Worst company to deal with. The customer service team kept lying to me about my order that I made over 4 weeks ago. First the product didn't meet quality check, then it was with the stitching team for 2 weeks still not dispatched. Asked to speak with the manager and was told no managers or senior team members work afternoon/evening shifts. Asked for a call back - no one called.
What a shame that this has happened at a time of an auspicious occasion. Buyer beware of these crooks.
Sent me the wrong size for a product. Product looks different. Refused to return or refund, only offered 30% credit. I ordered a 46, they sent me a 44.
The product stitched was of not good quality and was not stitched as shown in picture on their website. After several pestering emails they promised to refund 50% cost of the item to my original mode of purchase. But instead they didn't do that and gave me a store credit. So now I am stuck with making another purchase. They do not honor what they say. Do not Shop

Yeh online shopping k naam pr bekar or ghatiya kapray sale kartay hain or delivery charges laynay k badh bhi jab aap apna Paket receive kartay ho tu aap ko dobara say receiving charges deynay hotay hain.
I bought just two items, black jhumka and gold plated anklets. They posted me totally a different jhumka after so much of follow up. The delivery was so much delayed. And the anklets were not of good quality.
So sad that customers aren't made aware that things bought on mirraw.com are returned at customers cost, even for changing sizes... and when you wish to use Mirraw wallet before expiry date then only 20 percent can be used. Also unhelpful customer service. Too much instructions to follow until you decide its better to buy from amazon then Mirraw. What a waste of time! Beware,, nightmare dealing with their customer service. Wasted my mirraw wallet money therefore don't be fooled buy their new customer binding promotions and stupid email links which doesn't even work most of the times and they insist to use other devices if it doesn't work on their websites. What a joke. They don't care abt customers,, but need good reviews after service.so stressful shopping experience.
Nice product and unique product. Which is not available on Amazone and Flipkart. Cloths are also pocket-friendly and fulfill the purpose
They show different images, don't be fool with buying as per images. They will stitch whatever they want and won't refund saying it's stitched product. Aweful quality and stitching patterns. They deserve zero star. Check the image what they sell me for 81$. Look at the pictures actual pattern vers what $#*! I got.My order number is M*******

The clothes are cheap quality, not same as pics & no returns. I tried reaching customer service and no use. They are in the business of dumping crappy merchandise overseas.

Make sure put the picks according to ur products bought dress in picks loose grand but j recived nothing nothing to even look like a same dress... very disappointed this quality and services.

Products price dramatically & inappropriately increased within a few days. Still cheating mentioning there is price reduction for those products ongoing.
It's my first hand experience. I got multiple products on my basket, one product was £73 said there is 25% reduction but after only few days it is £118 & still showing there is 25% price reductions! Always shows inappropriate base line price! This is the example for at least 10 items I took into basket. It is extremely cheating with customers.
Very very low quality and service. There are no similarity between the pictures and the original product you will get. Then their bad behaviour. Just waste money.
This has been the worst online shopping experience. At first the dress looked fine but upon further inspection found that all the seams were palling apart and had a lot of strings popping out. I had made my second order before realizing this. I tried to cancel a part of the order and messaged them twice in their help center but apparently that thing doesn't work. They claimed they never received anything. Do not shop with them. If you do and need to get a hold of them just call them. Even though they are so rude on the phone it is the only way of getting any type of service. They have the absolutely worst customer service I have ever come upon.
This is the first product I ever purchased from mirraw... and genuinely I love it so much as they deliver the same product as shown in the site... I have no complaints regarding this product... I can say my first shopping with them is such an awesome experience... and definitely I would like to shop more in future!
