Not a very holistic or interdependent approach - needs revision and an upgrade
June 7, 2022

My honest review as I experienced it: Codependent model - there's not much effort to offer freedom, yet this program is at worst is a codependent model and at best supportive if we know how to work it. I'm one for interdependence and a community, curiosity and allowing others the space to share and express their voice with boundaries but in a more flexible way. They keep shutting people out and down in the name of safety - they really push this agenda. This is quite controlling. I feel controlled and can barely express myself without being judged or told what to do. I don't want that at all. I want to be guided not pushed. I appreciate the intentions of the meditative work, and the level of integrity that the program offers us to have for ourselves and our healing. But's its just overbearing... Healing TAKES SPACE. It requires more of a step by step and peaceful nature. I have been using MTE modules for years and have been supported on occasions too. But I avoid the forum honestly... The support is superficial at best. It's not in depth. It's repetitive and unclear. They keep saying the same words. Sometimes it's others with the issues! I'm only responsible for my side but the rest is up to others. I can't take full 100% responsibility for myself and others. NO!
There are some lovely people there too! And I'm grateful for them. It's not about ownership and taking an interdependent stance on our healing. I dislike that MTE motto pushes the idea of relying on their membership as a means to heal, instead of empowering the people to be their own source of empowerment in conjunction with theta healing. I do theta healing myself and I love quantum healing modalities. I'm super frustrated by the passive aggressive forum moderators who really don't have the capacity to support people in a helpful way most of the times. They all, and I mean even Melanie Tonia Evans, need to get coaching training and client care. They are wounded people in charge with a lot of people pleasing and codependency. This doesn't feel safe for me - I dislike that Melanie uses a lot of triggering and big scary words - her energy can be pushy - This teaching model has made me feel worse at times and turn against my loved ones because of the discord and dissonance. She's not a licensed practitioner to diagnose or truly show the way to who's a narc and who isn't. Some are unavailable and selfish yes. I had to take breaks to gain clarity from trusted sources. It's not helpful to scare people. Telling truth is one thing, but using truth as a means of attracting clients is marketing and it's not right... True empowerment is telling people they are their own healer and teaching them to align with their Self, rather than rely on a program and get hooked on a forum... not supportive. Overall, I'm glad I gave this program a try for the second time since the pandemic. But I always end up here: Frustrated. And I have worked the program daily for months at a time... I gave this work a couple of consistent tries and it really traumatized me more. The forum people say it's wounds opening up to the surface, which may be correct, but how to empower people to heal these wounds to heal is way more important than to codependently tell them what to do. I had on an off experienced on the forum. I like that helped me to consistently meditate. But I have other practitioners who have both the therapeutic and the holistic/integrative approaches. Body work and cognitive work BOTH work to heal. One isn't better than the other, but somatic experiencing is essential and primary - I love my mind! I dislike the resistance I get as a human, but I'm human! Even the Dalai Lama has an ego... NARP doesn't offer that much compassion or peace for me. Their energy speaks more... I appreciate and am grateful for the experience and now will walk away from this. I may keep the healing as a way to keep my integrity, because I do appreciate the good nature of the people behind this program. But MTE is not a god and it's scary to see others treating this program like god. Unhealthy and codependency mindset honestly. Energy medicine or EFT work WAYYY faster and better in my opinion.
I'm grateful and will continue to walk my path, empowered in my boundaries and rights. I will express my voice. I will not let a group take away my voice and need for safe expression, even when I'm healing, especially now. I was so afraid to speak my truth because of a few bad instanced before the pandemic and during the pandemic on the forum. It's absolutely unacceptable how passive aggressive these people on the forum can be. That is not supportive for me. I needed more space to learn, ask questions, and speak my mind and be seen.

