Measurements were correct, but the cup size was way too small

Suits were nice enough quality. I ordered a few in a couple different sizes and a couple fit great. I'd seen other reviews saying returns are all but impossible, and that's definitely the case.

They require shipping of the return within 15 days of its delivery but also require you to get the return approved through them before shipping it back. However, they make certain to not provide you with the return approval within that 15 days.

As others have said, they will offer you a meager amount to keep the suits, but that amount will never actually be refunded to you. For example, they offered me a refund of $36 to keep suits valuing roughly $150.

If you're on the fence about the suits, a $36 discount might seem great, however you'll never actually see that refund. Their advice if you haven't gotten your refund after 30 days is to "ask your bank to investigate."

Additionally, I ordered these suits for a specific getaway and paid $25 for expedited delivery (3-7 days). I did not receive the order in that timeframe or in time for the getaway, but there is no refund of that shipping.

Overall, I'd only recommend ordering from them with the full understanding that you won't be able to return anything you purchase.

Designs are great, colors are great, but not made for all curvy body types. I have a long torso, hips, and thighs. The one piece suits were 3" too short in length. I looked at the specs, model specs, but the suits did not fit how expected.

I ordered the cutest bathing suit and it is great material!

I have ordered several swimsuits and they come out all fine

The 2 piece set I purchased fit perfectly but the tankini top, in the same size, is a very different fit and is quite tight.

Instead of just providing me a return address so I could send product back, they negotiated a red mf amount. Really unnecessary for all the back and forth. I would've happily returned at my expense.

I ordered a suit which was too small and had to return and purchased a new suit. They actually gave me some money toward my new suit and had me keep the other.

I want to return one of the items I ordered.They want me to take a bit of money and coupon for a small amount for a future order. I just want to return but don't have authorization yet.

I want to return items and it is not easy to do so.

As a company you are seriously let down by your returns process
There is always a possibility that items will not fit.
You make it very difficult to return unwanted goods
You do not offer free returns and that is OK- I was willing to pay
So you ask the customer to request a return address, which I did
But i then get bombarded with mails asking me to accept a small compensation refund and keep the items
After several mails, which almost feel like being harassed, i accepted a figure (which is less than what I paid and now have goods that are no good to me) just to close the issue

I ordered the size suggested by my measurements. They are both too short in torso area and I cannot pull them up to cover my chest.

Paid an extremely vulgar amount for delivery when I was led to believe the items were in the uk but infact were shipped from China I needed them quickly hence the charge ordered 4 items 4 items arrived 1 was unwearable after several emails I wS refunded I took 3 items on holiday another 2 swimsuits broke both poor stitching the last item on the last day ( 1st day wearing) the underwire broke.
