Items received don't match Items ordered,. The blouse styles and patterns are completely different and saree and blouse don't match the saree I ordered brown based saree with red blouse instead I received pink saree with pink blouse. This time not satisfying experience. I shopped for wedding. But I can't wear those received blouse in wedding.

2 sarees i bought came with different colour to on line display so disappointed I don't know what to do with these sarees. Saree does not look the same like what was displayed. Scared to buy. Can u refund

Once I made payment, I saw confirmation on this order M*******.

I purchased products over 2 months ago on the Mirraw app. The status on the app is "order delivered". I have not received my shipment and the courier company does not respond to queries on the shipment. Mirraw does not want to refund me and they are extremely unhelpful when I query the order. Do not purchase from Mirraw if you need garments for a function because you will not receive it in time.

Lovely and excellent bead work. Just as described in the website. AlMehraan has reduced the price I paid on 15th Feb 2020 from Rs2350 to Rs1621 now; and I am peeved about this. Otherwise everything is superb and good items are sold by Mirraw.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY i am waiting for my order more than 2 months we do not know they are fraud or what be aware you might be robbed

The total amount is keep changing without any reason.
We try to pay the bill but the total changing from $193 to $164. Not sure which one to accept. Then only 1 item available. Finally got a message to say it was blocked. The released for payment.

I have not got my refund even after 2 weeks. They are very slow in processing and customer service is also not prompt

Since I work in a digital marketing field, I know the 4.5 rating is a cooked up one.
I'm a customer from Canada. I had an order placed from Mirraw at the beginning of October for a function in the beginning of November. Not only the order wasn't delivered on time but even after writing emails back to back, regarding the update nobody was responding. Since I was not getting any response, I decided to return it back. Only when they decided to respond to me. They agreed to give me a full refund on my product for a wait of another month from the expected date of delivery, which I have not got yet. They literally forced me to buy the product and after all this I had to pay another $80 to get the product from the courier service. They changed the courier service in between, because of which I didn't even know what the product was. If I knew it was the courier from Mirraw, I would not have got them.

I got the confirmation that I will get the delivery by Nov 1st. And they dispatched the order only on 16th of Nov, after all this happened.

Now when I got the product, the stitching was not even proper. I have wasted almost $250 for nothing. This is the worst experience I ever had from an online shopping.

I finally gave up on following up with them for my refund. I will never ever recommend anyone to this site. Such a frustrating customer service.
