Stay clear from this company. I never received my order and they did nothing to rectify the situation. The same customer service lady made tons of excuses asking me to wait, two months later, NOTHING! I contacted them daily and asked for a refund, they just kept saying they would look in to it. BULLCRAP! THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER SENT THE ITEM! STAY CLEAR FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! This is the problem with black owned business, customer service sucks and no follow through! I will never order from them again! And they had the nerve to send me a link to write a review on an item I never received? ARE THEY STUPID! We can not support business that clearly have no value for their customers. Business that take your money and does not make sure that you received your items and your experience was good! I ordered my items around the 2nd week of December and it's now February. NO ITEM, NO REFUND! DONT DO IT! Please don't give yourself a headache with this fraudulent company! This will not be my last review. Everyone needs to be made aware of the FRADULENT ACTIVITIES OF THIS PLACE!

That was horrible business and poor customer service. I want to support y'all but I took lost lost and you saw for yourself clearly that I made contact with them and they directed me to that and I still get penalized. As much as I want to push to support black owned companies but my first experience with trying to support a black owned company and I had a horrible experience. You didn't try to compensate or anything, you took my money and ran. A real business would had found a way to keep their customers satisfied. You don't follow the code of conduct or ethics. You doing your own thing. How can I do business with someone knowing there's a strong possibility that will get robbed again? Y'all bad for business. And on top of that you don't know who you did that to. What if I'm a somebody and that know many and very high places. And he is financially and business literate? You never know who your audience is so you want to perform at all times. You didn't perform.

I just love them! From the way their stuff is designed, produced, and even customized, to the way they got me in touch. I saw some complaining that it takes quite long for delivery, but it's absolutely fine for me :))

I am very happy with my order. Nice designs, good quality. Delivery took quite long but I received the products anyway and they're awesome.

Bought 2 hoodies and satisfied with the quality and the designs. They are the same as the advertise and take about two weeks for delivering. I love this page and would come back for more.

This is NOT a Foundational Black American, operated business. They are not even AT THE ADDRESS ON THE WEBSITE. ( I called and had the operator put me through to the room listed on the website, she said no one is in that office) Check for yourself *******300. Also the website asks for USD, as if in America we would pay with anything else. Be careful people, and purchase at your own risk, but just know these are NOT Foundational Black Americans (FBA) running this business. IMMIGRANTS/others more than likely, but definitely not US.

Yes, I said it! I ordered two bed sets for my son's and I didn't get the second set! I tried contact them by their email address and I get a run around and I even sent my phone number to them so they could call me directly and we could straighten things out, no connection! I done clothing sites before and never had a problem with them until Now! All I want is my second bed set and I won't get anything else from this company again! I sent $200.00 with this company! So unacceptable behavior from a company!

I ordered a hoodie (which I am still awaiting) and matching sneakers form them. I was initially surprised that the sneakers came so quickly. While they SAY they are a size 13, they definitely are NOT a size 13. When I contacted them about it "Tashard" said that these are "custom made" per order and the I should "order the correct size next time". I explained that I have been wearing this size (13) since I was 13 years old and I know what my "correct size" is. I further told them that if they had said that the shoes are cut smaller than usual, I might have upsized. Again, he told me that there were no returns because they are "custom", suggested I give them away as a gift and offered me a 10% discount off my next purchase. I said if you could not this THIS purchase right, how do you have the audacity to suggest I purchase something else. I wish I'd checked the reviews before doing business with them.

I order a hoodie and a mug they only sent the mug its been a month so I ask for a refund for the hoodie and they want give it to me I have proof showing i only got half my order but they trying to say its the postal service fault the hoodie cost 50 something dollars I was trying to support a black own company but they stank $#*! rip me off so I'm out of money and no hoodie. And I order other stuff from now I'm afraid I want recieve anything so I'm about to report them to the government to let them how peoe are being rip off I have proof saying only half the order was delivered.

I ordered this hoodie because I liked the design. I have included pics of what I ordered vs what I got and clearly the design is off. I reached out to the company to get a refund or a swap and they refused. So that's $60 down the drain. I will never shop this company again and will do everything I can to call them out. They dont honor their return policy. The hoodie I received is not as advertised. After reading other comments I'm convinced this is a 3rd party non black owned company that does not actually make anything.

This site has so many good designs and I've just got one. The print is vibrant and the material is comfortable.

I also had so many compliments from my friends. Can't wait to get more from them.

Just bought some hoodies and joggers from July, find out they are good company which provide good products with great quality. I saw very much complaints about this business, though i saw your problem but i can not beleive. In my opinion, you guys may be not careful or too impatient for them to deliver the products. I am going to get some more and beleive this company is the one that help me recall my love for my people - the African.
