I ordered a tshirt for my girlfriend from here My thoughts on the experience:
- The shirt came after a month and some change
- I did not receive a tracking code until towards the end of that time frame, and it was not that informative, nor was the anticipated date of delivery accurate (delivery provider was DHL)
- We did get the tshirt, and it was as shown! The material is top notch and we both loved it so much, that I ordered the same design in cropped hoodie form just now

NOTE: Although they sell themselves as a black owned company from Detroit, I HIGHLY doubt this, as when I ordered via PayPal, I received a notification saying that an order just went through for company "ACTIO PTE. LTD.".

I kind of impulse-bought a pair of shorts from their site. I came here and saw all the negative press as well as on their Instagram page so I decided to just cancel my order and get a refund. I anticipated a bunch of road blocks and poor correspondence (as has been the case with many people according to reviews here and elsewhere), but no. I simply sent an email requesting cancellation and a refund and they promptly responded and sent my money back within the same day.

Personalized Little DoctorLunch Bag For Kids. This was a gift for my niece's daughter who loves it and said she's going to be a Doctor like Zuri on the bag. She also has an aunt, uncle and two cousins who are doctors.

I ordered from their website but it's been more than a month. There is not even a contact number. They claim to be based in USA but the address on their website is an address of a shipping company and nothing more. They are clearly scamming black people for money. I even heard that they are not even black owned, how disgusting is that!

Please DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Their response emails are written in broken English.

My shirt has arrived and it looks good. They had me worried because of the long wait, but overall they delivered.

I only have 1 experience with this company, but it was a very positive one! My online order was a smooth transaction, the owner reached out to me by email to thank me. Then a month in a half later he reached out to me again to inform me that my order was en route. I received my order the very next day and was very pleased with the product. I do intend to do more business with this company and I hope to find the same satisfaction each time.

Site makes you feel it's a black owned company in the US. It is not! It's overseas! SCAM SITE! I have been waiting since June 23rd for 3 pairs of shorts for 100 dollars and it is now JULY 17th and nothing! Supposedly it is now in Massachusetts and it's been in transit for the last 20
Days! So Horrible! Everyone save the hassle and your money! Make your own products would be done faster then their delivery! Smh! This site is a scam and needs to be shut down! It made me give one star otherwise I would've given nothing!

I ordered my mom a journal for Mother's Day. Just really wanting to support a blacks owned business. WRONG! It took to months! They lied and say it was delivered and then took another month and I was never issued a refund suddenly my package arrived. This crap is from China! Nice quality but RIP OFF. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!

I looked for a particular t shirt and found this melaninful website with the merchandise I was looking for. I quickly ordered the t shirt, noticed a disclaimer that I had 24 hrs to cancel the order, and then, because I had never heard of this company, decided to research the company to make sure it wasn't a scam. I know I should have done so before ordering, but better late than never, right? Upon reading all of the negative reviews, most notably that this website is a scam, I de idea to immediately email the vendor to cancel my order. I received an email from Tashard that I could not cancel because the order had already been processed. I was very angry and said that I was gonna fight this and report him. I received an email from Tashard about 15 days after ordering stating that my order had been ship, if I dont receive it, it is because it had been lost, we are not a scam, etc. That made me even more suspicious because I have never received an email from a vendor ensuring me that they weren't a scam, why would they need to do that? Anyway, on June 20, I received my order... 15bdays after ordering and I'm pretty satisfied with the shirt. It was what I was expecting. I was very concerned after reading the reviews, but I did receive the merchandise as ordered. Now, I cant say that I would order from this vendor again because I may have just gotten lucky. The picture posted is after I had already worn it and put it away in an overcrowded drawer. It didnt arrive wrinkled.

Once my credit card sent me a fraud alert I should have cancelled then. And their product looks so good on their website. After reading all these terrible reviews. Never again will I buy from them. NEVER. Praying karma catches up to them. ASAP.

I wish I had done more research for what I thought was a black-owned company. I ordered a puzzle on May 9th and my order has been in transit since May 28th from China, not California where I thought the company was located. They seem to have a no refund policy and are not even trying to help resolve the shipping issues, sending an email stating my order is on its way. Where? There is no phone to reach out to the company and I keep getting emails to buy more stuff from this company when I haven't even received my 1st order yet. Stay away they are not a reputable company.
