So I joined meet my age £19.99 mnth basic subscription can't text much so it prompts you to add premium for an additional £35.99 and £26.90 for credits I acted on impulse panicking so after explaining to admin at first wasn't going to get my money back but then jake sent me an email saying I was going to get all of it back that's a worry of my mind thankyou I only had this for 1 evening thankyou for sorting this out regards neil

I called the customer service line when I noticed my bank account had been charged and two days previously I had canceled my account. I must have missed the cut off line, but I thought I also deleted my profile, but I was told it was still active. So I'm not sure what happened there but They agreed to give me back half of my money and give me three months for free with an automatic cancellation at the end of the three months. I was blown away! I have never had such a good experience with customer service from anywhere as I did with these gentleman that I spoke to today. Thank you, Marvin and Mr. Jefferson. You made my day. And for the record, there were plenty of gentlemen in my area, I'm just not ready to do this online dating thing again at this point, but maybe later sometime.

Found site overall good(4 stars)but believe it may have some AI components to it. When dealing with the surport I found them to be very good and helpful and the communication was great so I'll give them (5 Stars)

Those alternative offers were deliberately meamt to push past the window. Which still doesnt satisfy policy because original equest was made within window
