It's been a challenge, still waiting for a solution

The swimsuits I ordered didn't fit like I had hoped. It's not that I got the wrong size because if I went up it would be to big and if I went down too small. My torso was just to long or my breasts weren't supported enough.

I rolled the dice buying bathing suits online, but I love both the suits I ordered so much! I referred friends who already made purchases, too.

Took all the measurements so it should have fit but it was too loose around my rib cage and too small in the cups.

Too difficult and costly to return for size exchange but was offered partial refund and have now reordered bigger sizes

Arrived quickly. The bottoms were a bit small. Top is perfect. Nice quality.

The swimdress I ordered was delivered quite quickly, in good condition and exactly as described. Sadly I ordered the wrong size but was able to give it to my sister! I'll order the correct size for myself now.

Company masquerading as a US company. Actually from China. Cheap product, small Asian sizing. Useless customer service. Do not order. Returns are pretty much impossible. Total scam.

My experience was good. However, I need to return one of the suits I bought. How do I do that?

The return process has been very difficult which is not great for an online shopping company. Still waiting for my partial refund. Emailing back and forth trying to return my items has been very frustrating

I ordered 3 swim dresses in 3x. They were not a typical 3x at all. Much too short in the torso and skirt did not cover below the crotch. They are also bulky and the prints are not sharp or particularly attractive.

Trying to return has been too long and too involved a process. I'm unsure I will ever get my refund.

I emailed a request to return ( to get the return mailing address) as is their policy.
I received an email (without return address) asking if I'd like to keep the swimsuits and recieve $35 back (on a $113 order!?) The writer was clearly not a native English speaker so I wondered if this is common in other countries?
I answered no, I want a full refund and asked again for return address.
I got another email asking if I'd accept keeping the suits, a refund of $62 and a $5 coupon!? No return address.
Again I answered NO, I need a full refund and I need the return address.
Finally got an email with the return address and instructions 3 days after my initial inquiry.
They require you to provide a tracking number for your return package.
I mailed my items back, with another email to them with my USPS tracking number.

It's been several days and no more correspondence from customer service. Refund is, I hope but am unconvinced, still coming.
Today I got this 3rd party review request.
Don't bother with this company. SIGH.

I ordered several items and most did not fit. I have emailed several times to be able to return the items and have not received a response or any instructions on how to return. Absolutely terrible customer service! Will advise anyone NOT to order from them and am about to file a complaint with my credit card company and the BBB.

All ok straight forward not really much else to say, did take a while to arrive and little updates on this, but they did arrive

Finally, high quality bathing suits at a great price. Really well made and comfortable. Easy to order and quick delivery. Very Happy

Products were okay quality for the price but just not supportive enough for my large chest. I have asked for a return authorization / address 4+ times now. Customer service does reply but they keep offering me coupons and partial refunds instead, and it seems like they don't read my previous messages each time I get a new person responding.

Loving the product and fast delivery service! Already have ordered more.
