Bought from Merchants before for my Bf! Absolutely love! The only thing is the packaging can sometimes look cheap. I spent just over $500 (a gold ring and gold necklace) for an anniversary gift for my boyfriend. The jewellery was both put into a little bag and it just made it look cheaper than what I spent. As a suggestion maybe having a gift wrap option with a fee might be a nice idea.
I had to exchange the size of my ring. The process was super easy and got my new ring back just in just a few days. Loving them every single day!
