I have placed an order iPhone case and screen protector (quite a small package) end of May. After more than 3 months, 2 emails with 2 extended date of delivery... still nothing!
I mean, they could have shipped both my product in an envelope and send it by any carrier. It's not a huge parcel. So many questions: did they ever shipped it at all? How can they keep extending the date and never being able to tell me where is my shipment is? When I will get it for real?
If you want to order and wait forever not having any certainty that you would ever get your product.

DO NOT USE - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We ordered 6 cases for a tablet. They are the wrong size despite ordering the case that their site says is the correct size for this model. We paid $70 in duty and are now being told we will also have to pay to return them.
We have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for them to resolve the situation and ship us the correct cases but they are still trying to figure out why the first cases don't fit and have asked us 3 times to send a picture showing the issue which we have already done. They do not respond in a timely manner and you can only reach them by email.

I bought a case for my Kindle (that I also purchased the same day). Wanting to keep my Kindle safe, I ordered the expedited shipping and paid extra. Here I am, 2 weeks later, still waiting for my item to ship. DONT ORDER THE EXPIDITED SHIPPING. I can tell you right now, if I ever order from this site again I won't be paying extra for something that's not worth it and doesn't work anyway. I should be reimbursed for my extra I paid to ship "expediently".
Update: I put in a ticket for my order saying the expedited shipping is bogus. They replied quickly and said that it takes 4-9 days and closed the ticket. I, then, put in another ticket saying it's been 7 days since my package shipped and there's absolutely no way it's making it to me in 2 more days when USPS doesn't even have an estimated shipping date. THEN when I checked again, on USPS it says it was shipped on an earlier date than the website. However, the dates matched earlier indicating they changed my shipping date. My new ticket was rejected from customer service. This is just getting aggravating at this point. Please DON'T order from them with the expedited shipping.
