Not good, that one cannot just send back the items.

Considering the delivery came from overseas, it was a rather quick delivery time. The item was exactly as pictured and i like it very much. Still waiting on another item i ordered at the dame time but i don't know who the supplier is on the other one.

Revieved an empty package. No refund or attempt to fix thus were made besides referring me to usps who then said it was the companies responsibility to file

The one pieces are not for longer torso having women. Trying to return or exchange items was a complete joke. They refused to allow me to return my purchases and only put 30$ back onto my vicar which didn't even cover one suit. I wouldn't waste your time.

2 of my swim tops were too big. Am waiting for confirmation for exchange.

The suits, while cute, did not fit properly. I have been trying to return them for a couple of weeks but you have to email to get a return address and they still have not given me what I need to return the items. They keep trying to get me to keep them and offering me discounts. I really just want to return the suits, I'm willing to pay my own shipping, but I don't want to keep them for any discounted amount.

I want to send back one item as it does not fit.No possibility is offered,no further answer to my request.Very Bad!

Various costumes ordered and sizes were very accurate. Delivery was fast.

The torso seemed too short, if I pulled it up then the bottom would come too high. I really like the bathing suit, especially the sleeves and back but I wish there was a lower cut for the legs. Not a huge fan of the higher cut bikini look

I feel absolutely great in this swim costume it has given me so much more confidence to strut my stuff around the pool without having to cover up it does what it says sucks everything in pushes up my bust and makes me feel wonderful thank you

The website is very user friendly, and I appreciate the ability to be able to speak with a customer service representative when needed.

Very difficult to return items. Keep getting the run around about giving partial money back and a $5 coupon for next order. With a 15 day return policy they certainly make it difficult to return. I should not have to repeatedly email that i do not want thenitems because they do not fit!

Poor customer service after care, very poor fitting and poor that you have to pay for return
