Promised to deliver 5-8 days but already 17 days from ordered date still awaiting for the products to arrive. It says free delivery if you order more than 35 dollars but when you checked out there's charged delivery fee for 13.50 plus insurance of the items

No. Please avoid this company at all cost!
I have placed an order iPhone case and screen protector (quite a small package) end of May. After more than 3 months, 2 emails with 2 extended date of delivery... still nothing!
I mean, they could have shipped both my product in an envelope and send it by any carrier. It's not a huge parcel. So many questions: did they ever shipped it at all? How can they keep extending the date and never being able to tell me where is my shipment is? When I will get it for real?
If you want to order and wait forever not having any certainty that you would ever get your product.

J'ai placé un étui pour iPhone et un protecteur d'écran (assez petit paquet) à la fin du mois de mai. Après 3 mois, deux courriels avec la promesse à chaque fois d'une livraison « sous peu », toujours rien.
Si vous souhaitez commander et attendre pour toujours, n'ayant aucune certitude que vous obtiendrez jamais votre produit... sinon évitez cette compagnie.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We ordered 6 cases for a tablet. They are the wrong size despite ordering the case that their site says is the correct size for this model. We paid $70 in duty and are now being told we will also have to pay to return them.
We have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for them to resolve the situation and ship us the correct cases but they are still trying to figure out why the first cases don't fit and have asked us 3 times to send a picture showing the issue which we have already done. They do not respond in a timely manner and you can only reach them by email.

I ordered my item on the 5th July. Still not recieved it. Tried communicating with the company and after 1 attempt were i didn't recieve a reply i am no longer able to communicate with them. On the surface a good company but dont be deluded. I have since had to buy another item from a more reputable company as i couldn't wait any longer

Please note the shipping method you picked for this order was "Postal Service without tracking", which usually takes 7-14 business days (9-20 calendar days) for shipping. Your order was shipped out from our warehouse on 2019-07-09. So normally you shall receive it on 2019-07-29, which is 20th days of shipping.

We feel sorry to hear that you still did not receive the package. We are afraid that your package was delayed because it's really a busy time for the worldwide carrier, along with the bad weather that will also delay shipment.

After checking, it shows your package is still on the way to UK. It will be delivered to your address in the next 2-3 weeks.

We can understand that you need the order sooner and have asked the courier to prioritize the order delivery. However, this will still require several days to ship. The package will be delivered to you on 2019-08-20, may be a little earlier.

Horrible Shipping

I bought a case for my Kindle (that I also purchased the same day). Wanting to keep my Kindle safe, I ordered the expedited shipping and paid extra. Here I am, 2 weeks later, still waiting for my item to ship. DONT ORDER THE EXPIDITED SHIPPING. I can tell you right now, if I ever order from this site again I won't be paying extra for something that's not worth it and doesn't work anyway. I should be reimbursed for my extra I paid to ship "expediently".

Update: I put in a ticket for my order saying the expedited shipping is bogus. They replied quickly and said that it takes 4-9 days and closed the ticket. I, then, put in another ticket saying it's been 7 days since my package shipped and there's absolutely no way it's making it to me in 2 more days when USPS doesn't even have an estimated shipping date. THEN when I checked again, on USPS it says it was shipped on an earlier date than the website. However, the dates matched earlier indicating they changed my shipping date. My new ticket was rejected from customer service. This is just getting aggravating at this point. Please DON'T order from them with the expedited shipping.
