I bought seven items, some one pieces, some single items, etc. I absolutely love some and others are not a fit. I tried to return and it's like the scam began. I was offered $20 to keep the items. I provided a tracking number for the return items and have followed all instructions. I look forward to my credit.

Like your suits I liked your bathing suit I which I picked. I wanted it to fit but was disappointed that it was too big I was surprised to see a few suits still out there in February. I will definitely be looking at your suits. Now that I know what size I am.

Unfortunately my swimsuits were extremely small and not the size that it described it would be so I hope to lose weight and fit into them. I was disappointed

I am having the most difficult time returning one of my items. I absolutely love the other two, but I am not happy with how difficult it is trying to get a full refund. Your website is very misleading about this process.

I was concerned about the sizing - as everyone know bathing suits are the WORST for consistent sizing. I used the sizing chart and both suits fit perfectly. They are excellent quality and both are very comfortable.

I am really pleased with this swim dress I'm 5ft 2 size 18 to 20 with a big tummy so buying swim wear is not easy but this costume covers the lumps and bumps. The length of the attached skirt comes a little bit above the knee which I like as it hides my thighs. The quality of the fabric and the stitching are good. I'm really looking forward to wearing it on my upcoming holiday

I ordered 4 suites - 3 fit beautifully-1 was a bit small! Overall I love them and was impressed with the price!

These one-piece swim dresses do not fit tall and busty women. Their return policy is terrible. Ended up having to keep them with a small partial refund.

Very happy with the design, quality and size of my swim dress. Make sure you measure and order according to their size chart.

Swimwear itself is great. Just took longer in delivery than I expected which was disappointing.

I purchased a swimsuit and a cover up. I am an average size 12 and usually wear a medium to large. On viewing their size chart, I ordered an XL two piece. The top fits ok but the cups are very stiff and can't be adjusted. The bottoms are almost too small and usually I take a smaller size in pants than tops. Then the coverup was HUGE. It was one size only but it honestly was so big it was completely unflattering. Given the difficult return reviews I'll likely keep it. The top will be fine and I'll wear it with another pair of black bottoms. The quality is ok for price but I won't order again. And I recommend measuring and maybe going up a size from what the chart says.

Loved all of the items i ordered. There was one too that was a bit big which was sad but all in all everything is awesome

I have a serious issue with the way my exchange request was handled. I told them the swimming suits didn't fit me and I would like to try another size, I was offered a coupon to keep the swimming suits instead. Why the heck would I want to keep something that doesn't fit me because I am too tall?! This response caused me to return the suits instead. I also tried to order last year and you were out of everything I wanted, so I ended up cancelling that order too.

I purchased a striped swim skirt, which to my delight is actually a skirt.
It's of a beautiful quality and provides the modesty I was looking for.

I received my product about 2 weeks after I placed the order. Good quality of material. Upon receipt, the issue was the underwire of the top was sticking out. I sent an email to customer service about the issue. They had timely responses. The disappointing part is they initially expected me to return/exchange with all shipping being on my dime. After I expressed my opinion, they offered a partial reimbursement for the faulty item, which I accepted and sewed the wire back in myself. Hopefully it won't be an ongoing issue of the underwire coming out. Overall I am satisfied with the product.

I love the swim suits I ordered! Great fit and quality. The only complaint I have is about the website. I set up my account but every time I tried to log in it didn't refresh or go to the next page. It would go back to or stay on the log in page like I never put in my user name or password, even after several attempts. This made it difficult to get to my likes and orders.
