the number provided in the website is not correct and I don't know to whom I have to contact

They sell replica I have am email from the person who works there her reply was to give me 20% refund I want to tell her distribute it among the beggars at Murray.com

There is a tear on the dupatta. The good is delivered on time but did not go through quality check. I still have some orders that will be delivered soon. If the quality is equally bad, I will not recommend this site.

I placed my order on 10th of September for a wedding which was on 15 of October and today is 27 of Oct but I havent received my order yet. Emailed them several times but no reply. I strongly recommend against ordering any product from this website save ur money and time

I ordered my Saree on the 19 September 2017 and still haven't got it... Hasn't even been shipped yet. Reading some reviews here I just realised that the quality might not be good either!

Save your money! I was sent a product that I did not order. When I tried to return it, I was told a manager would get back to me. No one did. Instead, I received offers for a discount on my next product.

After waiting a mth for my order. Sending several msg i received my order. Saree with beads half of them fell off. Salwa kamees stiched only shoulders. Hanging like a cape. Lineing sent separate. No pants. I will never recommend this place. I don't want any one to endure this... CLOSE THIS BUSINESS DOWN. FALSE ADVERTISING!
