I would give one star for quality compared to the picture posted. Especially the blouse was completely different from that posted on the picture. Please ask for a picture of the original product if ur buying.
Stitching was good. However the zip on the blouse broke as soon as I tried to open it.
The final product looked good but it was not what the picture showed. It's one of those online deals where u see something else and get something else. Would not buy anything else from this website.
BE AWARE... This company is very fradulent. Their system shows the item as dispatched but the item never reaches you. Especially, when you buy from out of India and deliver to address in India, these guys play tricks. Their support/customer server is nothing but a piece of garbage, they dont think of even supporting you and instead keep sending mails like "sorry for the inconvinence... our support will reach out to you with in 48-72 hrs. Etc..." when you ask questions. Honestly, this is a bad choice to buy cloths online. I could have given -100 if there is a such option. So, people just be cautious and never trust this Mirraw app or online.
Had a bad experience. The return policy does not state that custom orders cannot be returned. However, when you try to return a custom order, they refuse a return.
The product is cheap quality and not worth the price. The product does not look like it is in the picture. Stitching is not to measurements and they cut corners.
I would never shop with them again.

Its very sad that they wont give proper information and when you try to return the product, they will screw you up with lies. Please google more reviews before deciding. They have cheated so many people when they tried to return something. Website even says they will return postage, but I was offered only 20% of the cost alone with an excuse that they didn't receive the item. Tracking is only possible with DHL which is very expensive and all other very good postal services are saying they wont offer tracking because of its remote location.

I ordered a few items from mirraw a month before our religious holiday which is why I placed my order and I did not get them. They were shipped to our old address and when I called them to investigate my case they responded to give them time for a response. I gave them the 48 hours they requested but never heard back from them until I had to call THEM. I called 5 times and I got the same response everytime, them requesting for time. I ordered my shipment in July and it is now almost October and nothing has been resolved. They refuse to give me my money back too. Worst customer care I have ever experienced. I would never recommend anyone to shop there.

I got a partial refund from Mirraw. They have "lost" proof on their side that I paid the $15 for stitching, petticoat and fall. Interesting, since it is under the exact same invoice number. I have proof of payment of the $15 and emailed it to Afrin Khan. While I was on the phone with Mirraw, the man said if I paid the $15 he would email me the measurement form. My husband received the request for payment of $15 while I was on the phone and approved it. We never got a measurement form. I have proof on my end that I paid the full amount, including the $15... I sent copies of the proof PayPal sent us.
The phone number that PayPal has for Mirraw is no longer in service.
I will never ever do business with this company again. I wish I would have seen this site before I had ordered. I know it might seem like "only $15" to some people, but if Mirraw does this to more customers than myself... through a faulty webpage or whatever, they are stealing a lot of money.

On the site, there are drop down menus that walk you through the measurements, adding the petticoats and falls at $1 each ($3 per saree). These prices do not show up on the order and the measurements don't. I called customer service and was told I would receive an email with instructions on how to submit my measurements if I would go ahead and approve the $15 charge (I did this, it is what I was expecting to be charged). The charge came out really fast. I was told i would get the email within 30 minutes. I didn't get the email. I called back and honestly could not understand what the man was saying. I mean I kept trying to understand his accent. (ordering authentic clothing I really don't want to hear an American voice.) I told him I wanted to be able to instruct on the sleeve length and was waiting for the measurement form to be emailed.
Two of the three times I called they wanted to make sure I did the customer service survey at the end. The first two times I gave a good review, the third time I just hung up.
I came on here, saw the email address that was being given out to others complaining, so I sent an email. I got an email that that message had been waste listed (spam?) and I had to click on a link to make sure the next email I sent to this address would go straight through. I went ahead and did that, and had to basically sign up for a service called Boxbe. I tried to call to cancel my order (I have 24 hours to cancel my order that has not been shipped, according to the site) There is nowhere on the website to cancel, it says to call customer service. Well, it is 4am there and I didn't get a human (understandable)... my concern now is that I wake up in time tomorrow to call within the 24 hour time frame to cancel my order. I have seen so many complaints about people not being allowed to cancel their order. It was after I had placed my order that I watched a video on YouTube that discussed the exact same issues I am having (she was inputting one set of measurements and her order form was showing another, she tried to cancel and was told she couldn't. She got the order in and the quality of the fabrics were poor and her sizes were off)
I would much rather cancel now. The amount of hassle I have had just trying to input my size and sleeve specifications has made me very uneasy with this order.
I am placing this here so that there is public proof that I want to cancel order number M477404334 and get a full refund, including the $15 charge I paid after I placed the order. The total amount of refund I want is, $126.65.

They might need someone to fix the glitches on their website so that the drop down menus work for placing sizes. For the prices I was paying, I was willing to know they were not going to be the best fabric in the world. I am not willing to get a blind order that I was not able to input my measurements on. It would cost me too much money to get tailored and I do not want to pay the cost of returning poorly fitted items. (I would have to pay for returns according to their site) I would much rather just cancel now, within the 24 hour period, before my order has been shipped.