P.s. Christiane Northrup is not a healthy individual to promote Melanie Tonia Evans. I'm concerned. Cult like jargon and a lot of shutting people down... and a lot of praising each other as god or MTE as god. She's not. She is a channel like all of us, if we allow and unblock ourselves. I'm learning to stop giving my power away to programs. This program does remind me of a cult at times and that is scary. I had to follow and force myself more than enjoy the program.

If I had avoided the forum, maybe I would have done better... but I'm really not happy how stressful this "healing" space has been for me... I would love to use the healing modules but now I'm just scared and don't trust them at all. It's just sad.

Now that I have expressed this and got it off my chest, I can move on.

Tip for consumers:

Do MORE research & get the help of a trauma expert & healing professional who is great with EMDR, SE and other trauma focused therapies. This program alone won't heal. It could be damaging for PTSD & if you're not trained yet to be with you body fully. You don't have to force yourself to a heal with a program ONLINE. Don't become a hermit. So you don't end up giving your time & energy to a program 100% - because good people & good support systems exist outside NARP. There are many ways to heal.

Technique effective, Support staff unaccountable
August 24, 2021

I've decided to modify my review. Overall I have had a terrible experience on the forum, however, I think the course has something unique to offer, that I have not found anywhere else, and I would not want to sway someone from trying something that could help them.

I can't tell if this is effective in the long run. I've been using the healing sessions on and off for a few years. Sometimes I feel a lot better after a session, and it lasts, but on the whole, I have not achieved a massive breakthrough. Before doing this course I would not deal with problems, but focus on the doings. Sometimes I wonder if staying in that mindset would have brought me better results than diving into my past. Because it opened the door for negativity to come out.

I can tell you that sometimes it seems absolutely worth it, because I feel more connected to myself than before. But on the whole, it's hard to use digital recording for the healing of all of my problems. The same 1 hour recording over and over again cannot really substitute a human. But therapists would generally not use this technique, so this may be your only way to access it. So here we go, this is my balanced and updated review, and you can see the original one bellow. I wish you well and overall I would recommend you give this course a try.

For my review I would simply re-post what another user wrote very eloquently, which matches my own experience. Object to anything that the mods do, and you get blamed using the "healing process". You figure out for yourself whether or not the use of a person's trust in a healing process to shame them into not voicing their objections is healthy for the person or not.

I have not been able to use the course since my interaction with the forum 3 years ago, and what's worse is that the whole event damaged my ability to trust anyone who claims to offer healing.

For me personally, the whole thing started when I discussed the ideas of one of my favorite authors. One of the mods hated her and wrote a long post explaining why she is terrible and essentially diagnosed her as a narcissist. When I objected to the way they replied and said that it was closing the door on the discussion of the ideas I brought up, my post was removed and I was put on probation. An email was sent to me informing me that I need to do healing to solve the issue of why I manifested the whole interaction.

I have been using the modules really well up until that point, but I also have my BS radar. And when someone just turns all the blame on my in the disguise of a healing guru, I can't proceed with it.
2 years later I wrote her staff again, asking for help and explaining that since the event I have not been able to use the modules. No one bothered to address what I brought up. And even writing this now I already know that any reply I might get from Melanie or her staff would be more of the same - blame.

So, even though I believe in her methods, overall I am giving this one star because I think that this message needs to be heard. Here is a re-post of one of the other reviews here which I think explain the issue very well.

"Sadly, some of the moderators (especially the more active ones), while well meaning I'm sure, are no where qualified to be on the forum and interact with distraught, frightened people struggling with real trauma and upheaval. An emotionally abused person may sometimes say things in a way that a therapist will understand is not a personal attack but just a deeply confused person trying to ask for help; but put an unqualified person who does not know how to give others the benefit of the doubt and you have some real ego-driven people who lash out at the slightest question of their "moderation authority". Some moderators are downright dangerous if they feel you cross them (say by questioning a decision) and then you are on their "radar" which I found very traumatising. They will then start to nitpick on your posts (which may have been fine for weeks or months before) and will make you rewrite them again and again for "violating the CoC", until you start to lose faith in yourself and blame yourself - as most Narc abused people are already used to thinking abuse is their fault, this a very real possibility that healthier people would not be subject to. I figured later this behaviour on the part of moderators exists because there must have been some really difficult/abusive people on the forum who the moderators may have had previous experience with, but it has caused a few of them to get a hair trigger mentality on even a simply worded question.

