I needed to return a swimsuit because it was too small. I followed the return policy instructions and emailed them to initiate the return the same day that I received the item.They replied over 24 hours later and offered me a $9.00 refund and a $5 coupon and said I had to pay the shipping. I asked if they'd please reimburse me the full amount of $32.99 back to my original form of payment and that I would pay the shipping and provide the the tracking information. They replied over 24 hours later and offered $15.00 back to my original form of payment and told me to keep the item and give it away to friends. Also, that this is the best they could offer me. At this point I looked them up and found a lot of bad reviews of this same thing happening to others who never got their money back after shipping the item back. I decided to accept the $15 so it wasn't a total loss.I'm sharing to warn others that they do not honor their return policy!

Unfortunately, most of the clothes that I ordered are too small and now I can't return them because I'm beyond the 15 day return policy (which seems very short to me).

I loved the quality of the products even though the products are not true to size. I am avg in height and these suits had to be made for a very petite size person. The torso was way too short. That threw everything else off as well. I was professionally measured and ordered according to size chart listed on website. It is not correct.

I was excited to order from a company who branded themselves as a plus size swim line. Not shocked that out of the 7 suits I ordered, none of them worked. They do not accommodate for plus size pear shaped women. Not to the point where the tops were too big, but they didn't account for extra fabric in the torso so the bust lines on ever suit hit about 2 inches too low. There was no proportion accommodation in the design. Non-the-less, I read the return policy and was prepared to pay to ship all the swimsuits back on my own dime in their 15 DAY return window. This is where things turned sideways. They do not provide you the return address and instead ask you to email customer service. I did this immediately. Over the next week I had their "customer service" team emailing me back bargaining my return with offers for discounts or percentages of the money I paid. I finally had to copy and paste their return policy in an email and demand they send me the return address so I could get this to them and received my refund. Once I finally got the address, I sent and tracked the shipment emailing them when it arrived to ensure it was received. They confirmed and said my refund would come within 30 DAYS and if it didn't to contact my bank! I did receive my refund several weeks after they received the return. However, I had a friend who ordered at the same time and she did not ever receive the return address and reached out to her bank to stop payment. The product is not what it is advertised and they do not have good customer service. I would avoid at all costs. I've added copies of the responses I received add of the return address in case someone else is getting the run around like I did.

The suits arrived exactly in the timeframe given on their site. During the ordering of the suits I was unable to get the promo code to work. The suits are well made. I did want to return two of the suits (just didn't like how they looked on me) and found the return policy very difficult (and expensive) to navigate. Luckily the customer service people are both lovely and very helpful. Overall a good experience.

The swimsuit top was true to size. Beautiful and love the style of the straps.

I had no issues with shopping or receiving however, I'm not happy with the way you have to jump through hoops to return items. Especially with only a 15 day return timeframe. Very poor costumer service on this end.

The bathing suit I ordered fits beautifully. It is super quality too.
