Item kept getting delayed. Communication was good. But i was down a vehicle for awhile.
The PCM I received is described as "Plug&Play," but it also requires the dealer to program both key fobs. This turns a DIY job into an expensive trip to the dealer. Is there any way around this issue?
Installed ecm but would not start. Called customer service and they told me the key needs programmed. That is not what was stated when purchased, said plug and play. Had to paid of key programming.
I could not reset the "Service the Theft Deterrent System" error message. I asked for help. Mintt responded with a solution that did NOT work. So, I see this experience as a waste of time, effort and money.
I ordered the part they kept me informed of the progress of the order l received the part it has worked great.
It worked just fine. Fixed the car's bout of Alzheimer's.
