Beautiful garments. Order arrived earlier then stated and was very pleased with item received. One item slightly on the big side, but not too much of an issue. However, the company made error with an order by sending out a random confirmation of cancellation email for one item (unauthorised by me), which led to another order being made. Ended up receiving 2 items for the same thing (only wanted one). Contacted the company for a full refund as the error was theirs. They refused this and were only willing to give part and just got an apology.
The Salwar suit was as described in the photo. The colours were vibrant and clothe also looked very nice. My daughter for whom I had ordered the product very much.
It's been almost 3 weeks rather than 3 days what CS said the wallet issue will be fixed. Their app update clear the wallet and made amount $0. We had $184.50 and all they restored is $17.60 and despite opening support ticket almost everyday now. No response from the customer service. As other mentioned product is not shown and look imitated material. Stitching is also not professional and had to get work redone in US costed more money. Beware it was our first and last purchase. Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!... Other alternative are available. Going to try that based on personal recommendation from a friend. Utsav.

Product was not supplied as shown in the picture. Quality of the product is also poor. My daughter has become very upset after receiving the product. I'll not buy anything from Mirraw again. This is my first and last purchase.
They claim they sell REPLICAS. So be careful with what you're ordering. The pictres do not assure the quality of the product. The jewellary looks bright yet the material is very cheap. The nose cahin broke off like a biscuit on wearing for the first time.
Fabric material for bedsheets is not as described.

Very much over priced. A much beautiful simple Linen sari only cost £30 has been put down for £80 or so, reduced from £224 my goodness, only because I know and have this sari bought for £30, I could do an honest review here. I will not be buying things from this website! Such a rip off!
They are cheaters they dont send parcel dont pay i have lost 53 euros. I received sms 19/07/2019 that the parcel delivered. Immediately i phonedthem after telling my order bnumber they put my call on hold on. I waited more than 15 min and have ended up my call. Dont pay. If any one has been cheated by them inform to the police cypercrime if living in europe.
They send defective product, and then once you report about the defect, it goes lazy way of processing and make you frustrated to give up hope.
Mirraw seems to be funny website to place order. Its been more than 2 month since last update on the complain.
4 months by now when I reported this defect about the product i got. 3 time I shared picture of the product with problem. Got email that you will issue a partial refund 2 month earlier, nothing had happened so far, i had checked my credit card and no refund was processed.

I bought a saree for Aus $520. The saree finally arrived but it was not the quality as advertised. When I tried to return it they said that the return postage would cost as much as the Saree. I insisted on returning it and received confirmation of delivery as per their instructions. This was over a month ago and they keep saying they have not been able to trace the returned goods. Their website boasts of easy return policy and quality of product etc.
They are a misleading and deceptive company and will strongly recommend no one buys anything from this company. Thanks to Amex, I got my money back but many others have not. Their website must be brought down and the operation shut down.

Despite my many attempts to address your system error with my order, you have failed to properly address my concern. I have informed you of this error since that day that my order was placed and to date it seems that you ignored my emails and only sent the 5 garments although I have stressed that there must be 6 garments as per my purchase online. The outfit below was not sent to me, although I selected this as one of the items. Please attend to this urgently by fulfilling my order. Your office does not have the courtesy of replying to my emails and I find this frustrating. There was only one reply by Sumeet Vishwakarma ( see attached email)and no further correspondence to date. If this query isn't resolved, you leave me no option but to explore other avenues to address this matter. This will bring a lot of disrepute to your organisation.

Bought 5 kurta. 1 was torn. 2nd one was damaged. 2 other pieces were very low quality. Not providing proper refund also. I am very disappointed with purchase
Not sure how this company is still existing or staying in business. Making people fool. Not delivering items on time. Even after calling them several times no body cares. Money already paid and not received the items even after three weeks of past due delivery date. Every time we called we were told give us one day and someone will call after finding out what is going on with our items but no body ever called yet. WORST EVER. BOYCOTT THEM COMPLETELY.
Ordered a sari in May, 2 days later they said delivery would be delayed, a day after this they said my item was 'defected' so i requested a refund, it is now the end of June and I am still waiting. Customer service is appalling! AVOID!
I have ordered a sari about a month ago. They took money from my credit card but did not delivery the sari. I called them a dozens times. Each time they told me different story. Now I am very sure that this is a false company and I will not get the sari.

Not at all the way advertised in the pictures. Too dark colors of my choice. I will not be wearing them happily! Cannot return them as they would cost money. Will not recommend anyone to by from Mirraw. Lesson learnt!
Ordered the promotion but one get three free, never received the last item! They say it out of stock and for me to pick a replaced item, I never received replacement item! It's impossible to get a hold of CS, when the email me back couple days later, come up with the same excuses that they will credit 12$ into my account, which was less than what I paid! I'm done with is company!

Answer: Yes they are fraud, I placed and order and just days of receiving the order I get an email that some part of my order is not available but the website still shows available and it can still reach the destination by the date I requested and my order has not even been shipped. The customer service agent was the rudest customer service representative and should not be in this job. She in fact went on to write that I only respond if I have any queries about any other products of this order or else my email will not be entertained.
