Okay, but postage took longer than expected and the item pictured did not meet expectations.

Good shopping experience and the website was nice and easy to look at

I found some nice suits online, but while they fit, they didn't flatter me. So i'm returning 4 of the 5 items i purchased. Return hasn't been straight forward yet as I requested to return, but they start by asking if you would like a partial refund first, and it's been a bit of back and forth. I would like if they would send me the return receipt from the start and could include offers to provide a partial refund along with it. I have 15 days to return my items from when they are delivered and i'm worried i will not get the return receipt in a timely fashion as i asked for it a number of days ago.
Other than that, the quality seems reasonable and the fit is appropriate. It just doesn't appear flattering for me. I am 5'5" and 160lbs and Caucasian.

Just what I thought it would be. Other reviews gave me the confidence to order. I am not disappointed

The crop sleeved tank was a little bit shorter than I expected but then again I am tall. Everything fits me nicely and they look really nice.

It was an easy site to use. I liked the selection and the sizes available.

I ordered a couple of swimsuit tops for an upcoming trip. It took over a month for them to arrive and when they did the sizes were way off. I ordered what I thought was big because I don't like tight fitting clothes. I am not a large woman and weigh about 155 lbs but these were VERY tight - I am trying to return them but can not find any info on how to submit a return. No one is answering my messages. Very frustrating and beware of this company

Unfortunately, neither swim suit I purchased fits properly. They are both really short in the torso and don't have enough room in the top. Disappointed.

I really like my bathers purchased on this site. There are a great range of styles. I have since ordered 2 more pairs - the size down. I am hoping they fit as the others are good but I felt they could be a little firmer. I'll soon find out when my others arrive.

Overall the process was smooth. Delivery was quick. I ordered of the larger size for me but could have gone up a size honestly. I'm a 22 normally but chose a 3xl as I have large boobs, and One of the bathing suits fits the other is still small especially around the chest. That are super cute but I'll order the next size up next time.

I tried to return some items as I bought several to choose from, and their T&Cs offered an easy process and an Australian base. When I tried to return the items, they kept insisting on negotiating a partial refund and told me the goods would need to be shipped to the US at my own cost!
Misleading and manipulative customer service, that's definitely not anywhere near Australia. Dodgy operation.