Also, Being blind to their own prejudices (there are people from all over the world on this forum, and even a basic knowledge of different cultures will tell you that what is normal for someone may be rude for another), I essentially felt traumatised by a few of the forum moderators, who for some reason decided to pick on me after my one mistake (which I admit was a poorly worded post written while I was sobbing and terrified of how raw I was feeling). After I was pulled up, I ended up feeling frightened to even post, second and third guessing myself until I was weeping with the fear of my own writing being the problem. Why? Because with my history of Narc abuse, I blamed myself even when I shouldn't have. With Non qualified people having been elevated to positions of importance in the forum by Melanie herself, I truly got to experience what the saying "power corrupts" means. Scary.

Melanie does not pay or objectively judge the people selected to be moderators, which is of course a business decision, but a potentially harmful one to her forum users, and was personally devastating to me after months of interacting with no problems on the forum. From what I can now tell, people are selected to be moderators based on their ability to guide others on using the NARP program, but primarily on how much success they achieve with the program and how well they "heal" using NARP. In other words, if you are a Success Story on NARP and don't question Melanie's philosophy that it must be used the same way every day for every single person, then you get to be moderator. On the surface this may seem perfectly logical and harmless, but as I discovered, this is deadly! To select people without proper qualification and to not offer any pay (which means Melanie is dependant on THEIR volunteering, and will therefore not rock the boat because that saves her the extra time to have to moderate the forum herself), is a very dangerous precedent."

Tip for consumers:

Know not to trust the forum to be a safe place to share your own thoughts if they do not match the mod's opinions. Don't expect Melanie to be a perfect person the way you envision her based on her videos. Expect her to be a human like the rest of us - someone who is not usually good at processing criticism.

This way you get less burnt.

The programme could be helpful but the forum is unsafe and customer service terrible
January 3, 2020

I want to present a balanced review because there is a lot of worth in what Melanie is intending to provide for people who have been narcissistically abused, but I found that the overall package fell short of what is advertised.

Narcissism:

Melanie's programme is for those could be at any point on the spectrum between having been seriously abused by someone with NPD, and those who have experienced what you might call a 'toxic relationship', or emotional abuse in a relationship. This in itself is what makes it so helpful to so many people. The problem with then going on to call anyone who dished out such abuse (NP disordered or not) 'a narcissist' and 'a false self' is that it encourages the idea of separation between 'us' and 'them', which is unhelpful when considering that we are all connected and that separation is in fact an illusion, which is some of what is happening when we find ourselves suffering at the hands of another's behaviour: we are a part of that dynamic, which is exactly what we are addressing when we do the NARP work - OUR part in things ('as within, so without'). Melanie does acknowledge that so-called 'co-dependents' are similar to so-called 'narcissists' in terms of their 'wounding', and I suppose that the categorisation is helpful to provide a language in which to help people understand the dynamics involved, but it also seems to have the effect of encouraging those using this programme to act in what might be seen as narcissistic ways in defending themselves from 'narcissists'. It's so important to learn about boundaries as part of the recovery process, but when we become too fixed and rigid in these then we start to become like that which we think we are defending against, which is evident in the behaviour of some of the moderators and MTE 'support' staff (please see my experiences detailed below). Similarly, when 'no contact' is encouraged/employed as a blanket rule (without considering that while some individuals are downright dangerous, others are far less so), then this starts to edge into 'devalue and discard' territory - classic narcissistic behaviour.

