I have gained so much healing from Melanie! She helped me realize the root of my problems- the trauma I experienced as an infant- which has caused all my problems. I've been to at least 20 therapists and gained no relief. She helped me gain healing at the subconscious level- which I believe is the only way I could be healed. I am so thankful I found Melanie and would definitely recommend her compassionate services to anyone suffering from unhealthy relationships., trauma, or low self- esteem.

In life there are moments that we feel under the level of the sea. We have been abused, lied, dead threatened, robbed, our youth best years stolen, even custody lost, home, career and most important our SELF shattered.

I cannot do myself all the work - from my childhood to adulthood I missed the work tools - seting boundaries, self-esteem, loving one SELF that my parents didn t have for their own so was impossible to teach me these.

I found Melania Tonia Evans first of all HUMAN, generous, kind, eager to help me rescuing me from " under the sea" right now.

I've been reading Melanie Tonia Evans blog for several years now (2011) and watching her Thriver videos for the last year. I've read so much in so many places and nobody knows the NPD abuse experience and HEALING better than Melanie. I'm grateful that she has dedicated so much of her life to help others who have also had these experiences with the narcissistic personality disordered; Of all of my therapy and study concerning my experiences with NPD "people" - and all of the attendant destruction they create - nobody has done more to help me heal from my wounds. THANK YOU Melanie!

My life completely turned upside down 3 months ago. The man I thought was the love of my life, dropped his mask and left me completely devastated, broken, financially ruined, unable to eat/sleep/function. I had no idea what was going on and how my perfect match was now my worst nightmare. I grew up with narcissistic parents, which I had been in cognitive therapy for, for about the last 5 years. Although I knew I was still hurting from my childhood, I thought I had worked through my pain enough to live a healthy life. I had minimal contact with my parents and chalked it up to them just being "crazy" and as long as I kept my distance I'd be okay. Once the ex dropped his mask, I started seeing how manipulative he was. I had no idea I was in an abusive relationship. Long story short after extensive research, I realized that I needed to work on myself on a deeper level to avoid repeating my childhood traumas over & over. I had no clue how to accomplish this on my own. As soon as I came across MTE, everything I ever felt in my life was validated; I wasn't "crazy, dramatic, or over-sensitive" as my abusers labeled me. Just through reading the blog articles and watching Melanie's videos I realized how much danger I was in if I stayed in the relationship. I ended my relationship immediately and went no contact. The daily newsletters Melanie sends by email are always spot on to what I am dealing with in the moment and give me such courage to continue in on my journey. I love that MTE keeps the focus on us and not on the narcissist. I think the biggest shift for me is turning from a victim just merely surviving to a thriver; in cognitive therapy I just repeatedly played my traumas and felt stuck. I believe that I will live a fulfilling healthy life once I heal from my traumas. Who would've thought on a Saturday night I'd be excited to be at home doing healings with myself... I'm worth it! As she always says at the end of her videos, "keep thriving because there's nothing else to do."

Thank you Melanie for your wonderfully healing videos. I can't even imagine where I would be right now without them. I've gone through, and still going through such a horrendous roller coaster of suffering unlike anything I've ever experienced in my life. Your videos have helped me through many stages of identifying that I was in fact dealing with a person with full blown narcissistic personality disorder. The videos also helped me by validating my experience. They showed me that I wasn't crazy and definitely wasn't alone in this seemingly scripted pathological nightmare. I've been suffering with the worst PTSD, waking up in the middle of the night and early in the morning with terror in my heart and such adrenal fatigue that I often feel like shattered glass coursing through my veins. Some mornings when this is particularly bad, I plug my headphones into the phone and listen to one of your inspirational videos... The soothing words and holding container of the video provides a relief that allows me to sometimes drift back to sleep for just a little longer. It may seem like a small thing in that moment, but I promise you that that relief feels enormous. I'm so grateful for your work and to my friend who sent me that initial first video. If she had never sent me that video, I'm sure I would have fallen into this trap again. This is the first time in my life I can now see it. The pattern. I have so much gratitude and appreciation for your work. It has been saving my life day by day by day. I'm ready to find out what the "Thriver" program is. I don't want to feel this suffering anymore. It's just so brutal.

Wow I am finally beginning to like and love myself, now I see myself worthy of all the good things in life and I have manifested a peaceful lovely place to live in after seven months of fervently doing the modules, at least five weekly
When I first began this programme I was broken after involvement with three Narcissists in a row and something led me here, I am now only attracting nice people into my sphere
I am getting rid of a load of inner rage and grief and that is helping me to soar, anything is possible! Life is starting to seem fun and exciting again

Up until finding Melanie's website, I had been working traditional talk therapy and involved with narcissistic support groups, but was not finding true relief. I tried Melanies modules and WOW. Very powerful stuff! It was great to FEEL a release during the sessions. These modules are unlike anything Ive ever tried. The beauty of it is that its not just healing my post abuse traumas, but they are also clearing up my childhood traumas. I am looking forward to this journey of healing and spiritual growth. I now no i was with a text book extreme narcissist, the hell I lived, always confused I was recognisable, intil 1 of narcissists affairs told me exactly what he was. Melanie was in all my research the gift of light to escape the darkness ( him and the darkness he created in me) I'm free of it both. So happy loving and the patience I have now thankyou Melanie. Only sadness I feel is for myself, the disrespecting of me to allow myself to be treated that way, never again will that happen. I truly am understanding the concept of loving me for the 1st time. Thanks to Melanie I had the strength to leave with no family or friends support( narcissist pushed them all from my life). Financially stripped of thousands, no job at the time, 4 kids my youngest was 8weeks old. I have never been this happy

I am in the process of exiting a relationship with a narcissist right now. I go from feeling terrorized with anxiety in my whole body to feeling great empathy for her and loving her and wishing, and foolishly repeatedly trying, to get her to see what this has done to me and... I just don't think she sees it. And it breaks my heart. I found this site while researching how to deal with this and it has really helped me feel not only heard because I know I'm not alone in experiencing what I'm experiencing, but it also as painful as it is helped me see that leaving is the right thing. My life was feeling so uncertain, and I was beginning to feel like life was drowning me and that at any moment i could be washed away by any one of the extreme emotions being experienced as a result of the abuse.
