Purchased on 6th of May, expected Delivery date was 2nd of June and still no sign of my package. Purchase at your own risk.

I have ordered a dress for a big family event. Its been 3 weeks and some 20 -30 emails later. I still don't know when i will receive this as that question was never answered. All i was told is its in stitching. I will need to buy another dress locally. Customer service is robotic and useless, same standard answers responded on every email. I am not coming back to Mirraw ever. Very unreliable service and delivery.

I finally received my order, 2 weeks after the due delivery date for which Mirraw i think is not responsible but as I seeked infos on my order, i realised that customer service is inexistant as i got no reply to my mails
Then one of rhe item i ordered a kurta
I paid 62 euros has a big ink stamp with several ink spots just in front. The stamp and spots did not go away after washing. I sent a mail but again no answer... it s impossible to wear such an item and it will cost me a fortune to send it back to India. I sent a mail but again no answer...
Such pity as i really love your website

Some were delivered too late for the occasion. They are beautiful but I would like to return two of them.

I bought two suits on the 9th of May for 153€ and delivery should have been on 21st of May, but received on 31st. Well I may say that's still ok. But one of the salwar has ink spots on it! I've tried to take them off but impossible! As for the other one, the salwar is not even cut, just a piece of cloth and that's it! The stained one is stitched and I'm sure it's a damaged return good that was packed again and delivered to me, as i only ordered unstitched models. But well! It is so poorly stitched that it looks even worst than the stain! I'm never placing an order at Mirraw again!

I always order sarees from Mirraw for myself and have always been happy.
This time I ordered one for a gift and the saree I received was creased as though it was worn and then folded and returned. There was no tag or label on the saree to show it is new.
I was very disappointed and unable to gift it to my friend as it did not look brand new even after I ironed the saree myself and folded again.
I am a bit hesitant now to keep ordering from here.

If I could I would have put 0 stars. This is the third time I've placed an order and this is the third time it's gone wrong. And each time, my package is either lost or delivered 6 months late. The worst part of all this is Mirraw's after-sales service: unable to give me precise information, and put me on hold each time they are overwhelmed by events. Really very disappointed

When I had to call the customer service was outstanding.

You are not reliable, my clothes were way too late, didn't fit, want to return but no address. Every time I write I get an auto generated answer. Will get back to you in 72 hours! Almost 2 months will pass, the issue is not resolved.

Ordered through the website. And transaction was smooth.

Delivery issues and product not yet received and received only one response from Mirraw that it will be delivered, but not yet received and no further response from the customer service.

My first order so will be able to give feedback after delivery experience. Happy with my purchase
