Mirraw had a sale buy 1 get 3 free. So I ordered some sale stuff along with some regular priced item. Once the order was complete they send me email saying 3 of my sale priced item was defective and that was the last one i need to provide with replacement product id. Meanwhile those 3 products were listed on their site as new products again while I was being told lies. After I provided the replacement Id's rhey said it was more than 3 days and they are processing the refund. I wanted the refund in the original form of payment instead they refunded the money in mirraw wallet even after I told them not to and they assured me they will refund in the original form of payment. Never doing business with them. Its not my first time bad experience with them. First time i took it as normal problem. Since it happened again I will say this is their policy and thats how they steal peoples money.

I bought a suit from their website on the 23 Aug 2020 and wanted to return it as it wasn't what I expected it to be. I returned it on 27th Aug 2020. After that I am continuously following up on my refund. Then on the 3rd of Sep 2020, they mailed and messaged me that the vendor has received the order and your refund process has been initiated. You will receive the refund within 5-7days. It's been 7 days since then I still haven't received my refund. They blindly just mail the same copy pasted msg again and again without actually reading what the customer has written in the mail. Totally disgusted and disappointed in Mirraw's customer service and customer policy.

Worst site ever to shop i ordered a suit to present as a gift firstly they delivered to a wrong country than charhed my more than the order as customs fee than even after calling their customer care and talking to pathetic people who work there including a cheater manager just to mention a few names shailesh, Manoj, prathibha, Peter who didn't give me my refund for 3 long months and kept telling me it already processed but not approved by our accounting department. Just imagine I am still waiting and fighting for my right refund money and order was placed in July... stay away from this site its a fraud company who run away with ur money.

The item is good and attractive. The delivery is delayed by few days, may be due to prevailing situation. Price is reasonable.

I made 2 orders, my first order but they reported them as personal export with an inflated invoices 800$ instead of 150$ the first and 500$ instead of 100$ the second. Because of their systematic mistake I was requested to pay a very huge fee to customs in my country which I decided not to pay(almost same sum of money as my original order).
I contacted their customer support, and they know nothing and can help with absolutely nothing. They didn't correct the reported invoice to DHL and I didn't pay the huge custom fee resulting form their mistake and eventually lost my items and money!
Do not count on customer service at all. They know one sentence only. We are sorry but this is your country requesting you to pay the customs... what about your $#*!ty mistake in reporting the original sum of my purchases?!
I will write reviews on you on every website to warn people not to deal with your fraudulent website.

I should have read a few reviews before placing an order with them. They have some of the $#*!tiest and cheapest products I have ever seen. I placed 2 orders with them, one of which I received yesterday. The material would tear apart after wearing it once. So, I tried to cancel my second order, but I can't do so, because it is past thier 24-hour return policy. First of all, I didn't realize that their warehouse is in India and the orders are being shipped from there, probably my mistake, I should have checked that. So I had to pay customs duty on the shipment. And now I have to wait for the second order to be processed and shipped to me, pay customs duty again and ship the product back to them. And they don't provide a return shipping label. I have to ship the product back on my expense. Costliest mistake of my life. Please save yourselves from this pain and headache, and stay away from this site.

The 50%off on mirraw website is totally scam. I bought a lehenga with $131.00. I was supposed to get 60 dollars cash back, and can redeem it on my next purchase. But I received the money in referral account. Here is the trick, you can only use 10% of referral money in each purchase, hence I have to do 10 purchase of 60 dollar clothes from mirraw within 3 months or the refferal money will expire. But in promotion they told that they would give me 50% miiraw money. When l tried to buy 70 dollar lehenga in my next purchase they gave me 5 dollar off. Beware buyers from u.s. Don't buy from mirraw.
