Surprisingly met the expected delivery date - sooner than expected. Received kurta that was decently made, slightly darker than expected from website photos, but acceptable.

I didn't want to give any stars but to write a review i had no choice. I just received my 8 sarees and none of them are wearable. The sarees are so short they fall above my ankles and the palu is so short its not wearable at all. Its a total farce and a con the material is stated as georgette, but when I compared them to my georgette sarees mirraw's material feels and looks very different. I can still work with the bad quality of material but how do you wear a saree that falls to your ankles and the palu comes to your low back. I have connected with someone and am waiting for a response. I will definitely be contacting the better business bureau and my bank to open a fraud case to receive my refund if they do not provide a refund or a solution from their end. Do not buy anything from this website, their sarees are a scam. I am uploading a picture for you to see the exactly how short the saree is. I will post another review after they respond along with my actions, so anyone else in the same situation can find some solace. Definitely will be vlogging about this on Instagram. Let the people see exactly what mirraw sent me.

Kurti I bought had missing and broken buttons. Not happy with this janaysa product.
If orders go through quality control team - are they really checking? Customers don't expect extra charges to return a product through no fault of theirs. I am not going to spend more money to return this product.

Disappointed to get lehnga in a fabric that is not silk. It was 90% Off for $64. That lehnga is not worth $700. Silk yes, this cottony rough material, no.

Overall, Mirraw has a good variety of clothing, reasonable prices, and quicker delivery times than other sites. The main thing that can be improved: please improve the sizing charts for the men's apparel. Each kurta has a different sizing chart, and some of them have charts that don't correspond with the sizes that can be selected. I had to guess my size and hope that I don't have to exchange them.

Edit: 2 out of the 3 kurtas I ordered were the right size, but the 3rd one was extremely large. This is despite the fact that all 3 were ordered with the same size. They must have sent me the wrong size by mistake.

Not happy with purchase want to return. I am not being assisted. What you see is not what u get... very disappointed with the product. I need the returns warehouse address... i wil courier and pay for my return. Unfortunately no one wants to help

Damaged goods for outrageous amount, when asked for a return and refund they will play a game of giving you a credit in their wallet which mind you if you try to use you will still be charged on your card
Thankfully i paid via Paypal and i could lodge a dispute case against them

Mirraw website is 5 stars. What more can I say, I am a woman of few words but, I hereby declare that it's a great website and you will find nice selection of Indian stuff. Their shipping, handling, packaging and delivery is top-notch.