I got a phone call from the female who gives her email address out to complainers on here. She got my number from my order. I thought that she was calling me based on my email. Went through my complaint, she told me she understood and offered to take my measurements over the phone and do everything through her. I told her I would rather have the refund since I have 24 hours to cancel, it was now very close to 24 hours. She told me I would have my refund within 48 hours. I wanted to confirm the full amount, she didn't see the $15 charge. She told me she would find it and refund me. She asked me to take this review down. I told her I would take the review down once I got my refund. She said she understood. I figure with labor day weekend, it may take longer to refund... but I do want my refund.
Well, today I got an email response from her in response to the email I had sent. 3 days after I had sent it. So, she was calling me based on this review, not based on the email I had sent her. If you need a refund from this company, don't waste your 24 hours trying to call or send an email. Post here. They read these and respond.
Mirraw is not consistent with their delivery, never deliver on time and do not even deliver witin 35 days. Even though they withdraw the money right away from your bank, they are not refunding promptly. Very poor business and do not recommend this business to anyone. Please choose something else. Lots of pain and waste of time with continuous call with no actions from the customer service. Just apologizing is not a good service.
After lodging the complain regarding the product I received. The support from the customer care Sagar Sada the team leader of Mirraw was very responsive and willing to resolve the issue immediately instead of back and forth sending the emails.
Mirraw apologize for sending the incorrect order. They resolved my below issue.

You get what you pay for. I received 7 items. One did not look like the picture. You can see the pictures. I wish more people would take pictures so that we can see what a real person looks like in the clothing. Two of the items are short and not because I gave the wrong measurement's. I would say add inches to your bust measurement's and add length. Because these clothes will fit like a glove and make it hard for you to move. I will order again now that I know the proper way to get clothing that fits

Horrible company... I placed a large order, received the order with a few items missing. Spent 7 months emailing them trying to get the issue resolved and I still haven't been refunded for the missing items. Customer service is horrible, I had to send multiple emails before getting a response. Finally gave up and decided to just take the loss rather than waste my time. Will never order from here again!

I ordered some dressses but till now, I have not received the order, Every time. I email them they say, they will check and revert back in 72 hours, What a terrible experience with mirraw, Not recommended at all, stay with these fraudulent people.

Mirraw is the worst site I ever seen in my life. I have been waiting for 2 months to deliver my order. They initially updated me 15 days of delivery and after 2 months, not delivered product. They asked me to contact their courier London office and arrange the delivery as I paid for delivery. The customer service always send me mail to wait for 24- 48 hrs but nothing happened as I got 10 + similar mails to sort out my delivery, fed up with these guys. NOT to recommend anybody and my first time bad experience with an online purchase.

Like previous reviewers, my experience was awful. 2 suits ordered for huge family wedding. First imaginary delays, then no replies, then 1 outfit sent but totally not made to the custom measurements I submitted. The idiots offered at "35%" credit but I've filled a case with PayPal & pursuing a full refund. Hundreds of dollars wasted.

Had terrible service from Mirraw, outfit poor quality; took me numerous emails and telephone calls to get my order. Terrible customer services. And now 1 year on i keep receiving promotion emails which I have unscribied from about 20 times, I get emails from mirraw marketing team apologing telling me I will be removed, week later received another 5 emails in 1 day. Company is the most unprofessional company I have ever known. I don't know how to stop harassing customers

I ordered 2 outfits both with custom stitching... and despite having sent measurements for BOTH outfits 4 times, they still arrived wrong & unwearable. The blue outfit ordered was supposed to be 23" from shoulder to waist & it arrived 15". The pink outfit sleeve circumference was supposed to be 21" but arrived 14".
The customer service is appalling, and as it was custom stitching they will not refund my goods... that their company provided incorrectly.
Firstly they insulted me & offered a 20% refund... Over the past 5 weeks they are now up to 75%... and now have sent a refund advice via PayPal for just under half of my refund.
Share this review with as much as by as possible, company's like this should not be in business! We all work hard for our money - they are nothing short of thieves!
If you are in the mindset of buying a dress with mirraw, make sure you order it online and send them an email to remind that you have paid for your product, else, you will never get your product. Only after you send an email, mirraw.com will send your product for stitching or for delivery. They just test your patience and check if you really need the product you ordered. Else, it's like you are giving donation to mirraw.com. When you contact the customer service, they will reply you only once. If you send a reply to that, you won't get a response. And when you call and talk to them, they will tell you that they haven't received any email. With all these complications, I am not sure if you will get your product in perfect condition. This is not some random person's experience. This is my personal experience with mirraw.com. So, get ready to be annoyed for getting a beautiful outfit! Cheers!

Answer: Yes they are fraud, I placed and order and just days of receiving the order I get an email that some part of my order is not available but the website still shows available and it can still reach the destination by the date I requested and my order has not even been shipped. The customer service agent was the rudest customer service representative and should not be in this job. She in fact went on to write that I only respond if I have any queries about any other products of this order or else my email will not be entertained.
