Almost 5 months ago I ordered my phone covers and have received nothing. Responses to my emails are the same. Covid and short staff have delayed the order. What a ripoff.

A few years when I purchased a new phone I saw ads for Mgram Cases, they were AWESOME, made of quality material, very protective, classy cases that not only looked great, but felt great in my hand as well.

Fast forward to last month, I purchased a Samsung Note 20 Ultra and was extatic that Mgram cases had made that brand of case.
I searched and found the 3 I wanted, I paid for the extra shock proof $10, as well as the $12 matching ring for the back of the case.

I was elated that my order came with in a months time but after I opened the package I was blown away at the cheap, shoddy, flimsy cases... yes they had my initials but they were anything like the ones I'd purchased before. They was no shockproof protectors or matching pop up rings on the back.
I have sent them an email with my displeasure, I even went back to search for pictures & descriptions of the cases I'd selected...
Yup, they are there in picture but not what I received. I was looking for a phone # since I've received nothing in reply from my email.

DO NOT ORDER THESE CASES, THEY ARE CHEAP KNOCKOFFS THAT WOULDN'T PROTECT A PHONE AT ALL.

First, let me say that this was not the first time I had ordered from this company. I believe this was my 4th order. Previously, I had no issue and absolutely love the protection the cases offered. I received all my other orders. This last time, I honestly have no idea what happened. I placed this order July of 2018, yes TWO years ago! I have yet to either have my money refunded or been sent the case I ordered. I have made numerous email attempts and at the beginning was told they would re-issue my case. Never got it and when I sent subsequent emails, received NO response! This July, I look them up, see a different email with uk at the end and think, "oh, maybe they sold or have new management, whatever" and decide to email them the background of the issue. I receive the standard "due to covid-10, it's taking longer to answer emails" etc, so after 3 weeks, I email again. No response... I sent another email today (9/9/20). I am not going to hold my breath waiting on said response. I don't know what has happened to this company, but DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They will take your money and probable laugh while they're doing it!

I never leave negative reviews, even if I'm not satisfied with my purchase, so it speaks volumes that I am doing this now- I placed an order in April, yes as in FIVE MONTHS AGO, and haven't received anything. At first I was understanding due to COVID but I keep emailing asking for an update and no one is replying, I am not even getting the generic "due to Covid" email anymore! The last time they decided to reply to me was in July. They were sure quick to take my money without hesitation, if only then sent my order as quick! AVOID- AVOID-AVOID!

I ran across Mgramcases due to snapchat and was mesmerized by all the different designs and personalization. They also had a sell of buy 2 for 20$ and get 1 free so I was determined to get one of these cases for myself and my boyfriend. I thought, this looks too good to be true but it's a STEAL so I went for it! After ordering, I looked at the previous reviews of long waits and cheap merchandise then I realized that it was indeed a scam. I ordered my cases July 24th and just received them September 1st. They're poorly made, super thin plastic with printed designs on them. Nothing like the pictures advertised. With the amount of people scammed, we will be able to get this website shut down, as for now remember to read REVIEWS FIRST and if it's too good to be true then it is. Save your money, time and protect your energy. Stay away from this insensitive conning business.

I placed my order on 4/27/20 and still have yet to receive my order. After a month i sent an email looking for an update, no response. Month 2 i sent another email asking for my money back since i had not received my product and they were not communicating with me on the status. A month after that i received an email saying i could not get a refund because it was in production. I sent another email asking to at least change the shipping address because i was moving and no response again. Hands down the worst company out there.
