My experience was mixed with me having to connect with customer care twice but it wasn't Mirraw's fault. I received the salwar kameez and am very happy with it. I am sure I would like to visit the site to check out on a few more items.

After call to company was told order would be with me for sure by next week when i need it and now ots delayed again which means the wedding i need items for i will have to buy from again!

Ordered 2 Kurta pajamas, One was dark blue but they sent a purple kurta and dark blue pajama, clearly put together from left overs from other sets, making it useless. When contacted the only option they gave was to refund 20% for that item only. They promised that refund in 3 days but did not respond until they were reminded 12 days later. Net, do not take chances.

Poor Customer Service. Inspite of bank transfer on the same day, no confirmation or response on my emails for past 5 days.
5/30/21: I placed an order of $75. 07. 5 minutes after placing an order I decided to cancel.
5/31/21: I emailed them requesting for a full refund.
5/31/21: I received a reply email saying " a ticket has been created, support rep will review and send you a personal response".
6/1/21: I receive an email saying "support rep has indicated that your ticket has been actioned".
6/1/21: I replied to the email to clarify what "actioned" meant and requested to confirm the date of my money back.
No reply.
6/5/21: I receive an email saying "order confirmed, estimated delivery: June 10.
6/5/21: I emailed them stating that I got the delivery info not the refund info.
6/7/21: I received a reply email saying " a ticket has been created, support rep will review and send you a personal response".
6/7/21: Another reply from them: " we have put hold on your order cancellation, expect a call from us in next 24 hrs."
6/7/21: I replied saying that I won't be responsible for return cost if I received the package since I received the tracking info.

7/8/21: I emailed them saying per 6/22/21 email, refund was supposed to be processed in a week. I haven't gotten any refund yet.

It's been more than a month and I haven't gotten my refund yet! I will never ever buying anything from them and recommend no one to buy as well. Such a pathetic customer service! VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED! 1 star because there's no option for rating less than that. Or else, they don't even deserve it.
I have ordered 5 products on June 10th, the order was in quality check process for several days, after around 15 days I got a mail regarding quality check one of the items in the order has failed the quality check and asked me to provide the replacement product Id for the product, I have immediately replied the mail providing the replacement product Id around the same price range, on June 28th got mail saying there is a price difference between the products and told to provide the id within the range. But they have increased the replaced product price to almost double, I have waited for 20 days just to hear back to replace the product, order status is still in replacement pending. I had a bad experience with the service and I am not able to cancel the order also.
I ordered more than $200 of product. None of them fit and my measurements are exactly as they advertised. I had to pay the shipping back to India and after 4 weeks I have still not received a refund.

Nice selections of clothing. Great collections of Indian fashion wear. I love my indo western fusion outfit which i ordered from Mirraw Online Shopping site. The cloth material is good and very comfortable to wear. Perfectly fitted. Little disappointed with shipping process. Otherwise good experience.
Please save your money, if it is my choice I would not even give one star.
1). Horrible CS, No Customer services at all, they will not try to resolve an issue, standard answer someone will call you in 1 hour, email reply standard answer someone will contact you in 72 hrs, send several emails & calls no response to resolve the issues,
2). Stitching job is horrible,
3). Material very poor quality,
4). No communications at all, opened up 5 to 6 tickets for issues, zero communication with clients to resolve, no intention to resolve an issue
6). They will just take your money... "save your money"

Beware of Mirraw. I received a dress and it was defective to the point that I cannot wear it. Look at the pictures. The 3rd picture is supposed to be the pants which is more likely to fit an arm. I immediately informed Mirraw and sent them the pictures of the terrible sewing they did. All I got from them was offering 20% back of the $77 I spend on the dress that's garbage. And I was told by them to take it to a tailor to have it fixed and of course for me to pay the tailor. They didn't own up to their mistake. Never again am I buying from them.

DO NOT BUY! I've had the worst customer service experience in my life. I placed an order in 2019 which they never shipped on time. After chasing them for a refund, a year later they shipped my order. The quality was so poor and cheap, I returned the order (remind you this was A YEAR LATER). Till date I'm waiting for the refund that I placed on Sep 17,2019 - screenshot from my PayPal account is attached. For more than a year, their customer service has said that they are looking into this matter and escalating the issue. They are a scam. Please stay away!

Contact customer service several times all representatives answer is same" you will get it in 4 to 5 working days "

They are worst in delivering internationally and worst customer support.
I have ordered one dress on 18th oct for this diwali which was supposed to be delivered 7th November. I have not got the product yet I think they will deliver before next diwali. They will assure you that item will will be shipped through one of the best courier service like FedEx or Dhl but this is lie just to gain confidence of custimer they do this. Don't trust it. They will ship through Aramex " the cheapest and another worse service provider company"
I am fed up chasing up with Mirraw as well as Aramex for my product and they provide false assurance and keep the things dragging by providing false information.

Recently I bought a saree. The length of SAREE is 4 meters instead of 5.5 meters it is their responsibility to check the product before shipping Who is responsible for my loss
It's a scam. I ordered one silk saree that cost more than 5000 rupee. When received I realized I've hardly seen any more low quality saree than that.
Poor dealing. Send wrong products and not refunding money even after returning the item.No response on repeated reminders and making excuses. Please deal with them at your own risk

Answer: Yes they are fraud, I placed and order and just days of receiving the order I get an email that some part of my order is not available but the website still shows available and it can still reach the destination by the date I requested and my order has not even been shipped. The customer service agent was the rudest customer service representative and should not be in this job. She in fact went on to write that I only respond if I have any queries about any other products of this order or else my email will not be entertained.
