Ordered my outfits in time for my wedding because their delivery date said it will arrive before then
Its 3 weeks later the delivery date i havent recieved it
I had to change one of my outfits because they didnt have it in stock and asked me to pay the difference... no thought of we messed up we can let the £10 difference go but its my wedding so i paid
2 weeks go by i email them and they just tell me what the tracking order says

My wife ordered two sarees a few months back. They sent us very poor quality sarees, totally different from what was displayed on the display. When we asked for the return label, they said that it's the customer's responsibility for the shipping cost. They don't care how much it cost for shipping items from the USA to India. It's been nearly three months they haven't even refunded our money for the item we returned. Every time I email them, I receive a kind of automated email.
For us, this was one of the very bad shopping experience. We will never shop again from miraw.com and also caution any other potential buyer before placing an order with them.

NOT VERY GOOD

My blouse was stitched well. Of the 3 sarees I bought, only one came close in look and appearance to the advertised sarees. Lace, embroidery and material used in the sarees were very different. The appearance of gold embroidery in the photos were very understated and quite elegant, but the gold embroidery actually used on the delivered product was too shiny and bright. Classical example of bait advertising. If I look at the money I spent, I spent $150 on three sarees which was not too bad. I probably would have paid more in my native town for these sarees, but the quality would have been far better. I would not buy from this website ever again.

WORST EXPERIENCE

VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH MIRRAW.
ORDERED WORTH 200$ SAREES, I CAN SAY I WASTED MY MONEY.
THEY SHOW ALL FAKE PICTURES. ITS NOT SAME AT ALL AND QUALITY IS HORRIBLE.

Just received three outfits I had ordered for Eid. All three are of really bad quality. The fabric is very very cheap looking... not at all like what you see in the picture. Terrible. And the stitching is even worse. Really bad tailoring. They didn't even bother to press after tailoring. Being a seamstress myself and I just cannot bring myself to put this stuff on me. This is an absolute waste of money. So badly stitched. Does not sit well on you at all. The pants are all short at my ankle. Never every will I buy from here again. Do not recommend this company. Now I am left without clothes for Eid. Very, very disappointed.

I was planning to buy a lehenga, but looking at all the reviews, I decided not to. There are many scam online companies who advertise products in a very trustable manner, but after you pay for any service they do not response. This is very typical of a scam/fishing company. This trick of money making works for them, because there is no overseeing policy/body to control such activities online in those part of the world. I will try to report this website as a scam.

I placed an order for 2 sarees, paid the money through credit card. I got the confirmation from Mirraw, the delivery date 30.05.2018. Unfortunately after the payment, i read the reviews and some of them made negative and complained for quality and delivery time. I was very tensed after payment.

This is definitely an unreliable company. I placed an order and after 3 weeks the items purchased were not only undelivered but also untraceable. My emails receive an automated reply that a resolution is being found. I made two international calls and the only reply is to allow some 24 hrs. Definitely it's a most unreliable company and I have lost my money! Online rippers!

Big cheaters

Ordered a saree and pair of earrings.
Not happy with the product and asked for return or refund.
Both rejected. After 28 emails they sent me a 25% refund and made me throw those products in Bin.
Extremely cheap material and Fake design that doesn't even match 10% of the images. Earrings are sent one piece from each set which is not symmetric. Asked them to send a proper pair and rejected. The customer service person Nizam Sheikh doesn't even understand what I was asking him. All he knows is to say no. Since I have asked to send a proper pair of earrings with my pending order they refused and canceled my order by simply saying that product unavailable which was actually with the stitching team. No answers are given when I asked for reasons.

Don't purchase items from Mirraw. I purchased 5 different items and they put the wrong delivery address on the box. Now the item has been delivered to the incorrect address and I have been trying to get in contact with Mirraw to request for a refund. They have been passing me off from one customer service rep to another, not responding to my request and are the biggest scammers. Don't purchase anything from them as you'll never get your money back.

Just an update to inform everyone, due to bank and paypal being useless. I contacted Trade union and the one in india, which both worked hand in hand, they both emailed the company and the company eventually refunded me.

Its a shame it had to go that way, i threatened the company with court because thats how far i would have taken it, to which trades also stated i have a solid case. Which obviously the company could not go forth with, and finally given a refund.

All that hassle, when this company should actually be put down,
Trades are aware of this company as flagged on their system if you have an issue EMAIL them! They will assist

I bought 150 euros worth of clothing from Mirraw online.
The description stated the material, size and what you will receive.
I bought dresses as eid gifts and a nose stud as well as a packet of bindies.

The nose stud arrived broken, the bindies were the wrong ones.

