I ordered a few cell phone cases on July 20th as a gift for my wife's birthday (8/13) and here it is September 11th and it still hasn't shipped. I emailed them a few weeks ago about it they said it was "finishing up production" and they'll let me know when it's shipped. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything. I asked for a refund and they said all sells are final. This has got to be the most unprofessional and unorganized website I've heard ordered from. DO NOT order anything from this website!

I ordered cases for my Daughter in November/2017 so it will arrive in way enough time for Christmas. I started to worry at first because it was taking a while but Brian (mgram rep) reassured me that is was in production. Every case I had was personalized, so I took into consideration that it may take a little longer in addition to other orders. I received my order three weeks before Christmas. They don't mail out an official gift card, you have to email them and they will give you the code to put when placing your order and Brian specifies that the order is for cases only and it has to total $100 or more in order for the code to work. I was then able to order there more cases for myself with the gift card paying on $14.99.

So I ordered a case at the beginning of Dec and was told 1-2 wks and I would get 2 free cases with my order as well as $100 gift card. Well it took 4+ week and only the case I ordered was sent. I never received the other "free" cases. I never actually got a physical gift card for the $100, there was no special code and no instructions regarding how to redeem it. They kept referring me to their FAQs, which was extremely unhelpful. The case was cool but cheap and it peeled within a few weeks.
I decided to give them one more try... ordered a few more cases. Same thing. I never received my free case, after contacting them, they gave me a code to purchase it for free - the catch is I have to purchase something else again above the cost of my "free" case. The gift card was the same thing, no actual card, no code to redeem. I was told I only get a giftcard 1 time per their FAQs and again, its not really a gift card because you can't use it unless you buy more than the amount of the value of the gift card.
There were no disclaimers when I made the purchases. I do not recommend them for anything. The cases are cheap and better ones can be purchased at Walmart for half the price.

So I FINALLY got my cases - over 4 weeks after my order was placed. The case was ok - nothing spectacular. The color is good but it is a very slick plastic which makes it hard to hang on to my phone.

Beyond that, there website/customer service is AWFUL! They bury everything in the FAQ's and point to those when there is a question. You will get an email the day after your order saying that your order will normally ship in 2-3 days but when you contact Customer Service you are told the "FAQs" say "3-4 weeks". They will offer a "FREE GIFT CARD" with no disclaimers when you purchase but then tell you when they send you the card that the "FAQs" say blah, blah, blah - this is when you find out the gift card is only good on phone cases and only good if you spend more than the gift card. I still haven't received the "free" purse that was supposedly added to my order nor have I received an answer.

I order online all the time and thought I would give them a try as I love to change out my phone cases. It seemed like a good deal and since there were NO disclaimers when I purchased, I placed the order.

If you don't mind waiting almost 5 weeks for your order and don't mind vague offers with hidden disclaimers then this is the place for you.
