Website easy to navigate and user friendly. Great with updates on order and fast shipping. Some of the sarees unfortunately wasn't very good quality.

I had ordered a 5 string Ruby necklace set and a Pearl necklace set.

Positives:
* The products were of excellent quality and finish
* Classy look and rich feel.
* 5 star for it.

Negatives:

* One of the earrings from the Ruby necklace set had shorter needle compared to the other earring. There is a risk of it falling off from the ear.
* The packaging needs to be improved a lot, instead of using simple plastic covers. It does not suit the necklace sets.

I'm returning my purchase n have chosen to keep my amount pending rather than refund But how can I use this amount to purchase new items. Its not showing in my cart. I want to add this pending amount to new purchase

Buy one and get 4 free was a great promotion. Received prompt notification from the team at every step so far. I have not received the products yet so I cannot comment on that.
Would like to see more plus size clothing selections, right now choices are limited.

Poor quality items received, of the 9 items ordered, one was cancelled; one was broken; in four the extender chain in the necklace were rusted and blackened. Did not get the full refund for the cancelled item - very bad shopping experience

I DO NO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM MIRRAW!
I purchased this item provided a delivery date that would work for my event. I did my due diligence to make sure they diliver on their words. First try, I called one week before the delivery to make sure the item would get shipped. I was reassured it would arrive on the delivery date, customer service said they would expedite the order. I called next business day to check and again had to send a note to expedite the order. Third attempt - the day of the provided delivery date - I requested they ship the item that day so the item would arrive in time for my event. They tried telling me to call back India time to speak to a manager. So I did. The service in India said to call back US business hours. Yanking my tail at this point but I did, TIME IS BEING WASTED IN THE PROCESS. I called back India time the next day got a hold of the manager, requested a refund because the my order did not come on the delivery NOR did it come in time for my event. Said he would call back, NO CALL. They put me through only GRIEF. My experience was AGGRAVATING AND DIFFICULT. WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY. Customer service was NOT HELPFUL, UNPLEASANT. They gave me the run around so somebody else would deal with the issue. Continued to refuse cancellation and refund. The item arrived in fine conditions TWO WEEKS LATER than promised. A complete disaster. I've seen poor service but this is the WORST; customer service is a JOKE. There is NONE.

To follow up on my original review, below, I have now received the parcel and decided to increase my review to 4 stars instead of 1 star because the parcel ended up being delivered one day before the promised date. Also, the items were of much better quality than expected. I was also glad not to have to dispute the charge with the bank though if not happy I would have done it. It looks like they did help but were not good at communication. They also did not ship at all one item ordered. All in all not as bad as I thought. Points to improve are better communication with customers so customers feel better appreciated and the experience is better. Quality control before shipping is not infaillible. Products and end results were ok for me.

I ordered for 350$ of goods for Diwali and Mirraw changed the delivery date due to a screw up from one of their supplier. (That is the story anyway). I chased them swing the order did not ship and they started lying, acting crazy then not answering at all. Reading the reviews, I now do not expect a refund and most likely a very Kate delivery, possibly with the wrong items. I will post again once/if the parcel is received. I will dispute the charge from the credit card but not very hopeful. My advice do not order from them, you will lose money, time, energy and get frustrated. Bad company and dishonest.