Videos, Articles and eBooks:

There are so many of these available, which is fantastic, and I found they really helped me to make sense of my experience and to frame it in helpful ways. Melanie is very clear and brings the subject matter to life, and her presence, experience, and insight is inspiring. However, as stated above, there are holes and anomalies in the content (as I've found there is anywhere on this subject to be fair, since the current culture is so keen on labelling people). While it's useful to have a clear philosophy to cling to at a time when you are taken over by the confusion of trauma, and cognitive dissonance, I found that digging deeper left me realising that the subject of how and why we attract certain things and people into our lives is so complex that the labelling part just undoes some of that wisdom and can leave you more confused so beware of relying on explanations that seek to categorise people too far.

Meditations:

I found these relaxing and soothing, which is very useful with trauma.

NARP modules:

These have a mix of different ways of shifting or clearing the felt experience in the body, bringing in source as light, and connecting with past lives or selves that may be related to the feeling in your body. Over a 2-month period I did the moduling dozens of times: generally once or twice per day. They are each around 30 minutes long so it is a big time commitment. I don't mind that given that right now I am dedicated to healing, but I didn't feel I was connecting with it in the way that others have. I stuck at it and tried different things like putting some of my blocks into the Goal Setting Module, and sought help on the forum to try to make sense of my own experience and to help myself trust the process. I had such a bad experience there (see below) that it affected my feelings about the whole moduling process, which I was already struggling with. I think it's something you need to really believe in for it to work. I struggled more and more with believing because I wasn't feeling much change in my bodily feelings that I could really attribute to NARP. When I then found the behaviour of some of the moderators and support team so incongruent with the ideas behind NARP, I lost my confidence with it even more. I also now think that there are alternative approaches out there that might be more helpful for me, which I am going to try. I am already aware of Focusing (an approach created by Gendlin following research of what works best in psychotherapy), and found that the key elements of the modules involved something similar. Focusing goes into far more depth in terms of working with the felt sense so I feel that there could be a lot of value in trying this for the trauma caused/brought up by narcissistic abuse. What I found the most valuable about the modules was how they helped me to identify unhelpful core beliefs with greater colour and clarity alongside reading and listening to some of the resources I found this really helpful in uncovering what it is that is 'within' that had led to the 'without'. Now, for resolving these... I feel that EFT (tapping) and hypnosis might be more useful alternatives to NARPing.

Fear-based Marketing:

Melanie's focus is on 'thriving', which is fantastic, but there is an undercurrent of fear behind the marketing, which goes something like, 'if you don't go within and shift your trauma, you'll continue to experience abuse and will never thrive'. I'm sure there is some truth in this. However, Melanie presents her method as the only answer, and on the forum NARP is certainly presented as the only way the tone being that if you don't get on with it, there is a problem in you, and you're not 'going within', rather than considering that a one-size-fits-all approach may not work for everyone, and that going within effectively might look different for some people (and it doesn't necessarily mean they're not going within!).

Forum and 'support' team:

I understand that the moderating is carried out by volunteers, who I'm sure in general are nice people with good intentions (one of them tried to guilt-trip me about this), and I think this is a huge factor in the experience I had: while they are people who have used the modules successfully and know a lot about how to get the most out of them, it became clear that they are not people who have been trained in how to hold space or facilitate (at least the ones I came across). Given what the forum is there to do it should be important that anyone moderating (because they're not just moderating posts for offence etc, they're also giving the advice and it is made clear in the code of conduct that those using the forum must not challenge this advice make of that what you will) the space is skilled in communicating with people who have suffered trauma. It became clear to me that the MTE moderators are not, and the power that they are given is easily abused, which for abuse victims is a re-play of what they've already experienced. If people have an issue with anything they post, then the onus is put on the individual to 'go within' to 'work this out within yourself' so to speak, which allows abuse of power to go unchecked, especially when the MTE support people who do the email communications exercise exactly the same kind of attitude. This amounts to a complete lack of accountability, which again is another characteristic of narcissist behaviour and therefore re-plays the abuse experience. I had one particularly awful experience of the forum. I was 'temporarily banned' like a naughty child after I stood up to how I was being spoken to by one of the moderators. Then, the follow up communications I received from their 'support' team just got worse and worse. Really condescending and passive aggressive. I find their approach to be extremely punitive. The horrible experience I had on the forum amounted to being scapegoated, isolated and gaslit (very common things that happen in narcissistic abuse), which would obviously be re-triggering, and then I was treated as though I wasn't 'going inward' because I'd dared to suggest that the issue was something outside of myself. This is really dangerous for those who've already experienced abuse/trauma and have been lulled into thinking they've found a safe haven. When I said I wasn't finding the forum safe, no attempt was made by the MTE team to address any of the issues. In fairness, they did eventually give me a refund of the entire programme, but that seemed more about avoiding dealing with me or the issue, as they made no attempt to repair what had happened either with regard to the forum or their appalling communications.

