I ordered our holiday cards late from Minted this year after shopping around- I thought I might save some money and also get our envelopes pre-printed. Almost 200.00 later and I just checked the process of the design. There is- in very small grey print at the bottom of our card- some other family's name. It's the demo name on the card. Is there no stop-gap check when this very tiny, hard to see field doesn't get filled out? So for another 25.00 they will stop the order and reprint with the correct name. 215.00 now. Next year I am sending digital cards. This bites. Yes, technically my fault. I thought for just a minute about letting our card say 'The Harrison Family' at the bottom because it would be kinda funny. So 2020.
Update: Minted reprinted and waived the 25.00 fee. Thanks, Minted. Just make sure that small, grey type-field is more noticeable for others next time.
I ordered my daughters baby invitations on 12-16-20 and they were sent out 12-18-20 an I received them 12-20-20! They are excellent and everything we wanted plus the prompt service was great considering slow mail service
This company is horrible and I will never use them again. I placed an order on 12/6 with an estimated delivery of 12/18. I received an email on 12/19 saying they are having delays and I can cancel my order for a refund. This offer is completely meaningless and useless - it is now too late to try to order from another company. They should have communicated to their customers 2 weeks ago letting them know what was going on and given customers the chance to order from another company at that point. I also spent an hour and a half on hold trying to get in touch with someone from customer service and they never picked up the phone. I've never been so disappointed in how a company handled something. They clearly didn't want to lose their business to their competitors and would rather just ruin Christmas cards for their customers.
If I could give them ZERO stars I would! NEVER EVER USE MINTED AGAIN. I have been using Minted for nearly a DECADE and this year will be my last. I am BEYOND frustrated with this company and their customer service, or lack there of. I have spent 6 hours over the past week on the phone with 3 different reps. In that time, I have not heard an accurate update regarding my order. I ordered them early, on 12/6, and yet the order has been stuck in the production phase for 12 days now. The estimated date of delivery continues to get pushed back further and further. The last supposed "manager" said they'd be shipped out on 12/17 and received by 12/18 but clearly that hasn't happened because it still says in production, nor have I received a confirmation of shipment, nor my cards yet. Now it says I'm not getting them until 12/22... FUMING. SO basically they lied to me just to get me off the phone. This is a poor way to treat loyal customers, or any customers for that matter. It is extremely unacceptable and I will raise my complaints to the corporate level and to the media as I can see by the numerous horrible reviews that I am not alone. People are entrusting incredibly important moments in their lives to a company that obviously couldn't care less. For me they are birth announcement and christmas cards... so upsetting. Had I known that this is the type of service I was going to receive I would have used a competitor. Minted do the right thing!
Xmas cards ordered 12/7, expedited shipping supposed to arrive 12/17. Now 12/21 and likely not going to be met. This company has no operations process for scale. Like call Walgreens and strike a deal to print if you cant get your operation going. Instead they ask me to send happy new year cards. What a joke. Do not use! Will never order again.
I placed my order on 12/10 and paid extra for rush shipping. It's now 12/18 and the estimated delivery date on my cards keeps getting pushed back. It now says estimated delivery is Dec 24th! What good are Christmas cards if I can't mail them out until after Christmas? I'm beyond angry. If it's going to take Minted 2 weeks + to print and ship out Christmas cards, then they need to make that known up front instead of AFTER you've placed a $200+ order. I will never order from them again.
I ordered my Christmas cards on December 2nd and paid for rush shipping (2-3 days). Every day minted website showed "we are producing your order" and kept delaying the delivery date. I reached out to them multiple times and the customer service representatives are useless and keeps giving me excuses. They had no problem charging me $358.00 for such terrible service. Now my estimated deliver for my Christmas cards is Dec 22nd and its the 18th today... again I paid for rush shipping.
Like most of the reviews here I too have placed an order that I will likely never receive! They sure did promptly charge my credit card though! Please Please Please Do NOT use this company!
Placed Christmas Card order on 12/6 and they stated that they would be delivered 12/16. I thought that was a long time, but I still placed the order. It is now 12/17 and the order is still being processed and the delivery date is pushed out to 12/22. I doubt that I will see these cards before Christmas. I will never order from them again.
Ordered Christmas baby announcement. At no point during the process did Minted even mention delays. Only after I paid $130, did I receive an email saying that it would be delayed. I tried emailing them- no response, I am on hold now, and it seems like they are not even staffed. Bottom line, no one send Christmas cards AFTER Christmas, and now we might not even be able to use them!
I've been ordering from Minted for years. In the past, Minted's products and service had always met/exceeded my expectations. However, this year, I am beyond disappointed with the level of service (or lack thereof) I have received with my annual holiday card order.
I placed my $558 holiday card order (#*******) on December 7 with the $35 "rush" shipping upgrade and was told I'd receive my order by December 16. I received last year's $502 holiday card order within 3 days of placing my order. However, this year, I figured it may take a few extra days due to heightened COVID-related safety protocols and shipping delays. However, unfortunately, it is now December 17 (10 days after I placed my "rush" order), and I still haven't received my order.