The clothing are fakes not even exact replicas.
The stitching was poor (semi stitched and embroidery)

2 outfits with print design were printed diagonally on the material
The rest of the suits had diagonally embroidered design meaning none of the suits i could get stitched and will look like the picture.

When i showed the tailor they were not able to make the outfits as the designs were not matching up so the neck hole would have been slanted or bigger on one side and the pattern on the back would not be in line how its meant to be.

I got in contact with mirraw CS who was MEERA XAVIER

Now this little bitch really pissed me off, they stated
"Sorry we do not cover return shipping costs, buyer pays for returns, please do not state a custom value or write a low nominal value if we incur a customs fee it will be deducted from your refund".

Oh and they wrote the wrong value higher than the actual amount on my custom form and i had to pay customs charge which they did not reimburse for and said "we did not write a value".

Meera also said "we do not pay for quality issue returns, our goods are replicas"

Now, their description does not state replicas.

My issues were: Printed diagonally, stitched diagonally, incomplete material no chemise/ lining when stated it comes with it, broken jewellery, wrong order, description states each semi stitched suit size e.g. up to 40" chest when infact it would not even go up to 30" chest! One of the suits was a blue with pink bled material and i was given a 10" pink cloth to stitch onto a piece of blue material...

Paypal told me to send it back but heres the problem, not only have i spent 150 euros so thats like £122, but also £20 customs charge which should have been less but now royal mail do not accept 5KG parcels... FEDEX charge... wait for it... £190 international priority or £160 international economy... MORE THAN WHAT THE DAMN THINGS ARE WORTH

Paypal are no use and my bank are no use, after providing them with so much evidence they have stated they cant do anything, HENCE WHY THIS COMPANY ARE ABLE TO SCAM PEOPLE OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY AND SIT BACK BECAUSE BUYERS CANT DO ANYTHING.

This company is against the trades description act, consumer goods relations and i refuse to let them get away with this there i have filed a case against them.

The materials were not even as described let alone as pictures, another which was meant to be velvet and georgette was not velvet at all and was not embroidered but had a pattern superglued on it!

AVOID PLEASE AVOID GO TO A STORE, I LEARNED FROM MY MISTAKE, THEY ARE CHEAP FOR A REASON, THEY ARE 100% DISHONEST AND YOU WILL REGRET IT!

I ordered 3 outfits. They came in time and I was so excited to try them but was extremely disappointed with quality and fitting even though I paid for the alterations.
They are totally cheating people by showing nice outfits on models and replacing them with extremely cheap materials. I don't know how they are still in business by cheating people. Someone should stop them.

Please dont shop from MIRRAW clothing website they exhibited very beautiful outfit and when you order the outfit they exhibit they will take your money and dont send the same thing they exhibit the material is so cheap you feel ashamed to wear it. The clothing will be something completely different from what you order. They owe me money and its so hard to receive the money back. They promised they will refund but failed or they will take a long time to respond to your email. VERY FUSTRATED. If there is an attorney reading this complaint and can do something to help all the people complaints about their situation PLEASE HELP THE CUSTOMERS TO GET THEIR MONEY OR ITEMS BACK.

This Company has very bad customer services, I had bought once and quality was bad and silly me tried again. This time the Sari actually had holes in it... I had written before delivery to ensure the quality should be good... this is what they wrote back...

I made the mistake of ordering a 'kundan pearl and emeralds necklace' from Mirraw last September. They delayed the delivery stating that the product they received from their vendor failed quality check and are getting the piece done by a different vendor. Ultimately when I received the product in November, one of the emerald stones came in detached from the necklace itself. Having spent $140.00 on this piece, I did not find it worthy to receive a faulty product, hence made another mistake of deciding to return it for a refund. I clicked the pictures, and sent the product back for an additional $30.00. Another mistake I made - not keeping a track of the tracking no.

See, being one of the biggest e-commerce sites in India, one would expect Mirraw to have sophisticated back-end processes respectively their warehouse, accounting customer care etc. But Mirraw has crappy processes that can;'t keep track of a product, associate it with a simple returns number, even though the details of the order# and returns# are mentioned in the package returned.

I tried to get in touch with the customer care, one Mr. Faiz, and his senior, Mr. Sagar responded to my calls, to my bad luck. After 3 months of deliberation only from my end, multiple calls and emails to Mirraw Customer Support team, their team hardly reached out to me with any response despite many promises and requests to trust them and believe them. After 3 months of making international calls to this team, and wasting a lot of my time and energy, I realized these guys don't care about refunding my money. I gave up to maintain my piece of mind!

I would not recommend purchasing anything from Mirraw if you appreciate quality and believe your money's worthy of quality service. Mirraw fails terribly in terms of quality and service. I am preparing to file a case against them in the consumer court.
