I ordered two parcels. One i received after 2 weeks of delivery date and parcel is not even mine. I received someone else package and they want me to create a label and send it to the person whose package i received and they don't know where my package is. Another package is still in transit for over a month now. So, if you need it for certain date. Don't trust the delivery date which shows on checkout because they use a slowest shipping company. Customer care replied me for couple of emails after that no reply from them.

I had ordered a saree on 11th March for a delivery within India( Telangana), however the order was delivered somewhere else and now new tracking number with other courier is been shown on app. I had regularly written emails but of no use

Easy purchase! No problem ordering. The only drawback was the delivery. It was due to arrive on March 31st but arrived on Tuesday, April 5th. Not too much of a delay. Well worth the wait though.

It was easy to order. The size charts with measurements made the size selection simple. The clothes arrived pretty quickly after the initial order.

Value for money, Fits well, product quality is mediocre

A quick and efficient process. The Web Site is user friendly, however, the material is not what was expected. Also, the border of the saree is very different to what was in the picture giving a very different overall look that I am not happy with.
