Bought a sharara suit from Vasu Sarees, the design is beautiful but the embroidery on the fabric material has loose threads, and especially the dupatta some parts has ripped seams. Stitching wasn't that neat. Overall quality of fabric is rather average due to its embroidery.

Site is user friendly and clothing could be customise and easy guide on to take measurements.

Parcel label fell off and I had to call fed ex and find my product. Then they shipped it. The product is good. Yet another mismanagenet from Mirraw, for all the price and pictures, service is too poor and low quality.

We received the product very late but quality is good

It was very good and easy to shop through the homepage. The delivery was smoth and good to follow through tracking.

I order two item which was buy one get 3 free but they send only one of each as well as it was not even what I order and I order one chudidar and gave them my measurements but it was not even my fit and clothes quality is rubbish. As well as I complain via app but nothing happen they said they will refund 10 percent and I even didn't get that as well how come it is fair to give 10 percent back if the item is not even what I order. I will never ever buy from them again. Shopping with Mirraw was real disappointment for me and waste of my money. Guys you can look what I order vs what I get my nose pin is completely different and even my kurtha is completely different than what it look like in pictures I even make personal call on the number they provide and asked them to make it as same as in pictures but that is what I get. You can clearly see on my order detail how clearly I have mention as per the image but it looks nothing like image. Hope my review might help you guys. Thank you

User friendly website and good after purchase communication from the seller via email. Product received in good condition.

This company from India are scammers. They do not try to fix a problem because they know that they do not have professional seamstresses and the work is poor. They try to get someone to copy the picture of the dress using inferior materials and trims. The dresses end up trashy looking and are not fit to wear in public. For example they do not know how to finish the trim on the shoulder and trim around the neck correctly. I am considering creating a website to expose their shabby work and tactics. There are many many complaints about their work and quality of materials.

The ankle bangles are so badly made. The one little ball is split. They dont even look like the photo. Took very long to come aswell.
Will definitely not be wearing them and won't buy from Mirraw again.

I ordered an item from them in April, 2021 that took over a month and multiple phone calls to get it. They gave me additional 10% in wallet credit due to delay. Couple of months later, I wanted to use my $128 wallet credit and had trouble logging in. I had to make many calls to them with same answer each time - "our technical team is not here, we will contact you". I even gave my personal phone number to them to call me when the problem is fixed. They asked me to call 7:30 a.m. PDT which I did today. I was told that my credit has expired and can't be used anymore. I will have to create another account all together with another email ID and gave me a coupon for 10% off my first order. I didn't know that even if I had the wallet credit, only 10% of it can be used towards a purchase.

Quality of Fabric used is excellent. Its service and packaging was perfect. Standard collections of sarees and dresses.
