Despite the bad reviews on many sites, I thought I would give Mirraw a go, bad mistake already and I haven't even received the items! My order has been delayed twice already, each time saying there's a delay in receiving the item from the supplier abd it will be 3 days more but it is now delayed by 2 weeks. I tried to cancel when I was told about the delay but was told I could not as stitching had started. This seems odd given that the items hadn't been received and weeks down the line, I've bow received an email saying the items are being sent for stitching. Very poor service and clear lies to avoid taking the responsibility of their delay and respecting it is not far for a customer to recieve items very late after the required date. The customer service is awful too, on emailing they offer a short, non helpful comments and then send a completion email stating that they have completed the query. I will follow this up with a further review, if I ever receive the items!
The people rating 5 stars is quite clearly a con and you will see they have rated only Mirraw and multiple times, shocking!

This company does not provide quality products, also it is very cheap products.

I have ordered few churidhars for my daughter and it took more than 2 months for them to work on my order that to with so many follow ups.

Finaly, I sent an email to cancel the order and they shipped half of the order and rest was NOT shipped, when I sent an email they told me that the entire order was shipped, but it was totally LIE.

Order arrived and when I checked the churidhars, it was not properly cut and the size didn't match what I have given, I had so many follows and still I have not received the refund.

PLEASE... PLEASE... PLEASE. DO NOT ORDER FROM MIRRAW Website.

This company not only provides the lowest quality products, but also the worst customer service ever. Not only was my order extremely delayed and after contacting them to cancel it as I no longer needed it, I kept receiving generic messages to be patient. Weeks later, despite me asking for the order to be cancelled, I was forced to receive it (and pay hefty duties). The product was made with the worst, cheap and tacky materials and looked absolutely nothing like the pictures, nor was it consistent with the description provided on the website. When I reached out to express my disappointment with the (much delayed) finished products, I was told I can get a 10% discount. I was not looking for a discount, I wanted a full refund for the horrible clothes that I knew cannot be worn. I sent over pictures of how poorly the item was made - materials and stitching- I was then told that they are replicas and colors vary on different screens and I can take a 20% discount. While I understand that colors vary, but the finished product didnt even match the description provided on the website in terms of materials and work. They have refused to compensate me for the poor quality products that can't even be used. DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS COMPANY!

Unbelievable that the dogs leading this company still can proceed with stealing money from customers (mostly wormen) for so many months and that the police of India does not get in action. But the Indian police is not even able to protect the women in India for sexual abuse so they most probably do not care for financial abuse of women!
The clothing I received is definitely bazaar quality used by poor Indian people who are unfortunately not so rich as the women in other countries who are able to buy online.
And again creepy incompetent men in India take advantage of women.
Wishing that the universe will soon give the pay back to the trashy directors of this thieves company.

Ordered a beautiful looking lehenga in white and yellow custom stiched. Received 3 days ago. Was happy the colour combination looked similar. I will give credit for that but the quality it was simply horrible. White poor quality net lehenga had a very thin shiny inner. When worn, it was totally see through! I EMPHASIZE see-through. Everyone can see your legs undergarments and all even in dim light. Forget day light. I tried in all shades of light cuz I liked the colour! It was custom made so I can't return. Thankfully it was my first order and just for testing I ordered a cheap one! Will I buy again? Honestly they responded well. Send via DHL. Got on time. I liked overall service. Maybe I will try one more time and see if the site is worth considering in future. I used PayPal to buy.

Placed an order of 4 outfits. They emailed to say order was received. They sent another email saying they are waiting to see if they have the products in the warehouse before proceeding. They sent another email confirming products were all available for stitching and asked for my measurements. I sent all measurements. Then I waited and waited. After 2 months, nothing. After sending numerous emails they informed they do not have the products available for stitching?! They are a SCAM!

Hi all i do have a request for everyone, me too cheated badly from mirraw. I am from US so i reported to my credit card company and notified that they are scam. Please dont just stop writing the review. Inform your credit card company, they will file a report. So that any future innocent customer will be alerted. And also report thier page on the face book, and also file complaint on https://www.econsumer.gov/en/SelectAType/1#crnt. The more the complaints more we will be heard.

I ordered bunch of sarees from them, some were nice, but some did not even look like what they have advertised.
They are not 100% honest with their dealings, very bad in refunding for the items they done have or out of stock.
Will never order from them again.

I purchased an outfit from Mirraw which i was excited to receive. It was advertised as free delivery on the website and then a month later i received a duty payment (£20) which i was asked to pay in order to get my parcel. I contacted Mirraw and was told this is nothing to do with them. I requested they be transparent re this cost as i didn't see that when booked. But i heard nothing back.
Not happy about this. Will never order from them again.

Ordered a lehenga online and got the delivery on time. But the worst part was the quality. The material and colors were very different from the one in the pictures and looked very cheap. And the worst part is the RETURN POLICY. They have self return policy which means you have to pay for the courier charges and addiitional custom charges if any, which come down to the actual price of the product you ordered. I ordered a lehenga for 40$ and returning it would mean paying around 50$ (let me tell you that they also charged me $10 for shipping). It's better to keep it then return it, even if it means never using the dress you order. I am never ordering again from this place! BEWARE!

I ordered silk sarees with petticoats. Items they sent me was thick satin material saree size pieces which looked like cut from reel of fabric. In communicating about the product they said it was a replica from the vendor that if I wanted a refund I should return the product with tracking shipping which would cost me as much as the saree. The products on the website looks pretty and true to the specifications, however I feel they do not send what they advertise. I was very disappointed in that due to no fault of mine, I am taking the loss as I am not getting refunded and will throw the satin saree in the trash. What a waste of time and effort.
