At a time when I feel trapped and like there is no way out of my situation I just needed to find answers. Melanie understands the impact of narcissistic abuse and more importantly how to heal yourself and live a better life. Everything makes so much sense now and I know that I can look at my situation with a different perspective which is freeing me from the feeling of being trapped. I recommend anyone going through this abuse takes the course to help themselves heal and live the life they truly deserve.

A counsellor friend of mine who I confided in kept mentioning the word Narcissist when I told her about my exs behaviour. I had ended the relationship with him because of the disrespectful way he had begun to speak to me. A few months earlier he was besotted with me, loving, caring and attentive. He was even talking about us getting married.

However, after breaking it off with him, (thats another story). I began to feel utter despair and distress. I felt as if I was emotionally unravelling. I couldnt sleep and had started crying. The pain I felt was awful. I could only think about him and I couldnt understand how the relationship had changed so much.

I decided to look on the internet for information on Narcissist. Thats when I found Melanie Tonia Evans You Tube video. I listened to Melanie, and right away I could hear that she understood what I was going through. Very quickly I began to feel better and different (more positive). Reading her blog,... This program has given me a lot of hope and relief from my string of abusive relationships. I can see now I have sought out these types of relationships due to childhood wounds that were not addressed. It makes sense to me her approach, which is to build on self-healing my own wounds instead of trying to change the narcissistic partners I am subconciously attracted to simply because they help me to relive these terrible childhood traumas. Instead, through this program, I am learning how to release and transform these terrible feelings into something that is more authentic, and so letting go of this energy and replacing it with self-love and acceptance, will eventually attract that kind of energy and experiences into my life. Everyone always told me "Let it go" and its so easy to say that to someone, but I always wondered, "How do you let it go?" even if you want to, its not as easy as it sounds. Well this program is teaching me how to let it go literally- through the quantum freedom healing process. I have also had interactions with the support team, who have been very helpful, very responsive and available. I believe this is the real thing, people who care and want to see people heal. In comparison to all the dating programs and psychics out there who give information that actually only feeds the unhealthy attachment to the narcissist this is much less expensive and actually addresses the real issues behind the situation, to help create a better life.

As a brand new member of the MTE experience, I have been enlightened. Not only... not feeling alone in my experience of having such bizarre relationship events having high levels of frustration, confusing isolation, severe heartbreak and pain. Within this community I've been professionally educated about not only what a Narcissist is, but what their motivation is. In a very short time I've learned what the narcissist seeks with their intentional mind twisting game paying. But, most important I have been learning about myself. What "my role" has been in this roller coaster marriage and why I engage the way I have been. Here it is. We've all been programmed both positively and negatively unconsciously absorbing both messages. It's within this "negative" programming many unhealed wounds appear. The bottom line is this: Life is a reflection of our subconscious programming. The beliefs I've carried with me as an adult, forever unaware from my childhood - it's these vulnerabilities and unhealed wounds that I've been "giving" - handing over if you will - to the narcissist to play with and use. Melanie's material is the answer for me to heal these wounds. So, that I'm NOT vulnerable. It's time I heal and embrace myself and love "me" all of me, safely. Melanie's program WILL provide me the tools for me to focus on my healing..

Melanie is a smart beautiful women inside and out. She has tough me so much in just a short amount of time. She has opened my eyes to things I already knew but needed that extra support and push to actually let go. I have left a very very abusive relationship because Melanie helped me to see and recognize things I wasnt seeing. Some I could see on my own some because of Melanie. Now its time for me to heal and work on building back my self of steam. I probably would have stayed in that abusive relationship until he killed me if it wasnt for Melanie I am so very very grateful to this women.

Melanie truly understands the Narcissistic personality. She fully understands the damage and trauma from Narcissistic Abuse. Without judgement or hate for the Narcissist, Melanie guides the abused sufferer to focus on her or himself. She guides the abused away from inside torment from abuse and to actual strategies to heal her or himself. She is positive in her manner and as a role model of good boundaries. I am so relieved to finally find someone who understands Narcissistic Abuse and give real methods to heal.

