When you can literally ball up your phone case then it shouldn't be on your phone in the first place. The first time I drop my phone it's over with. This is not what they are advertising on the site. The cases looks why different from the cases I received. The sent me a dollar tree phone case with a sticker on the back, as if they are printing it off a computer. I literally could have done this myself not to mention I waited two months for them to arrive. In the two months I waited I reached out to the place to get an update as I had not received a tracker number, or anything I never relieved whatever bonus they had with it. I will never order from them again. I'm also reporting them to the BBB. This is a scamming $#*! company. They don't even deserve a star but I had to click something to make this review. They need to be closed down.

Wish i saw this reviews before i order them i order some for my mom and my self since April and i am still waiting, I placed my order April 18th 2020, we are now in the month of June and I still haven't received anything. This is honestly a waste of money! I contacted them via email to cancel my order and they said it couldn't be canceled because my cases were supposedly in production and since they're custom made they can't be resold. Another thing, they kept asking what model phone I wanted my cases which does NOT make sense what so ever because when you place the order it clearly asks what type of phone the case is for. And i am still waiting

All I want to know is how this "business" is still up and running. I placed my order April 12th 2020, we are now in the month of June and I still haven't received anything. I found an ad as I was going through Snapchat and they looked like pretty good phone cases so I ordered some for my phone. It cost $20.00 and I ordered it on April 30th, today is June 16th so it has been almost 2 months and I have emailed them numerous times and messaged them using their live chat support and have yet to hear anything. I used the app they recommended to track my order and the only thing it has said is order placed and it has been like that since April 30th when I made the order. I would not recommend using this website and if anyone has any advice as to how to get my money back since my order obviously isn't coming it would be greatly appreciated.

Most of us probably came across this site as an ad advertising a sale that's almost over. Plus free rush delivery and free items. Both of those are false, after two almost three months i am just now receiving my order. No free items and the items i did pay for are poorly made. I didn't even receive the shock proof screen. The cases are just flexible plastic with poorly printed on design. Even time i emailed, my order was taking a long time because they were waiting on pieces. What i received in the mail today could have been made in 2 seconds. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

This is the most unprofessional company ever. I ordered my daughter cases over a month ago. I still haven't heard anything from them let alone gotten get cases. You send them an email they send you I guess is an automated email. There's no live person customer service. What type of stuff is that. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

This is seriously the worst $#*!ing company ever known to man. Idk how they get ads on Snapchat. Because they rip you off and it's disgusting. I ordered 8 cases middle of February 2020 and I have only gotten two of them and it's now may 24th 2020. Kept saying it was in production everytime I DEMANDED for a refund. If it was in production in March then it should of been here by now. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!

I ordered product on April 5 and as of today May 22 I have received no product and was told last week I would get a tracking number but have not received that either. This company is a fraud company. The customer service is terrible, it takes 3+ days for them to respond back via email. I have requested a refund twice and no response about it. This is a warning do not shop with them. I am now having to go to my bank and get my money back. Save the headache.