I think that employing trained staff rather than volunteers would help address the problem with the forum and customer service, but I doubt it's the whole answer: I strongly believe that the composition and culture of organisations reflect the person at the head of the organisation, including their shadow. We all have one, and it is so important to develop awareness of it. This takes commitment within organisations to stay accountable and open and to 'look within' the organisation as well as individually, to avoid projecting outwards onto customers for example. This may be a lot to ask of an organisation, but it's especially necessary if you're going into the business of supporting people who've been abused in any way. I am left concerned for the people who use the forum and end up parroting the same kind of statements as the moderators, and who at the same time as being continually invited to 'look within' are actively discouraged from doing free thinking or challenging poor behaviour when they see it - what kind of message is this to give to abuse 'thrivers'?

I hope this review helps people in making a decision as to whether to purchase, and in deciding how to approach the programme safely if they do.

Trust your instincts & don't ignore red flags!
November 4, 2019

I've been in the Narp program for 5 years & it's been a fascinating journey. I met some lovely people & made friends, after trying so many other conventional & non conventional healing modalities at the time. The program gave me a temporary port & hope. It has some benefits, insightful videos & resources. Although these are very limited & you are viewing yourself through someone else's filter, who is unqualified. This has been recycled from many others peoples methods, clearly!
It helped when I needed it most, as I was so lost, yet vulnerable & impressionable.
I have had growing concerns the last few years & left today because of these. In the program & forums they discuss 'red flags' regarding narcissism, well I've seen these in narp & felt the urge to share my experience with this, of which I've listed below. I also agree with some of the many other low star reviews lefts here, also some good ones, it's clearly not black & white. I don't usually leave reviews but felt this to be important.