I always find the video clips inspiring and Uplifting and enlightening and with a lot of helpful advice that makes a lot of sense to me and that I can identify with and that there is light at the end of the long and dark tunnel, until I read about narcissistic abuse, I was totally confused and thought did the problem lay with me? My eyes were opened so quickly and it was like I was reading a real life script that belonged to me, I had never even heard of the expression "mind games " before then and then I read about " protection " love bombing " and " gas lighting " it was such a relief to put a name to all of this and read such inspiring and positive help and support and advice, as well as the video clips. I am so glad and thankful for finding Melenie and this site and I'm sure that others will find it just as helpful.

I have only just begun to explore Melanies teachings and already I am feeling like I finally have an open door to something better for myself. WITHOUT needing someone else and WITHOUT sacrificing my own happiness just to please others. What Ive read so far, its like she has literally been in my own head and heart. She totally gets it. She explains things clearly and doesnt talk down to you in her writing (Ive literally seen so called "healers" do that) And Melanies authenticity shines in her videos and I recognize much of myself in her which gives me hope that I can still be me but not be easily made a victim anymore. I'm so eager to learn more and begin to apply it to my life. I have been in and out of abusive relationships my whole life... each one literally worse than the last... when I SWORE it was finally the right one. Nothing is worse than betrayal. Nothing.
I am SO grateful to have found Melanie and her work. I'm even a little scared I will fail but I'm not going to let that get in my way of healing.

I am going to focus on my own recovery now. I wish Melanie could be a real class in grade schools... So that kids dont have to grow up as victims. They teach trigonometry which has NO practical application whatsoever, but communication skills, how to be respectful, how to spot abuse, how to stand up for yourself... is not taught at all and its the one things this world needs more than anything.
As I get further into her methods I will be back to report my progress.

I have begun to live a better life after 11+ years in a stressful relationship and a life time of confusion. How did I loose everything? How did I get fooled into staying soooo long? Like some other reviewers, I, too, would not have thought this could work... Very skeptical. But her articles, radio shows and you tubes are just so well done and informative, I felt the QF healing was worth a try. Very first session I uncovered the main reason I was allowing narc abuse and I have been a completely different person since! It was so obvious and yet, without Melanie, I would not have uncovered it. My entire life will be different as I am a stronger person and can proudly say, I am enough and I love myself! What greater gift is there? I'll be forever grateful to Melanie Tonia Evans and her work.

Mel, as we all lovingly call her is so so amazing! She and her team will do everything possible to help you. The key to this is, Do you want to be a victim forever? I have only just started working with Melanie's methods, but after months of watching her YouTube videos and having just participated in her free webinar, I have never felt so connected to myself and able to recognize and heal the effects of a lifetime of narcissistic abuse both from a parent and a number of romantic partners. I am in the process of getting started on the journey of healing from a narcissistic abuse marriage. My divorce was finalized June 1 and though I am only 26 years old because of the pain of my first marriage had lost all hope for my life... I look around and my friends who are either married or getting married have no signs of struggling the ways that I did with my ex-husband... It made me feel like there was something really wrong with me if I was the only one struggling and everyone else had a growing and healthy marriage... I felt like there was no way out for me because somehow I would end up in painful relationships no matter how hard I tried not to. In one of Melanie's videos, she addressed this fear of mine- "is there something so horribly wrong with me that I am guarenteed to never have the dream marriage relationship I desire." She addressed this fear with compassion, understanding, but also extending hope that I was not irreparably broken and that this issue can be resolved and you can have just like your friends a happy and healthy marriage. I can't even describe what this did to me when I had lost all hope. It gave me a ray of light that has only increased with hearing testimony after testimony of people being set free from this dynamic. I am so thankful for Melanie and the team's support in also making it possible for me in a financially difficult situation with the divorce to receive material that I desperately need.
