Cheap fabric that smelled awful. Sizing was wrong and material was not silk as advertised. PayPal will not refund money since it was sized. Lost $85! Horrible product. Please save your money. You would have better luck having a strangers blind grandmother making this for you!

Cheap fabrics, mutiple delays, horrible replying to emails, just out right disgusting. This is why I try not to buy online, because of ripe offs. Give Indians bad name and reputation. They are all about taking the money and delivery $#*! merchandise. And forget about a refund, your will never see a dime returned.

I ordered 1 suit & jewellery from them. We did received the order but it was totally a replica. Cant even think of wearing it. Plus we had to pay custom duty here in Canada. V. much disappointed. Now to return them i had to pay more shipping charges that Mirraw is not going to re embrace me. Please don't buy from them. Its a waste of money

I bought selwar suit and was told I would be sent a form for my measurement for stitching. Next thing I know I was sent an email saying my item had been dispatched before any stitching information. The company acknowledged their error but would not refund me the money nor send me the properly fitted item. They just said "sorry for the inconvenience". So now Im out the money AND I have no dress! BEWARE!

Bad experience. I will never shop online again. I was asked to pay R1500 customs for a garment that cost R1999.
Rip off. Nondisclosure. The agent said No other cost. Will arrive at my door. I cannot pay this. I have returned this garment. Mirraw will not refund my money.

Finally after many months of communications they refunded me for my return orders.
Who ever is purchasing from them make sure to save all your receipts or emails. Eventually they resolved my issue as I had all my saved communications.

Never buy from them. They took my money and never delivered the items.
I send many emails to them but they even dont care to refund me back.
Paypal also did not help to refund it.

The products are replica. The images on website look good but what you receive is cheap quality stuff and you realise you have been cheated.

As this website is live, innocent people keep falling prey and that where they earn money. Please take action to shut this down immediately.

Horrible company! And the staff are idiots and don't understand what you are asking them. I have 26 messages stating to refund my order which was returned to them 2 weeks ago. They don't have it. I am going to continue to fight with them until I get my $70 whether that means filing a police report for fraud.

Absolute fraud! They did not refund my money fully. I cancelled my order within 24 hr after the order is placed as I have found the same item in lower price at another site. I requested refund for the cancelled order but they refunded me $10.00 less than what I paid. They are cheaters! Never buy from them.

Guys atleast have shame the money we are giving is not haram! We've earned with pure honesty, do think about it and when you guys feel ashamed of yourseleves then kindly shutdown this ridiculous site!

The outfits look nothing like what it looks on the site. Material quality and the working is really poor quality too.

The site has cheapest products but all are replica. We wasted USD 300 on this site. Please beware. Do not shop here.

I placed order over 2 months ago and then I have to call them 20 times to get updates, finally I was told my product cannot be delivered, I asked for a refund and was told would be done in 10 days, well its over 6 weeks now and still waiting on refund and now they don't even reply to my email. THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD, don't place your order there EVER

They take the order and give excuses that the material didnt pass the quality. Delay it for weeks if not months and the say that they will refund BUT they dont. When you call, their people for full of $#*!. I had to finally call my credit card company and dispute the charge. DONT WASTE MONEY. They are FRAUD.