*Last year Melanie did a video series with Christiane Northrup who I had long admired. I was enthralled & excited until the topic of BPD came up. Apparently in their view, these people are as toxic as narcissist and to be avoided. I live in the UK & currently there is no diagnosis for complex-Ptsd, so those people usually become labeled with BPD. Including people close to me. These people are victimised & usually suicidal, especially in the teenage years, which is statistically rising! Therefore I found these statements extremely irresponsible, insensitive and very worrying. I was a little horrified especially coming from Cristiane who is a Dr. I politely pointed out my concerns to Melanie & asked her to pass this feedback onto Christiane Northrup. I was shut down with a vague answer regarding her previous labels that she overcame, this didn't address my concerns at all. I was then ignored & on with her agenda she went. This seems commonplace, taking no responsibility & shutting people down.
*I find Melanie approach is bias towards love interest & marriages. She has limited understanding as to what it like to grow up with a narcissistic family member/parent & extreme abuse. People with these wounds are extremely vulnerable, usually with little or no self esteem. Her approach is limited and does not provide a safety net, if the healing unearths frightening repressed traumas, which could be catastrophic. The forum was your only go to for comfort, these are full of other traumatised people & moderators, although most were very kind & the code of conduct was beneficial.
We are dealing with the full spectrum of abuse here. These healing need to be studied, tried & tested before being unleashed on the public.
* I also found the constant videos triggering. Melanie advices 'don't keep researching narcissistic' but yet, has an almost unbelievable amount of videos coming through the forum & social media. With catchy emotive titles & photos, recycling the same content & touting for new costomer.
*The healing promises the only rapid turn around with recovery, which I find worrying for those with c-ptsd as it has taken me lots of years & professional help also. Although I do agree rapid healing is possible, this cannot be promised by a so called professional. We are all unique & one approach does not fit all, gently gently does it. I found this also creates a feeling of failure within the In the program & forums if not achieved.
*Melanie is a self proclaimed number 1 (yes number 1) World leading expert on narcissistic recovery, with no credentials at all, apart from failed relationships with Narcissistics. I would presume even some academic bonafide experts, would not proclaim this.
*You pay extra (nearly double) for her new workshops to be a VIP guest, spend time with her at lunch and have photo & signings, wow there's my ticket out of narp!
*I don't want to be personal towards Melanie as I feel she has helped many, but I have deduced over these years (in my opinion) there is an strong element of ego & profit making at hand here, maybe unconscious, I am not sure. Although I feel her original intention may have been good, she's fallen firmly of a pedestal for me & many others.

I do have many other points but have listed the most relevant. There are lots of vulnerable people out there to be preyed upon. I was a believer for a time and feel it's beneficial in part, but very very limited.
There is recovery & many many roads to it similar to narp. Please don't ignore the red flags and place your most vulnerable parts into the hands of someone with no credentials, a big ego & following. The mind is complex & healing not straightforward, trust your own instincts & tread carefully.

Best wishes on your journey to recovery!

Review update 5/11/19:

After leaving narp, I had an intense reaction, which shocked me. I felt like I was in full blown withdrawal, like a drug addict.
I'm fascinated with my reaction. I researched cults & tribal conditioning recently & have seen similar cases, hence why people can't leave or go back after leaving. Clearly I used narp as a crutch. People are sucked up with clever promises and tactics, your hooked like found sheep giving over your self & cash. At last you've found a saviour! If you read the posative reviews you can clearly see this again & again. We're human, wounded we need tribe & safety, I can I understand this first hand, the wounds are already in place and we are ripe for the pickings.
A good Healer/therapist should be teaching us to do this for ourselves, we shouldn't give anyone permission 'to come into our space' (this is actually is in the modules).
Although I do not regret doing this course, it has put me firmly & automonously in charge of my own healing journey. It was an AID (angel in disguise) for me.

I didn't answer Melanie's reply to my previous review, as she only answered one of my points, that would clearly effect her sales. Which was disappointing, as I see all the feedback on here as important. Hopefully for businesses to review their current service, especially when dealing with fragile people.

I also have it on good authority that she has tried to trump my review, unbelievable! And confirms the red flags I had seen!

The breakthrough model for healing & reprogramming the subconscious!
November 6, 2019

I purchased NARP in March 2017 and after starting the program, the results have been nothing short of miraculous! I committed to myself and my own healing and have been doing the NARP Modules properly on a regular basis, especially when going through difficult times when my traumas would get activated - the ideal time to do a healing!
I no longer recognise myself from who I was, overwhelmed with fear, anxiety, body dysmorphia and depression!

Thanks to NARP I actually broke free of a controlling sect, after they mined me for resources, time, energy and degraded me as a woman, as well as keeping abuse hidden from the authorities.
Thanks to NARP I was able to leave my workplace after recognising my boss as a Narcissist who regularly humiliated me, overworked me for a minimum pay and was also an Energy Vampire.
Thanks to NARP I broke free of crippling anxiety, depression and panic attacks, as well as medication that was making more ill!

It really has to be experienced in real time to fully understand how amazing it is to finally access my subconscious and heal it, one trauma at a time!