Yesterday, Minted moved my estimated delivery date from December 16 to December 18. They didn't email me or notify me in any way to let me know my order is delayed. Rather, I found out by proactively checking my order status on their website. At the very least, I would expect Minted to email me or text me to let me know they're running a bit behind. I'm disappointed that no one at Minted cared enough to contact me.
It is now December 17. I have emailed and called Minted several times but haven't received any resolution or any reason why my estimated delivery date has been pushed back. Based on all of the other customers' stories of not receiving their holiday cards in a timely manner along with repeated reports of Minted's lack of communication, I'm becoming increasingly concerned I will not receive my cards by the new estimated delivery date of December 18 (11 days after my $558 "rush" order was placed). If Minted wasn't sure if they would be able to fulfill my order within their promised time frame, I wish they would have let me know BEFORE I placed my order.

After looking at all these reviews it looks like we all are having the same issue with this Minted. I also placed an order on 12/6 and paid for expedited shipping was suppose to be delivered on the 12/16. I get an email on the 15th saying it's a delay and they will refund my shipping. Still with no estimate of when it will ship! My order was over $100, so I wanted to cancel the order(no longer want these cards-since there is no time frame and I needed them urgently) was told they will refund $13 and some change. Unacceptable! Oh
I do understand that businesses are facing unprecedented experiences through COVID-- however when I placed the order in late November, there was no indication at all of any delays. My order of 120 holiday cards was to be delivered on 12/6. I keep checking back and continue to get different (later) dates for them to arrive. They now will not be shipped out for the holidays. There has been no apology, no updates, just when I check online do I see that the order is delayed. I have called and waited for a half hour to speak to someone with no success. Again, understand everyone is dealing with things, but this is their entire business. They need to better communicate and be up front about these things.
I ordered a personalized photo puzzle. It arrived quickly but it was for someone else's family. I tried to call customer service several times. I was on hold for 30 minutes on several calls and up to 1 hour on another. Never spoke to a person. No option to leave a message. I wrote several emails to their help center. No answer
I placed an order for 85 holiday cards 11/27/20. Nothing was stated that shipping would be delayed due to COVID when I placed my order. It's 12/15/20 and I still don't have my cards. I have talked, emailed, live chatted with various costumer service reps ALL who have told me false information regarding when I would receive my order. I have been "guaranteed" both ship and arriving dates- and NONE have happened. They haven't shipped yet.

I have ordered cards from Minted every year for the past 4 years. If you want your holiday cards in time don't use them. I ordered my cards at the end of November with rush delivery. They still haven't arrived. I have called customer service which can take up to an hour each time. They just keep pushing out the date. I was told by the Priority Service Team that my cards would be here today. I just checked and yet again they have pushed out the date. I wish I had know this earlier so I could have went with another company. So upsetting.
Ordered holiday cards from Minted. Spent $95.00. The order arrived without half the envelopes. Contacted Minted through their email system. Explained the problem and asked if the remaining envelopes could be expedited. I can't send my cards without the envelopes! That was four days ago, and they have yet to respond. I called their customer service line three days ago and was on hold for 30 minutes without speaking to a human. After that, I bought envelopes through a different vendor so I can send the cards.
Never again, Minted.
After numerous failed email inquiries, several falsely promised delivery dates, and failed attempts to reach customer service by phone, I finally received my order with a followup apology and unsolicited refund. I can't ask for more than that. But a 6-week order process, and the lack of reliability on the part of Minted, make it unlikely I will patronize this business in the future.
Ordered 2 Fillmore Duffles on Oct. 27th to get ahead of the Christmas rush. It is Dec. 4th and I still have not received the bags. I have heard from 5 different customer service reps apologizing and giving me another date certain that I will have my order. Still nothing. Now they won't even answer my emails, and I've given up trying to reach them by phone. Even if I listen to classical music for upwards of 30 minutes on hold, I am eventually disconnected. I just want my money back and to tell them to forget it. Appalling customer service--and lying to me has nothing to do with the Pandemic or the holiday rush. Pathetic. First and now last order from Minted!
I am now trying to cancel my holiday card order of $260, because it's been 12 days waiting for the cards and there is no end in sight. This has been unbelievably stressful. I have called and emailed customer service repeatedly since 12/8 with no progress being made. I just placed a $250 order with Vistaprint for the same cards, delivery 12-17 or earlier. I'm now trying to get my money back from Minted. Terrible.
AVOID, they used to be good, but not anymore! DOES NOT DELIVER ON TIME! I EXPECTED MY ORDER TODAY.
I am very disappointed that my order has not arrived today as it said it would when I placed my order, now it says it will arrive 12/14 and with all the TERRIBLE reviews I have read, I now wonder if it will come at all. I would have appreciated it if you had notified me ahead of time that my order would not be arriving on time, I could have ordered elsewhere and you should shut down your site from taking additional orders since you can't fulfill the orders you do have.
Answer: I was trying to do that but couldn't get an answer or find out. I would say no, not possible. I order a bunch of holiday cards, cost almost $300 with pre-printed addresses. 3 weeks, still waiting.
Answer: I couldn't find that. I ordered 100 holiday cards. Cost approaching $300. Been a few weeks and have no real delivery date. Today is 12/22. Oh well, they will be new years cards instead
