I've ordered 3 cases from here well over a month ago. Also it was supposed to be "rush shipping" I have yet to receive my package or a update about it. I emailed them & they blamed in on COVID so at first I'm like okay understanding then as time is still passing & I sent another email & never got a response I see that it's just them as I'm reading the other reviews. I mean they took the money out my account in seconds with no problem but can't deliver the package! Worst company EVER! Never again!

Yall dont send any tracking info at all by email or other wise you lie about that there is other people that havent gotten anything including me I ordered my case and it never came in yall use this covid crap everytime some one sends yall a message asking where there package is yall should do better as a company and make tracking something we pay money for easier to use and do your job by send the email that yall say u will send and never do so with everything being said if you want a case find someone to make them for u not this place and I will never oder from yall again yall are losing alot of business cause you cant do ur job

This is the second time I've ordered from them. The first time everything went smoothly and I received my cases within a month. This time it's been terrible. Ordered my cases two months ago and haven't received shipping information yet. I've sent 7 different emails to customer support and I keep getting the same line: "you'll receive shipping info later this week". The same excuse three times and nothing yet. They refuse to issue a refund because their products are "made to order". Just steer clear of them totally. I'm not the first, only or last person to deal with this.

I ordered in December and now as of almost March! I have received one case (I ordered 4) and this message in the package! The case didn't even look like what I thought I was ordering. I could've taken a clear case and painted this on my self for free! Time is very terrible. They take forever and granted they're "handmade" customs so they take a while and granted they may have a lot of orders but on the website it says 14-20 days I expected approximately a month but it took over 3! They give a text customer service that doesn't ever respond whatsoever and they only respond to emails once. And where are my other cases?! They all have the same name on them and since it's the same order they should make them all together so they don't get crap mixed up! Why weren't my other ones in the package it'd be so much easier for everyone. This is the worst experience I've ever received and I will never order from them again!

My review is just like everyone else's. Two months from when I ordered and nothing. Several emails telling them I want a refund and they just reply back with false statements saying they are going to be shipped later in the week. I just disputed it with my credit card to get my money back. I recommend everyone do the same. A year ago I ordered some cases from here and was very satisfied. I don't know what happened to this company but they have obviously went downhill and have terrible customer service.

FINALLY got HALF of my order in, over a month later and, to be honest, these cases do not look like the pictures in the slightest. They're white cases with stickers in the form of the design of your choice. They dont even wrap around the entire case like it shows in the pictures! Highly disappointed, to say the least and why ask what names or initials u want on them when, you wont even get then right!?

Still waiting for 4 more cases! Shyyyyystie to say the least! Take your money to Amazon, yall!
