I really hate that I had to give them any rating at all. I placed an order, TWO orders to be exact a year ago, April 30th. I reached out to customer service a few times throughout 2020. Guess what? $80 wasted. I never received anything I had ordered and customer service refused to refund me because they're "personalized products". At this point it's like do I really go after them for that $80 or just give up because they're a fake company who scam people either way, STAY AWAY. Go to ETSY and spend that extra $5-$10 on an actual product that you'll receive.

I ordered a case back in September 2020. I have gotten excuse after excuse. They have stopped communicating with me after inquiring about my order numerous times and have never issued a refund or provided the case that I ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Welp, the title says it all. I've sent maybe 40 emails over the last 11 months for an order that was placed on 4/20/20. I finally got a response again that it was COVID related blah blah blah. So I responded to that COVID email, and I wasn't very nice about it this time. And FINALLY get a response from someone. They advised there was a glitch in their system and the order was marked as shipped but nothing was ever sent or emailed to me with any details. They are now telling me that they are short staffed and will process my order ASAP. Well, I upgraded from the 11 max pro to the 12 max pro so these cases do me absolutely no good. Welp, the second email I finally received stated they will get it to their accounting department. Here goes waiting another year for my refund on the sham of a company.

I ordered phone cases from them last may and have still have gotten nothing from them. I also went about asking for a refund on my purchase and got a standardized email back about COVID 19 and then being delayed. But come on went back and forth with over 4months and still got the same standardized email back. Don't shop from them.

Bought some cases a year ago. I got an email saying shipping was delayed. No real person ever response just automated messages. It's been a year I still have not gotten a refund or have ever gotten any cases. Dont give your money to these scammers!

This company is terrible. I have been waiting forever for cases I ordered under the assumption I was ordering under "rush" production. If this is a rush it's a joke! Do not order from them. Oh and by the way, their customer service is non existent.

Do not ever get these there's an attachment of my receipt and I still have not gotten my first tracking number I've emailed this company atleast seven times asking for my refund and haven't received an email since. This is definitely a scam do not purchase from MyMonogram Cases. I'm so upset with the customer service.

I ordered during covid so I gave plenty of time before I contacted them about my purchase. It's been almost a year I have not received my purchase nor has anyone replied to my multiple emails (they did reply to my first when I noticed the delivery address was wrong, that was fixed and then nothing) don't order from this company.

It's been 2 months and still haven't received my order! I emailed them and got no answer also! If seeing this before buying from this site please don't order from them it is definitely a waste of money. They take your money fast but you'll never get your order!

I placed an order for 1 monogrammed case for $39 dollars n was supposed to get all the free stuff I have yet to receive my case I ordered on December 27th, I have emailed them numerous times and still can not get anyone to return a call or legit email. I am going to cancel as soon as I can reach someone anyone have any idea how to physically talk to someone! I see why they have such a bad rating.

I ordered a couple of cases nearly a year ago. Emailed several times it's always the same thing. It's in production. Completely unacceptable! This makes no sense at all A YEAR TO PRINT A COUPLE PF CASES FOR A PHONE I NO LONGER EVEN HAVE SMH.

I am very angry at the fact that i order on April 2020. I'm writing this on February 8,2021 and still haven't received my order. I've email them alot of times and all they can say is that they are delayed due to COVID-19. Okay i understand that but its almost a whole year. Beyond pissed off

This company stole my money! I ordered 3 phone cases all the way back in April of 2020 and I still haven't received my cases! I also had to complain 3 times before I got a none robotic response letter and there only excuse was that they thought it was already delivered. I am absolutely ticked off and when I asked for my money back all they said was they were then shipping me my cases. That was over 3 months ago. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered 8 cases 2 of which were free in Jan 2020. I received one case in June 2020. I have since not received anything on my other cases just my money being taken by them. I even paid for fast shipping and when i got one case 6 months later it was broken. They wont respond to any email or insta dm. The last time i got a response was july 2020 and itt was an automated response saying that bc of covid shipping time takes longer. But yet i ordered before covid blew up and we knew what it was. I'm honestly thinking about taking some form of legal action.

I order a set of cases and never got anything. They were quick to take my money! And any email you send will be answered with a same email "due to covid" i just want my money back! Please dont buy from them dont loose money for free

It's been over 24 days and I still haven't received my phone case, don't waste your money and time on this, their automated email does not help with any type of customer service so good luck if you do decide to go through with it

Don't order from this company! They are HORRIBLE! They take your money and NEVER send your product! Beware of this scammer! I placed an order for phone cases in May 2020... it is now January 2021 and I've not received my cases and have requested they refund my money several times... the one time they replied to me they said... it was an over sight and they had marked my order as complete, that was in November 2020. I asked for a refund still nothing. Now they will not respond to my emails, they have not sent my cases or refunded my money... They make sure to charge your bank account the same day the order is placed... pretty pathetic that they sure can take your money and not send the stuff you ordered and then decide to stop responding once you demand they refund you! I also tried to leave a review on their website... but conveniently there is no way to leave reviews, they must have removed that feature hoping more people like myself will be dumb enough to place an order. Also I'm sure they removed all the comments on their Instagram page since there are no comments... pretty shady! I have contacted the BBB... hopefully their fraudulent company will get shut down! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I saw this company advertised on Snapchat so sadly I thought that they would be credible. I wish that I had checked previous reviews. I just saw pretty cases with the monograms and thought it would be a good idea to give as xmas gifts. They had a black Friday special so i decided to check them out. They took my payment, no payment email receipt. No tracking code or anything. I emailed them a few times "hey, i never received a receipt, when can I expect my purchase and the account I setup upon purchase isn't recognizing my login." On the 12/10/20 a computer generated email comes through blaming all the delays on Covid and saying that i'll get all details for my purchase once it ships. The week before xmas I emailed again and just requested a refund because clearly the products wouldn't make it in time for the holiday. It is now 01/05/21. New year same scam, no response from this company. Still no products or refund.