If you go for NARP Gold, you get the access to the Forum, which is another Gold Mine of free resources and assistance!
The Forum is a very safe space to be in too. It is very different from any other forum as it is a place for empowerment, taking radical self-responsibility and the rules are there to protect all members from being triggered into their wounds, it is actually refreshing to be in a forum where people can't go off on rants. It's about finding the resources and assistance to heal.

NARP is about learning to take radical self responsibility and healing oneself in order to have healthy boundaries and self esteem. Since I used to be the ultimate victim and it's a toxic place/state to live in, I was so relieved when I learnt about the Quantum rules - So Within So Without ( and it isn't something Mel made up, its been out there for centuries, look up the principles of Hermeticism, Dr Joe Dispenza, Bruce Lipton, Sandra Anne Taylor, etc if you like to know more about Quantum reality and laws) it all finally started to make sense and gave me the know-how to reprogram my subconscious, heal my Inner Child, Self-Partner and create synchronicities I couldn't even dream of before!

I prefer to be empowered and know I have the power to create my life instead of giving it away to someone else and expecting them to change or get it or make me happy. I don't blame myself or others, to understand the Quantum way is to live free of shame, blame and guilt. In fact more than one Module in the NARP deals with guilt and shame and blame, to heal the original wounds so that you can choose how you feel! As a child and a teen I wasn't responsible for the abuse I received, but as an adult I am responsible for my own healing. Other people won't do it for me, only I can do it.

NARP has given me the wonderful tools to clear trauma out of my body and bring in Source for healing - for those familiar with Quantum Laws will understand the Energy Healing aspect of when in the modules Mel asks to enter the space', it is my Higher Self that is doing the healing and accessing the material download that Mel energetically has put it out there. It doesn't mean that somehow someone is entering my energy and doing something to me, that's not how Energy Healing works. As a Reiki Practitioner myself, I work with Energy and I am a channel to the Angels and Source, so is Mel.

Mel is the real deal and she is very open about her own healing, she shares all the author books she's read, the qualifications she's had in different modalities (which she talked about in her free Masterclass) and then created her own Healing Modality after a personal wake up call and through channeling.
Truthfully, there's a lot of well known authors and healers that do absolutely nothing for me yet charge a lot more money for their courses, programs or memberships, some of them only for a limited time instead of for life!
And I will be honest and admit that I have spent a lot of money in the past on healing programs and courses that have cost me way more than NARP, and done very little to nothing for my wellbeing...
In turn, for the fraction of the price of some of the well-known authors/healers, NARP has been the most effective tool for healing I've used! It changed my life!

From someone who was abused as a child, bullied as a teen, ending up in abusive relationships and a controlling religious sect, I am now an empowered woman who stands her own ground, has healthy boundaries, loves and honours herself and enjoys an empowered consciousness! I am free, I am self-partnered and I take real responsibility for my own happiness and wellbeing. I have taken my power back and it feels AMAZING!

Regarding the MTE TEAM, from personal experience they are nothing BUT forthcoming and cooperative! I had lost all my programs due to a computer issue over a year ago and I had them all emailed to me straight away as soon as I asked! I ALWAYS get a reply. And the cost of the program is less than $200, that you get to keep for life, freely upgraded (I purchased the old version and had the new one given to me, and all the people who bought it before the new recordings- for free!), free support available at all times and tonnes of FREE resources on Mel's website and Social Media! There is the Free 16 Day Recovery Course, which I did before going on to NARP Gold, the free Webinar where you get to try out a Quanta Healing for the first time. Also, you can even get a starter pack for less than $10 if you're not sure about whether to go for NARP and you also get to keep it for life.

Truly, there is nothing else out there that matches NARP and it really did save my life on so many levels! I am so so grateful I found her when I did and took the step to do NARP, I may not have been here now if I hadn't.

