Good but shipping should be free or cheaper, its off putting as it increases the total cost, and delivery shd b quicker

The delivery date was wrong. Setting wrong expectations for customers to ear business is a poor strategy. My initial delivery date was 22 Aug and my package is miles away.

Stitching is not great. Flaws can be seen right away.

Make in India tag is super visible which I hate the most.

Awful. Avoid avoid. The material is NOT cotton, it's cheap Rayon. The product arrived entirely unstitched when the photo shows a fully stitched garment with one element partially stitched and the label states semi stitched, the packaging and product both arrived dirty. The company are denying me a full refund and have offered a laughable 10% - legally I am entitled to a full refund and a paid postage return label. Disgusting.

As for the product I did not like the quality of one of the product, as it was different from the design.
The second one was good.

Mirraw team are great if you have any questions! They respond quick and update aswell. In regards to the Saree I think there should maybe be a section to tick in regards to height maybe. I forgot to mention I am a tall lady and wanted the draping fabric longer but it is no biggie, means I can indeed dance at the party! The fabric doesn't look like the picture but I am still happy with purchase and they do state this.

Today we received our long-awaited products from Mirraw on 08/10/21.
The original confirmed date was 07/27/21.

Unfortunately the products don't look like the pictures.
Even if deviations are indicated, they are extreme rejections.
Gray became beach.
The complicated embroidery became a very simple one.

The quality of the fabric is poor.

We are very disappointed, we have spent almost 600 € I hope we get some help.

We spent 2 hours choosing what we wanted to buy. Unfortunately in the end the only way to pay is via PayPal. Many people pay with their MasterCard or Visa via direct debit. Kindly announce from the beginning that you only accept PayPal and save people time.