Some good here, and some frustration/skepticism
June 28, 2018

Hey all,

I purchased the NARP program in April (I think) and then joined the forum a little while later for further support. I was doing the modules daily, and was finding myself stuck in an emotional state that was concerning (I have a history of severe abuse and mental illness and am recovering from a brain injury that was the result of a suicide attempt.) Melanie very kindly suggested that the forum members might have some insight in how to work through these scary feelings. As I had been very stable for a long time, and even remitted from depression, etc, and also have been in trauma therapy with a licensed therapist- I thought it might be good to address a possible spiritual element to my trauma.
I kept feeling worse and worse. I posted a lot in the forum asking for help, and I certainly had some lovely and helpful interactions with some of the women. I did find that a few of them will take a very lecturing tone if a poster strays into topics that they feel are not in keeping with the forum rules. I understand why this is. I can also see why this could be a negative experience for some, too.
Anyway I continued to worsen and the modules seemed to bring me into what several people have described to me as dark nights of the soul...
I am naturally skeptical and a fan of critical thinking and I made a concerted effort to suspend my disbelief to work with these modules, but achieved no relief. I became frustrated with myself and posted on the forum that I felt perhaps I was too damaged, and since this program is advertised and discussed as really effective for most people, I became scared. Here was more proof to me that I am unhelpable and a freak. I suggested on the forum that maybe I should stop working with the modules and I woke up the next day to being banned and refunded. I sent a polite query to Support and received and equally polite yet terse reply that Id offered no other choice but to be banned as I had become combative. I responded to that email with only a polite, careful assertion that I had not been combative. Frustrated, sure. With myself. I had not become in any way threatening or abusive toward anyone on that forum, and I think this review is a good representation of my overall written tone.
For weeks now I have felt the implications that 1) I am damaged beyond help, and was rejected from the group because of this and 2) that I am abusive and potentially narcissistic too, just like my abusers.
Heres the thing- my skepticism and frustration seemed to elicit an almost hurt feelings response from Support. It was odd and I havent been able to shake the feeling of oddness. Ive been a meditator for a while now, and Ive discussed this with my trauma therapist. Im fully able to accept my participation and miscommunication in this issue, but it was this fundamentalist attitude (and I used the word fundamentalist in my email to Support) that has been tough to fully understand.
I do NOT think anyone in the NARP program is abusive, scamming, or unable to effectively teach these methods. I believe that this program has awesome empowerment for anyone who IS ready for it. And knowing what I know about the human brain, there IS something that seems valid in regard to energy healing on a quantum molecular level. I feel that physics in general as well as neuroscience is headed in a quantum direction and that is exciting!
However, being labeled combative and having no recourse to defend myself or really have any ability to communicate effectively with Support could be a not-good thing for someone in crisis who isnt seeing results and maybe doesnt have a therapist or real life support system in place while pursuing these methods. Luckily for me, I do.
I understand that the NARP forum rules state that this is self-help and as is and the user accepts responsibility but when youre in a weird purgatorial bardo hell state with no end in sight... and Support just kinda boots you for being skeptical and frustrated... it could get ugly.
I moved on and Im finding some release with other theta meditation practices, namely autogenic hypnosis and that seems more effective.
As I said, there are good things here. With everything, though, if its not an exact match, take what works for you and move on.
I see that there are Support responses here for other refunded customers, and this review is not an invitation for my forum posts to be rehashed to keep other potential customers aware of my alleged combativeness. That seems in the vein of punishing people for whom this method didnt work.
I guess, in closing, I would urge the creator of this program to be careful of the fears in so many recovering people that if something doesnt work, its not because that is the BEST or most effective method for healing, and that as long as healing is the individuals focus, they arent doomed to more abuse or inability to achieve their lifes goals. And should they become frustrated and skeptical during the learning process, maybe dont treat them like they are the actual narcissist.
I do appreciate the refund.
I hope everyone has peace, myself included.
Ps- this took some real courage for me to post. Im really proud of myself.
